¡Entra en esta casa de inspiración italiana! Entrada atractiva en el primer piso conducen a 2 dormitorios, ambos con camas queen, frente al mar. 1. 5 baños y cuarto de lavado también se encuentran en el primer nivel. ¡También se incluye un divertido juego de arcade en la entrada!

Hermosas escaleras con acento de azulejos conducen al segundo piso con una cocina de concepto abierto y sala de estar con impresionantes vistas al océano. Gran televisor de pantalla plana y centro de entretenimiento en la sala de estar. Enciende la parrilla de barbacoa, relájate en el balcón y disfruta del atardecer sobre el agua. Sala de estar junto a la cocina gourmet con electrodomésticos profesionales de acero inoxidable, encimeras de granito, mesa de comedor en su propia alcoba con capacidad para 6. El dormitorio de invitados con reina, baño adjunto y medio baño adicional en el pasillo completan este nivel.

La espaciosa suite principal con cama King constituye el tercer piso y cuenta con chimenea transparente, área de descanso y balcón privado frente a la playa. El baño principal grande en suite incluye tocador con doble lavabo, ducha y bañera separadas y vestidor.

Otras comodidades incluyen estacionamiento para 2 autos, sillas de playa / juguetes, Wifi y cable.

This is a wonderful beach house that’s well appointed with exceptional views. The sunsets and views of the Channel Islands were amazing. Everyone was comfortable in their rooms and we had a lovely time cooking together and gathering for Thanksgiving week.

They are so professional and efficient in communicating with the people renting the property. Even though their phone message says they will get back to you during the normal business hours (Mon-Fri, 8am to 5pm), you will surely get their prompt response within a couple hours no matter the time and day.Also, the house is professionally cleaned and maintained. We have stayed 4 times at this property, and will stay again for sure.

Perfect place for family beach vacay

We got this property for my family of 5 and my 82 year old mother. It was perfect for my mother who was able to walk on the small road next to the property down to the waterfront, instead of having to walk that distance on the sand. She kept remarking how perfect of a location it was and how beautiful the views were.

Family get away

Property is well kept and right next to the beach. Only issue is that it is adjacent to the a road that leads to beach parking. It wasn't an issue for us but there was a quite a bit of traffic. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores in the area.

The house had everything as listed. Very clean with plenty of towels and blankets. The rooms are very spacious. The sunsets were amazing. My favorite reason tobook a beach house. The stores are 5 minutes away with local restaurants near by.

We were pleasantly surprised to see the Christmas tree still up, which added such a warm and festive touch to our stay. We absolutely loved it and it made the experience even more special.The entire house was spotless, well-organized, and clearly very well cared for. Parking was easy with both street and driveway options available. We brought our own bikes, but it was great to see that bikes are also provided at the property for guests to use.The kitchen is beautiful and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. There are plenty of bathrooms, which made things very convenient for our group, and the beds are incredibly comfortable—everyone slept great.The property management team was fantastic. They were responsive, helpful, and answered all of my questions quickly, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free.Thank you for opening up this amazing home for others to enjoy. We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely love to come back!

The property was exactly as advertised. Great location — kids loved being able to walk out the back door and be on the beach. I’m sure we’ll be back in the future.

Great spot, stellar house

Awesome floorplan, beachfront. Clean and fully accomodating. Would rent the space again. The elevator is very cool. Everything in the listing was accurate. Kitchen has all the utensils, dishes, and cooking tools.

Overall just a beautiful place to stay, house is very large and very beautifully built/thought through! Out only call out would be a lot of the broken blinds when we arrived. We also don't think the laundry machine worked properly. The property also had no vacuum, which I feel like for a full week is a must! I don't think the ac works all the way properly either. The house never cooled down to the temp we set it at during our week stay (thank God for breezy nights and open windows/doors) The property management company was amazing to work with. I think with a handy man coming for half a day with some TLC, all the time things you could pick on would be fixed very quickly. Otherwise an amazing week, these things were very easily overlooked with the beauty of the house and how comfortable all of us as the guests were!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We vacation in beach houses every summer, but this beach house has been better than anyone we have ever rented. The high-end appliances are complimented by stocking of every type of cookware you could possibly desire. Whenever you thought of something you needed or wanted -- it was there. The seating was comfortable, plentiful, and did not collect the sand from the beach. This was true of the entire house. The flooring was an excellent selection so that any of the sand that made it into the house was not tracked all over the house. The house was also immaculate when we arrived. The wide open doors on the main level and the third level opened up to a patio brought the beautiful beach view right into the house. Everything was perfect. We couldn't have asked for anything more!

Reviewer Comments: The house was great: more than enough room, well-appointed, lots of extras (video game console, toys and things for the beach, bikes, 3 coffee makers!), closer to the water than some other houses we've stayed at. The elevator was a big plus for our wheelchair! A negative might be the proximity to the fenced-off naval base (rather ugly), but it did provide an alley to walk to the water avoiding trudging through the sand. Not a negative but for management to consider: we arrived on a Saturday and the trash bins outside were already full to the brim (trash day is Thurs.) so we had nowhere to throw our trash. A phone call to management apparently didn't merit a reply. We also noticed the the toaster oven had a broken knob, rendering it useless, and for some reason many of the outlets in the kitchen didn't work. The place was clean and more than expected. I would recommend it.

We had the best weekend getaway. The house is right on the beach with incredible view. We loved waking up to the sound of the waves. Everything was super clean, the bed was really comfy, and the place had everything we needed from kitchen supplies to cozy blankets. It honestly felt like home. We can’t wait to come back for another stay!
