Perfect stay!

This is my 3rd year staying here and it was great! Pool is amazing, my dog loved running around the fenced in yard and the location can't be beat! Adam was a super responsive host too! Will stay again!

Great stay!

This is our second year staying at this home and it was just as good as we remembered. The large private backyard and pool was the perfect place to relax and unwind. Adam was a super responsive host and ensured all our needs were met throughout our stay. The proximity to the beach and Main Street Amagansett can't be beat.

Another great stay

This is our third year staying here and it did not disappoint. The pool and yard are perfect for relaxing and the location could not be better. Adam is super responsive and a great host. Will definitely be coming back!

Wonderful house and location!

The house and location far exceeded our expectations! The Owner was extremely communicative and a man of his word. The property is incredible! Huge fenced in yard that out dog loved. The pool was a bonus and the location can’t be beat! We will be coming back!!!

Hidden Gem!

The listing and pictures do not do this house justice! It was everything we were looking for and more, and could not have been more pleased with our entire stay. The house had great amenities and the owners were extremely responsive (especially regarding all of my questions regarding extra COVID precautions and cleaning measures). It is also a perfect location being a quick bike ride or drive to the neighboring towns and walking distance to the beach- what more could you ask for?! The backyard is absolutely huge with an awesome pool, deck and grill that we used every day during our two week stay. The house itself is set off the main road which is great for privacy and the property has a beautiful bamboo tree lined driveway (who knew that we could even grow bamboo in this area)!! It exceeded all expectations and we could not have asked for a better house and stay! We would definitely book this property again and could not recommend it more!

Holidays in Amagansett

Family dinners, Christmas, Birthdays, and New Years! The perfect place to celebrate any event and we did it all! The location of a grocery store and a seafood market plus a well-stocked liquor store made the trip easy and gave us freedom to make all sorts of last minute decisions! All of this is in walking distance. Despite the fact that the owner actually had wood stacked outside the house we still had wood delivered to the house and enjoyed the warmth of roaring fires everyday! The well stocked kitchen made cooking meals lots of fun and with all the counter space the kids got to participate. Arts and crafts at the big dining room table and playing with all the toys ,books and games that were available to them in the childrens bedroom kept them very busy. The bedding was super comfy and the surplus of towels was exceptional. The sunroom in the back of the house made for a great office and the huge backyard offered the children a chance to run! Cannot say enough about how homey and welcoming this home is! Have Fun, 4 adults 2 children and a dog!

Great house, better than the pictures

This is one of the rare cases where the house is much bigger than it appears in the pictures. It's a really nice sized place with a giant yard. Everything was great. We had an issue with the pool heater when we arrived but it was fixed within hours. Great responsiveness, great property.

We had a great time here for the month of July. The house was exactly as pictured, with a great pool and backyard. You are walking distance into the town, beach, train station and a grocery store. The house is a short drive into montauk and perfect for a family or small group of friends. Adam was very responsive and a great host. We would definitely rent here again. Thanks Adam!

An absolute pleasure

We had such a great time in Amagansett. The property was beautiful, the house was bigger than expected and well stocked. It was the perfect place to spend a few days. Communication was timely and thorough as well, and it was great being so close to town and the beaches. We’d love to come back.

Hamptons vacation.

I stayed at the house with several girlfriends for one week. It was lovely, spotless and exactly as pictured. Adam answered my texts and phone calls promptly and is extremely pleasant. The location is close to town and the beaches. Perfect for a Hamptons getaway. getaway.

First stay in the Hamptons

Awesome first experience in the Hamptons thanks to our rental at Amagansett. Adam’s home was more spacious thank we anticipated and was very well stocked in the kitchen and bathrooms. It was also nice to enjoy the large pool after a long hike or bike ride in the area. The home is an easy walk to downtown Amagansett especially Amber Waves and Jack’s Coffee which saw multiple visits. This is a can’t miss spot if you want to explore Montauk, East Hampton or Sag Harbor.

Comfortable, Spacious House in Great Location

We had a great stay at Adam's house. The house itself was large and comfortable, with plenty of room both inside and out. We got a lot of use out of the pool and huge backyard. And the location was ideal - walking distance to town and the beach. We would definitely recommend.

Fun in Amagansett

It was a great family getaway where we were all together in one house. Close to ocean beaches, great restaurants, big backyard that our dogs loved, and the pool to hang out in. The house is affordable for us and we loved our stay here. Would definitely come again.

Fun and relaxing week

We loved our week stay. The house is conveniently located a short walk (15 mins) to town and five minute drive to the beach. Adam was quick with responses and the house was well equipped with everything we needed. We look forward to coming back!

Great house

Adam's home is well located. It is walking distance to the train station, supermarket, downtown Amagansset, and ocean beaches (~15min walk), which is rare in the Hamptons. The house is also set back from the road, and has a large yard in the back of the house. Adam is very responsive and extremely helpful.
