Bienvenido a Granny Kent Cottage, ubicado en la hermosa y virgen Granny Kent Pond. La cocina y sala de estar abierta tiene mucho espacio para acomodar a su familia o amigos y ofrece impresionantes vistas del estanque de 70 acres. Relájese en la sala de estar mirando el Smart TV de 50 "y aproveche las aplicaciones de TV Nexflix, Hulu, YouTube, el canal Disney, Disney jr., Etc. (sin cable) ¡Se proporcionan sábanas / toallas y disfruta de WiFi gratis también! lavadora / secadora también disponible para su conveniencia.

El dormitorio del primer piso tiene una cama queen size. También se encuentra en el primer piso el baño completo (sin bañera, solo una ducha). Hay dos dormitorios ubicados en el segundo piso. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama queen con mucho espacio en el armario y hermosas vistas del estanque. El tercer dormitorio tiene una cama doble y una cama de tamaño completo. También se proporciona una cuna para un huésped adicional.

El sótano terminado tiene una mesa de ping pong, una segunda nevera / congelador y medio baño, con fácil acceso desde y hacia el patio trasero y el estanque.

Prepare su cena en la parrilla de propano provista (incluido propano de arranque, si sale corriendo hay una estación de recarga en la tienda local cercana) y relájese alrededor de la fogata, asando malvaviscos, contando historias y descansando por la noche.

This was a perfect setting to be together with my family! The location was ideal and the cottage was so clean! Very impressed with the new paint and attention to detail.Neighbors are friendly, dogs included. I believe this is the best way to spend quality time relaxing in a quiet area located only 1h away from home!Thank you for being such attentive hosts!

We loved our stay at this beautiful property! The house was cozy, clean, and incredibly well-stocked with kitchen supplies, which made cooking all our meals a breeze. We enjoyed eating outside at the picnic tables, taking in the peaceful surroundings.The pond was the highlight of our trip—so serene and perfect for swimming and kayaking. The shallow areas are great for little ones to splash around safely. Evenings were enjoyed by the fire pit, where we roasted marshmallows and made s'mores.The owners were wonderful—friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would love to return in the future. Highly recommend this gem for families or anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Summer Family Vacation Week! House was absolutely perfect for a family of 4 with 2 small dogs and room to spare. Really nice neighbors and neighborhood… we had plenty to do around Maine for the week and having fun in the lake with ALL of the water activities including paddle boards, kayaks, a row boat, tubes, and more. We enjoyed fishing in the lake and our nightly fires too. It was exactly the stay we wanted and the house has everything you need. Great house, great owners, great price. Highly recommend.

Everything we expected, house was fully stocked with all the essentials, like plenty of towels! Only our family of 4 slept here but the house could absolutely hold a handful more and still be very comfortable! We had guest visit for the day to celebrate fathers day and had plenty of room. My only suggestion for the house is to possibly add a small TV to each of the bedrooms upstairs. The basement also has so much potential maybe add a rug and card table. Host was amazing quick with replies, and very helpful with all my questions. Thank you! René, Dustin, Emma, Zachary

Out of town wedding

This cottage is right on the water! So beautiful waking up to the serene beauty of Granny Kent Pond! How is well equipped with everything you need. Bathroom is small but manageable. Beds were comfortable. Didn’t find much to locally but we were there for a wedding. We went out on the peddle boat and enjoyed a fire in the fire pit. Might want to keep some wood covered so it stays dry. It rained the day we came. Highly recommend this cottage. Owners very responsive.

Perfect Getaway

We spent a few days at this lake home to relax and celebrate my birthday. We had a wonderful time and we were so happy to be able to bring my dog along with us. The house is clean and very well equipped. The beds are super comfortable. The yard has all the comforts of home and more. The neighbors are close by but they are very nice and pleasant to chat with. I'd love to see the hammock restrung, but other than that everything was perfect. I highly recommend this property.

Nice place!

The place was clean, nice, cute. Even a little welcome gift was waiting for us. The bathroom is very tiny but worked well. It’s too bad one can’t access the lower bathroom from the outside. It would have helped as my brother has bad knees. But, if that’s all I can say about improvement possibilities that’s pretty darn good!

A little slice of heaven

Enjoyable Thanksgiving Family Gathering

Our stay over Thanksgiving included family members from New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin. The large fully stocked kitchen worked out very well for us.

Beautiful - even in the rain!

This house sits on a beautiful lake with gorgeous views from the living room and upstairs. Even though it was raining all day Saturday of our weekend away, we enjoyed our stay and took advantage of the kitchen and comfy couch. It was great to bring our dog, too - he had a great time.

A Cozy Getaway

My friends and I went to this beautiful getaway for our friends wedding. It was a great location, easy to drive to, and so many amenities available for you. Our only complaint was that we felt the house could have used a cleaning and a change of sheets the day before to ensure its cleanliness. We had some sheets that appeared stained and dusty with, perhaps, pet dander. Additionally, thw floors were very dusty/dirty. Our socks were covered. Beautiful, welcoming, comfortable, but dusty.

Another great stay!

The house is so comfortable and clean! Kitchen supplies have been updated since last year. It has everything you need to feel at home. One thing you can never control is the weather and we were not able to have too much outdoor time. We’re hoping for more sun next year!

Great cabin by lake

We really enjoyed our stay. The location right on the lake was amazing. The host provided kayaks, floaties, and a paddleboard. The interior was pretty cozy. The view from the 1st floor was amazing.

We grew up in Southern Maine and enjoy everything this great State has to offer, from Hiking, biking, swimming, surfing, kayaking and running we try to do it all. We spend as much time outside in nature as we can. We love to travel and explore but there is nothing like coming home to Maine.

Because we've lived in Maine our whole lives we knew we wanted to buy a lakeside property so that we could share a little piece of our lives with others. We take pride in offering an experience to our guests that they will talk about for years to come.
