Al otro lado de la calle de la playa! Permiso SPI # 2016-506183

Todos los muebles y electrodomésticos son nuevos. La cocina cuenta con estufa nueva, refrigerador y microondas. También incluye lavavajillas y despensa grande.

El Master tiene una cama King con muebles de dormitorio agradables y relajantes con hermosas mesas de noche y lámparas en cada uno. Segunda habitación tiene dos camas de tamaño completo con obras de arte bien decoradas. También incluye una mesita de noche entre camas con hermosa lámpara.

La sala de estar tiene un sofá y un sillón con 55 "HD. Está a dos minutos a pie del paseo marítimo que conduce a la playa.

Condominio muy bien cuidado con una piscina privada detrás del 8 plex. Ningún condominio está mejor decorado que este en la isla.

Cada obra de arte fue elegida por mi esposa y yo y recientemente decidimos alquilarla para que pueda disfrutar de las bendiciones que tenemos. ¡Acabamos de unirnos a VRBO en 2018 y es por eso que el precio es EXCEPCIONAL!

Nada se salvó cuando los muebles de este hermoso lugar.

A poca distancia de muchos restaurantes y bares.

Everything about this property was perfect for my two sons and I! The cleanliness was impressive, the pool was kept in great condition and was for private use of the building tenants which was great! The location to the beach was perfect for walking back and forth. The property owner was always quick to respond and everything was made so easy so that we could just enjoy our stay! We didn't want to leave! We will definitely be back!

Beautiful well kept condo.

This was are 3rd time we rented this condo. We love that the condo is walking distance to the beach which is very convenient for us. The condo/property has always been very well kept. The owner of the condo has always been very attentive to any concerns you might have. We will definitely continue renting this beautiful condo in the future.

Wonderful beach vacation

The condo was excellent and exactly as advertised! Great location - across the street from the beach and easy access through the butterfly garden. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed and it was super clean! Fully stocked kitchen and laundry units. We didn’t really use the back patio or the pool at all - patio is quite small and it’s a lap pool shared with the other condos, although we didn’t mind since we were at the beach all day. All in all - we would stay here again and highly recommend it. Thanks.

The property was excellent. Very clean and comfortable. The beach was just a short 5 min walk pulling all our canopy and chairs. So less if we were empty handed. Communication was excellent and check in check out instructions were simple. My family loves coming to this property whenever we are going to the beach.

Not sure we could have imagined a better vacation or place to stay. It was incredibly clean when we arrived. The beds we so comfortable. I slept so well. The couch and recliners were also very comfortable. The Dollar General was on the same street, so it was super easy to grab things. We had the most incredible time and can't wait to vome back! w

Great Family Getaway!!!

This is a wonderful place to stay. The communication with the owner and VRBO was quick. Instructions were clear. Everything was nice, clean and the beach access was very easy, takes two minutes to walk to the beach right across the street. I would certainly stay here again.

Great place!

This was our second time staying here at this beautiful home. Perfect location for the beach, shops and restaurants on the island. We were able to see the start of the sandcastle competition at Clayton’s. We did do the Black Dragon pirate cruise, would recommend this highly entertaining and great staff. We will be back!

The Best

I am an engineer by trade and have lived here in the Rio Grande Valley most of my life. I am a native of the RGV and absolutely love living here. My wife was a social worker for Child Protective Services and has been protecting children for over twenty five years. She is now retired and loving every moment. She is also a native of the RGV and we have been blessed with a long marriage and three wonderful kids...Bianca, Briana And Roy. The only picture of us in the condo is all of us together at Louie's Backyard restaurant located in South Padre Island.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

This property was picked by my spouse Noelia, because of it's proximity to the beach and because it is located in the middle between Wanna Wanna Bar and Grill and Café on the Beach. Both have a great view of the ocean with two completely different ambiance. Down the street from our condo is Blackbeard's Restaurant which has some of the best seafood on the island.

It is not a secret that our pricing is below the median of condos on the Island. We are not hoping to get rich here, but instead, want to share what God has given to us in abundance. Noelia is a cancer survivor and very few things makes us feel like giving glory to God than by sharing what we have. You will love this condo.
