Perfection

The condo was really nice. The beds were insanely comfortable and soft. Plenty of hot water. Kitchen well appointed. The beach chairs being included was a huge plus. Location great. Property was very clean. Communication was easy. Enjoyed our stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was very clean and nice. The beachfront view was perfect. I would have liked to have an onsite restaurant/ bar for convenience. We also had an issue with someone parking in our designated parking area and was told there was nothing that could be done. We had to park in someone else's spot. Parking should be enforced to ensure paying guests have access to amenities stated in the rental agreement.

Girls vacation.

Right on the beach. The view from our condo was great the ocean and white sand.just 6 miles from Destin. Plenty of fun and food places. We had a great time.

Nice view, quiet and ckean

All was clean and in working order.m (except for a rusted screen door that did not slide) We stayed 15 days and it was quiet the whole time.

Great family vacations

The property was in a nice location. Parking for this unit was very close to the elevator to your right. We loved the washer and dryer. Beds/pillows were very comfortable in the master bedroom. I love that you have the beach literally right down stairs. The free beach service is great but, i don't know if this is all the time or just late Aug but we and everyone else was told to just go find us an empty chair and umbrella. A huge plus was our check in time was 4pm but by 11am we received a text that our room was ready. Overall i do recommend this unit. We stayed 4 nights.

The furniture was very comfortable and the beds were awesome.This condo has several board games to choose from and several books to read while there. I really liked the assign covered parking spot. It also comes with beach setup for two. The price is on point for this location. I will definitely be booking my next stay in this condo.

Dirty condo

The condo was dirty. Floors especially filthy. Bathroom towels stunk so had to wash them before using them. Washer and dryer were small capacity load, dated and did not clean our clothes. Pull out sofa bed was very uncomfortable. Do not recommend this condo.

WE WANTED A FUNTIONING WASHING MACHINE & DRYER

MAIN REASON WE GOT ROOM WITH CLOTHES WASHING MACHINE & DRYER. TURNS OUT DRYER HEATING ELEMENT DOES NOT WORK ! DRYER DID NOT DRY CLOTHES !! WE WENT HOME WITH WET DIRTY STINKY CLOTHES . THE WASHER DOES NOT SPPIN OUT EITHER ! . THEY SHOULD HHAVE MADE SURE WASHER & DRYER WORKED BEFORE RENTING OUT ROOM WITH WASHER & DRYER THAT DONT WORK ! RUINED TRIP !!

Beautiful condo but our stay was problematic

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This beautiful beach front condo was convenient and a wonderful location. A short walk to the beach and pool. The owners have done a wonderful job decorating this unit and the condo was very clean. We enjoyed the variety of restaurants that were only a short drive from the condo. However, there were minor problems throughout our stay. When we rented it was noted there was construction and upgrades on the parking lot side. We did not realize that beginning at 8 am jackhammers, sanders and beeping lifts would be running outside the bedroom windows. These ran all day long. There were no relaxing and quiet days to be found in our location. The quiet time in the units were stated 10pm to 10 am but it was evident during construction this does not apply. Our vehicle under the parking garage was covered with dust and paint from the daily sanding. I chose this unit because of the free beach service, (two beach chairs and umbrella came with the rental), this ended on November 1st, the day we arrived. The rental cost was $50/day. They were empty most days, the lifeguard explained to use them starting in November the cost was $50/per day. There was no hot water in the master bath. A message was left with the management company but they never returned our call. We ended up leaving a day earlier than we had planned.I think if the we had visited during peak vacation season we would not have had the problems we encountered. We are rental property owners also and I realize the owners of this wonderful condo have no control over the problems we encountered. I do feel that Legacy Vacations should have returned our call.

The 2BR 2BA condo was not only clean but fully equipped, all appliances fully functional and clean, central AC great and kept the room at the temperature we required. The quiet elevator located just outside the door and the covered parking space also conveniently located to the unit. The view from the 2nd floor balcony was perfect! Beach umbrella and 2 chairs included with unit was a great added feature. When I get back to Okaloosa Island, I will want to stay in same unit. Great hosts! Called is at 11:30 informing us our unit was ready! Fantastic host! Highly recommend!

Great until it wasn’t

Reviewer Comments: Unit 214 was clean, kitchen had everything needed, there were games and a lovely 2nd floor view... as we chose since we didn’t want a higher balcony due to having a small child. Third day in our kitchen ceiling started leaking, we were relocated to 613 so repairs could be done. This unit wasn’t very clean, the kitchen was ill equipped and the oven didn’t work. Water was turned off in the bldg for 3 hrs to repair leak. Second year at this location and second year water turned off for bldg. repairs. Would have been happy in original unit without any interruptions. Time to find a new location for next year.

Vacation Rescue!

We were booked through a different company at a different property that was not at all as described so we were scrambling! Called Legacy and they took GREAT care of us. Totally saved our vacation. Everything went wrong

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There is no property management on site. The handle to the balcony sliding door was broken. The first night the electric went out for over 12 hours. The elevators were not working and there is no stairs at the west end of the building. We called building maintenance Dusty Thompson who was listed in the host book. Dusty was more concerned on where I got his number from and why I was bothering him. He knew electric was out but no idea when it would be back on or what happened. He suggested I email Aaron Webber, Association Manager. My wife called and emailed him with no answer. The next day the water to the building went out for several hours. Someone kept parking in our assigned spot which was clearly marked. The room with the trash chute was near ours. The handle on the trash chute was broken and stinky trash built up every day. We paid a lot of money for our stay and this is not acceptable. I would give the rating zero but it is not an option!
