Wonderful for families

Wonderful welcoming and comfortable residence, nice privacy for family time, close to multiple attractions. Drew was very welcoming and easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend this listing for your next stay, my family intends to stay here again on our next visit

Wonderful home! Pool was perfect!

Property was wonderful! Located in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. Restaurants in Sarasota, Siesta Key, and St. Armands Circle within easy 10-15 minute drive. I truly enjoyed my stay. Everything was very clean. The pool was amazing! I would highly recommend this property. Thank you for a great stay!

Wonderful property for the money

This is my second time staying at the property. We love the heated pool and screened-in porch, they are both very private. The house has anything you might need such as plenty of towels and a well stocked kitchen. The location is excellent due to its proximity to beaches, shopping and restaurants. We hope to stay here again in the future.

We enjoyed a great week here with everything we needed available to us, and everything very clean. The beach decor topped it off! We spent alot of time relaxing out on the lanai and sunning in the pool. Then at night slept in a comfortable bed. 5 star for sure! 😎

December trip review

The house was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Plenty of kitchen ware, seating, (we had family over for dinner) towels for home and beach, etc. We specifically were looking for a house close to Siesta Key beach and shopping, this house is within a few minutes of both. The pool was great for the days it was too chilly on the beach - highly recommend the salt water pool so much nicer than chlorine. Last note the beds are comfortable, sofas comfortable. Hope this is helpful, I'm sure you'll enjoy your stay if you book this home.

Love the house

The property is very nice, the interior of the house is impeccable. You have everything you need in the kitchen, plenty of bath and pool towels. Close to restaurants, 15 minutes siesta key. The communication was great. The pool temperature is perfect! I didn't give it 5 stars because of the pet rules. It is impossible not to transfer your pet's hair to the bed or some furniture. It is preferable to say that they do not accept pets. Super recommended. When I return to Sarasota of course I will rent the house again!

Great House

My sister and I and our fiancés stayed here for a week and it was overall a great experience. The house is nicely decorated. It was so beneficial having the two bedrooms and two bathrooms. We loved the outdoor areas, being able to eat dinner outside and hang out. It was absolutely wonderful having the pool there; the outdoor area was so nice and having the lounge chairs was great. We were so unbelievably grateful for the shed full of beach supplies (chairs and umbrellas), it was a life saver since we went to the beach nearly every day. The location of the house was so convenient, it was so easy to get to everywhere we wanted to go in all directions. Drew always answered all questions very promptly and made the experience very easy. It was a wonderful stay and we would definitely stay here again.

One week getaway to Sarasota

My wife and I spent a week in Sarasota with our dogs to escape the Wisconsin winter. While it was a week away, I still worked, which made high-speed WiFi imperative for Zoom meetings. The property was exactly as listed. The pool was private. The high-speed WiFi was super fast. The fenced in backyard was perfect for our two Pomeranians. The was a surplus of towels, washcloths and beach towels. The kitchen was well stocked. A Kuerig coffee maker is always a bonus, and having Kuerig coffee pods available was a nice surprise. Overall everything was great. A few comments, give a heads up before the pool guy comes to clean the pool. A "private area" is not as private when someone comes walking in unexpectedly. Same advice for the lawn service. A heads-up would help. The house immediately next door is a little sketchy too. Nothing you can do about that, but it did take away slightly from the overall experience. Other than those small items, the stay was great. It was a nice week away.

Will be back!

The location is perfect for those wanting to beach hop. So many beautiful beaches only a few minutes away. The pool was the highlight of the trip for my children. Well kept and private. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. Host was very helpful and timely with responding to my questions. Everything that you would need is stocked in the home. A true home away from home. Highly recommend!

A Whole Month in Sunny Florida

This rental experience was superb! The house is very nice and well maintained, we spent most of our time on the lanai and in the pool. The neighborhood was pretty quiet and felt safe and was located in a great area where we could get to the beach or downtown easily in 20 minutes. The fenced-in back and side yard gave us lots of privacy and allowed us to have our dog hang out with us out there. We had friends and family visit at different times during the month and everyone was comfortable. We did not go out to eat very often -- the kitchen had all of the things we needed to even prepare Christmas dinner! We did have to do some work while there and had NO problem with the wifi, even with everyone using several devices. We had a couple of small issues throughout the stay which Drew, the owner, handled very quickly and efficiently. We highly recommend this place.

Wonderful location!

This home has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Plenty of towels provided and cooking was a breeze with everything available including gas grill. The heated pool and lanai are terrific with comfortable seating/lounging and ample dining area (plenty of privacy). Easy access to shopping, restaurants, beaches, and museums. Also had great communication with the owner. Wanted to say thank you to the Drew, Randy, and Tracey for making our stay more comfortable! Would definitely recommend!!

Perfect location with all the right amenities

Idyllic FL experience with well-maintained salt water pool. The rooms were spacious with plenty of space for indoor/outdoor dining. Kitchen was equipped with all the essentials. The owner was very responsive and helpful with our questions. Highly recommend for location, amenities, and hospitality.

Wonderful Vacation Stay

Drew was very accommodating with the schedule change we required and checked in to make sure we were satisfied . The home was very clean and had all the cooking appliances and utensils needed. We mostly enjoyed the salt water pool and lanai area for relaxing.along with the close proximity to several gulf beaches. we would definitely stay again. Jim n Jan

Wonderful

Very relaxing, clean, good location for Siesta Key, Sarasota. Screened back porch with TV seemed to catch us every day. Close to grocery. Drew was great to deal with, very good communication. Will stay again if ever in the area.

Perfect last minute getaway

We enjoyed our week. Just a short drive to Siesta Key Beach. The neighborhood is very quiet and backyard felt secluded. Salt water pool was fabulous. We would come back again.

Great stay!

We stayed at the house for almost 2 months and thoroughly enjoyed it! It was very comfortable and well located. Our dogs loved it too, Good neighborhood for walking. We would love to go back and stay again.
