¡Vistas increíbles! Este condominio de baja densidad es uno de los condominios más nuevos en Gulf Shores y se completó en 2006. Está justo en la playa de arena blanca y está ubicado en el centro de Gulf Shores, cerca de supermercados, restaurantes, parques acuáticos, parques de atracciones y campos de golf.

La unidad 2BR / 2BA está frente al mar y tiene un gran balcón privado de 26 pies con vista directa al mar. Tanto el dormitorio principal como el salón tienen vista directa al mar y acceso al balcón a través de puertas correderas. Esta unidad tiene techos de 9 pies, molduras de techo, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, lavadora y secadora grandes, pisos de baldosas, alfombras y encimeras de granito. WiFi gratuito en toda la unidad. Cada habitación tiene un baño completo.

The condo was very nice and the property was clean as well. Great Ocean view from the 11th floor. Table with 4 chairs and additional seating was very nice.

Girls Trip

Condo was beautifully decorated with beach motif! Kitchen was well equipped and updated ! Beds and furniture very comfortable. Absolutely loved the complimentary parking pass in garage ! Highly recommend this condo and would definitely stay here again ❤️

Beach Treat

The condo is exactly as listed and is in a great location. The kitchen was equipped with anything you would need. Both elevators were working and the other amenities were also available. We received a quick response to any question that we had. We will definitely stay here again.

Great place but noisy

Just as advertised on VRBO. Furnishing are somewhat outdated. Walls and floors not really built for quiet. We could hear upstairs and side neighbors. Location to the beach is great and the view from the balcony is breathtaking!

Perfect Spot!

We looked at several places on VRBO and found this spot. It was in a great location and the price point was good for what we needed! My wife and I were celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary and she had always wanted to go to Gulf Shores. So away we went. The condo building is centrally located and easy to get to. We were a little early, so we contacted the owner and she graciously allowed us to check in early. I liked that we had an assigned parking space, which added a little sense of security. When we got to the 11th floor and opened the door, we were immediately impressed. The inside was well designed with split bedrooms. The master had a private bath. The kitchen was big enough and the living room was spacious. The decor was super beachy and flip-floppy! My wife loved it. The patio view from the 11th floor was great. We felt right at home. Getting to the beach was a breeze. They had a secure access gate that only allowed the guests staying here in and out. Literally, the ocean was about 200 feet from the condo, and we liked that! It wasn't too crowded and the water was beautiful. One day, there was a lot of seaweed, but if you got out to the sand barge, it was clearer. All in all, I would highly recommend this location and destination.

Good Stay at Gulf Shores

Pros: appliances, large balcony, location (oceanside), thermostat, hot water capacity, communication with owner Cons: Cleanliness- small amount of trash beneath sleeper sofa, dishwasher soap still in its compartment, meaning the dishes that were washed last and put away were not really washed). Amount of laundry and dishwasher detergent was not enough. Amount of toilet paper was not enough. Water pressure from shower head was too great and hurt. The shower head did not have a way to adjust this. A lot of seaweed.

The decor was so nice and my grand-niece loved the 2nd bedroom with the flip-flops. The view from the balcony was exceptional. Great experience!

Everything lives up to the online description. Would definitely stay here again. Property owner was east to communicate with and very helpful. The area in general was just perfect. An ideal spot for a family vacation.

Great location, view & balcony. We communicated maintenance issues that need to be addressed. Also, based on comparisons with our past VRBO stays over many years & locations, some basic amenities were just missing here.

Great location and beach views!

This property was a great place to enjoy our family vacation! We enjoyed that there was plenty of room, a large patio to both sit and eat a meal, and walk right out onto the beach. The unit is in an older building - there was only one elevator working and the indoor pool was closed the whole time we were there, but otherwise the stay was enjoyable as it could be. The only suggestion I would make it adding a foldable drying rack for all beach towels/swimsuits/etc... we ended up using chairs and doors to air dry stuff. If you haven't stayed in a condo before, note that some listings only provide consumables for the first few days, so packing an extra few pods for the laundry and dishwasher, as well as extra trash bags would help.

Perfect vacay! Wish we didn’t have to leave!!

Our stay couldn’t have been any better, except by maybe lasting a few more days!! We were in the perfect location, not too close to or too far from anything. The owners were super friendly and very responsive. Will definitely be looking at this again for next year!!!

Home away from home

Our stay in this condo was perfect! We went for my daughter's softball tournament, but got so much more than we expected! The ocean view and sound of the waves were beyond relaxing. There was an abundance of shells to be found every morning. The sand was so soft and white (wear your sunglasses!). Condo was clean and decor was appropriate. We can't wait to go back again!

Excellent condo!

Easy check in and out. Responsive property manager. Great view, no, AMAZING view from both living room and master bedroom! Property is great, people are very nice. Pools were good, several BBQ pits on property. Very easy beach access with the ability to bring your own beach gear or rent from several different places on the beach. Kitchen was stocked, laundry machine and dryer were very large and nice, beds were comfortable, kitchen was pretty big for a condo. Please note, the refrigerator setting is backwards, so if you have it in the coolest setting it will actually be hot. Beautiful balcony! I will miss this place!!

Nice condo but the complex is outdated.

The condo we stayed in was very nice. No complaints there but the grounds and the complex itself is outdated and not kept up as it should be. Only one elevator working and has been this way for a long time and we didn’t get notification until the day before. Long wait almost every time. A lot of folks complaining about that. The pool area has wire fencing around it. Not sure if it is being worked on or just in poor shape. The pool area is small and not very clean or kept up. Location ok but no sidewalk out front for a couple blocks if you want to walk near the street. Overall a bit disappointing. Again, the condo we rented was nice but just complaints about the complex.
