We had everything we needed. The home was beautifully furnished. Walking distance to so many amazing places we never even needed the wifi. Cannot wait to go back.

Beautiful! Well appointed, and decorated. Everything was provided, above average appliances in the kitchen, and highly styled dining room was ideal for enjoying a comfortable, convenient, intimate dining experience. Optimal location, with dedicated parking spot, was ideal for proximity to shops, restaurants, attractions. While being in a relatively quiet neighborhood, enhanced the enjoyment of the outdoor space, covered porch for morning coffee and, and evening nightcaps. The Parlor Suite at 121 W. Jones was amazing, and would definitely book this space again.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful property with lots of space and amenities. Accommodations and parking were exactly as described. Check in and out was easy and management company was responsive. We had an issue with shower while there only extremely hot water would work, when we got a hold of maintenance sounded like this was a known issue which is frustrating. We only used the shower that one time during our short stay but it should have been addressed before our stay. The back porch is basically unusable because it’s clearly tough to keep the cushions clean since it’s uncovered. The front porch was lovely in the morning and a fan makes it comfortable. The furnishings bring together the charm and everything was clean. The unit is stocked with lots of dishes and glasses for socializing. Overall we would definitely go back next time in Savannah.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We wish we could have stayed here a lot longer than just one night. All of us felt like royalty in such a lovely atmosphere that took us back into a very romantic time period. The price was affordable and worth every cent. The office also was so accommodating. We WILL come back again. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making our short time here extremely special in every way. What a lovely memory we now have of Savannah!

This apartment is just gorgeous, the photos don’t do it justice. It’s elegant and comfortable at the same time, with so many amenities. The veranda overlooking West Jones St. is such a wonderful part of the home. We would go back in a second.

Beautiful home away from home giving you the feeling that you are in the heart of beautiful Savannah. Private parking was a plus! The pictures are very accurate: spacious, comfortable, clean, and so welcoming after spending time walking the streets of Savannah.

This is a gorgeous property in a fantastic area. We truly loved everything about it. The communication and check-in/check-out process was easy and clear. It got a little toasty in the common area at times, but the fans really made it comfortable. Would stay here again for any future visits!

The home was lovely. Very roomy. We didn't know that there were guests above us, and they were quite noisy (We may have missed that on the description). It got very cold during our stay and the heat couldn't keep up, so it was very cold inside. The shower temperature was inoperable. It was not very warm unless you really struggled to turn it, then it became scolding hot. It proved very difficult to find a happy medium. There were also birds on the roof top above the parking space..our car was covered with bird droppings and we were unable to drive it (unable to see through any part of windshield) because it was like glue and was so much, it wouldn't come off without soaking it with suds and even then it barely came off the car. This was most likely a seasonal issue. Location of the home was perfect and we walked everywhere - great location to nearby shops and restaurants, We would stay here again, just in a different season. Thank you for letting us stay at your property!

The location was wonderful - and on a beautiful street - so close to Forsyth Park and other notable buildings. My issue (why I didn't give you a five-star rating) had to do with the cleanliness of the property (dirty socks in bedroom from a previous guest, dirty pot holders, absolutely NO Kleenex anywhere in the unit, a furnace that would not go above 63 degrees when it got cold at night, no cable TV - forcing us to stream our own or sign up for other streaming devices (really!!!). It's the smaller 'things' that turned into big 'things'. My husband was so cold two evenings he wanted us to leave and find a hotel. After what I paid for this, I told him he had to add some blankets when he was sitting in the chair. Yikes! Granted, Savannah did have a cold spell and it's an old building, however you've got to prepare for this for your guests. Note: I am a retired travel agency co-owner - have traveled and inspected properties for decades, so I'm not just someone 'off the farm'. My comments have validity and I suggest you take them to heart. Thank you.
