Ver sobre el famoso puerto de Saint Tropez y la ciudad y puerto de Sainte Maxime.
Podemos asegurarle de unas vistas excepcionales y raros del mar Mediterráneo, mientras se disfruta de un ambiente tranquilo y sereno.

Villa pleno sur, en una zona de lujo y tranquilidad, a 200 metros de la playa ya 1 km de la ciudad, piscina climatizada (opcional) madura jardín perfectamente mantenido.

El acceso a la playa de arena está a poca distancia (200 metros)

AMAZING HOME AND LOCATION!!!

This home is absolutely beautiful. In addition to having everything you need, it is well located and the views are breathtaking. A beautiful Ste Maxime Villa with glorious views over the Gulfe de St Tropez

We recently stayed at La Giraffe for our annual trip to Ste Maxime. The villa, amenities and views were simply fabulous. We corresponded (quite a lot, sorry) with the owners who were welcoming, friendly and helpful - answering any questions we had. Top marks to Jeanette as well for making sure the check-in and check-out process was easy and for all her help during our stay. She went over and above! The villa is gorgeous - very well kitted-out, very clean, comfortable and the owners really have thought of everything. Thank you Karin and Christian - we will be back - or will buy it if you ever sell!!

Du rêve au bonheur

Nous avons passé un séjour des plus merveilleux à la Villa Girafe. La villa est vraiment spectaculaire avec une vue imprenable. C'était encore mieux que les photos postées en ligne. La maison était très propre et pouvait facilement accueillir notre famille de 7 personnes, les chambres séparées chacune avec salle de bain. Les terrasses et les espaces extérieurs, y compris la piscine et jacuzzi, étaient parfaits. Nous avons mangé à l'extérieur et utilisé le barbecue. La villa est bien aménagée avec beaucoup d'espace confortable pour la détente et la cuisine bien équipée. Notre réception par a été bien faite et planifiée à notre entière satisfaction. Notre famille de 7 personnes avons vraiment pu passer du bon temps ensemble. Merci à Doriane* et à Christian le propriétaire de cette magnifique demeure qui ont été au de véritables anges gardien. Je recommande vraiment cette maison. Merci Merci Merci

Awesome place for perfect vacation

Extraordinary beautiful, perfectly equipped and located villa - it is really a unique one! Completely newly renovated, with breath-taking view, located in a calm residential environment just some 10 minutes walk to the beach where you can choose the beach of your preference - sand or pebbles. If you dont feel to spend the day by the sea, the pool is a brilliant alternative. Villa was perfectly clean, prepared, the owners were very kind and helpful - we felt so much welcome and as a part of the family. We will never forget about this place and positive experience we had - it was a dream vacation for us - thank you so much for your hospitality!

Superbe séjour...

Une vue grandiose, qui évolue tout au long de la journée, au gré du ciel, de la mer, et de l'activité nautique du golfe... Une maison tout confort, pratique, très fonctionnelle et bien entretenue... Une piscine luxueuse, adaptée aux petits comme aux grands dans un jardin particulièrement soigné... La base nautique en contrebas, la mer, le marché couvert, le port, les navettes pour Saint-Tropez... Tout est réuni!! Superbe séjour...

More awesome than described. Absolutely incredible

We've spent 2 weeks in the house and we can truly say it was totally awesome. The house and its environment is very calm (you can ever hear birds in the morning...), the view on the sea and on Saint-Tropez is absolutely wonderful and we couldn't have imagined it would be so exceptional. Even though we didn't spend that much time inside the house (because we were either swimming or sunbathing outside most of the time :) ), it was clean, very well furnished, decorated, and highly confortable. This was high standard compared with other houses we have experienced in the past in the area. The outside part of the house was also wonderful, the garden and the swimming pool was perfect and clean. Also, we'd like to thank the homeowners who have been reachable and helpful and made our stay very easy. We already miss being there and we wish we can go back next year

Since it is the place where our children grew up, this family property is special to us. We are very attached to this exceptional location, because we have given the best of ourselves to get the very best out of it. This unobstructed view of Saint-Tropez and its gulf will not fail to impress you. We can assure that the panoramic view of the Mediterranean Sea is exceptional and rare, all while you enjoy a peaceful and serene setting. Within just a few minutes walking, you have access to the fine sandy beach. The botanical garden of Sainte-Maxime, full of remarkable Mediterranean essences, is only 150 metres away. The city of Sainte-Maxime, with its typical southern-France centre, is just a 1.5-km walk away. It features a casino, many restaurants, a private harbour and beaches, and all of the useful shopping facilities. There is a shuttle boat leaving for Saint-Tropez every hour, the trip takes about 15 minutes.

Nice airport: 90 km away (about 1 hour)
Toulon airport: 70 km away (about 45 min)
Saint-Raphaël or Les-Arc Vidauban railway stations: about 25 min away
