Se trata de un impresionante y amplio 3 dormitorios, 2 baños, con preciosas vistas al Golf Resort, piscina y lago. El apartamento es nuevo y ha sido amueblado con un estándar superior, con hermosos sofás de cuero y sillas de comedor para darle la comodidad y el lujo de un hotel boutique.

Todas las habitaciones están bellamente decoradas con hermosas colchas y cojines, dos de ellas dobles con camas de matrimonio tamaño queen y la tercera habitación tiene dos camas individuales. Cada habitación tiene su propio espacio de armario doble con mesitas de noche. Todas las habitaciones también tienen su propia terraza privada, para que puedas disfrutar del sol todo el día!

El salón tiene un gran sofá de cuero, donde podrá relajarse y ver el nuevo televisor de pantalla plana con reproductor Blu-ray. Wifi, televisión vía satélite y una gran selección de DVDs están disponibles para su disfrute.

Great stay

We had a wonderful week . The apartment was spacious well appointed with wonderful views from the balconies where we ate all our meals. It was a bit difficult to get groceries from the local spar since we didn’t have a vehicle. Pool was cooling and quiet. Enjoyed our week there.

Great apartment with loads of space

The apartment was ideal for our stay, a family of 5, with loads of space for everyone. The listing doesn't do the size of the apartment justice. Everything was very smooth and the communication with Paul was excellent. Overall a great apartment and a great complex.

Exactly what it says on the tin.

Had a wonderful holiday at this apartment. It was just as advertised and really well furnished. It was clean and modern as was the resort its situated in. Plenty of choice to eat locally or you could travel into the local towns where again there were varied choices. Paul the owner couldn't be more helpful throughout the booking process, from our first conversation I got the impression that he would go out of his way to ensure your holiday would enjoyable. A 5 star apartment in a 5 star resort with a 5 star owner.

Just returned from a relaxing break at the lovely Mar Menor Golf Resort! This beautifully appointed apartment, had all the amenities you could wish for. It is spacious, stylish and confortable! The outdoor terraces were also spacious and beautifully furnished with outdoor lounge and dining suites! Perfect for chilling in the evening sunset! Lovely clean and spacious apartment

The size and layout of the apartment was excellent. The view from each of the balconies was lovely and you could guarantee sun all day. Lovely setting near a very quiet pool, apart from early evening. Hire car is essential to explore area. Only 10 minutes to local beaches and restaurants. Bit disappointed in restaurant attached to the hotel. Paul the owner was easily accessible and kept us informed and offered advice on various issues. Bit disappointed in the on site manager. A number of requests were made, none were forthcoming. Welcome pack should have been there according to owner but wasn’t and it’s always nice to be met at the apartment just to clarify a few things. It that didn’t happen. Overall though an excellent holiday and we definitely would return.

Myself and my family (2 kids, 16 & 13) spent a lovely relaxing week in Paul's apartment early July. The apartment was as good as it looks in the photos, and there was plenty of space for everyone. I especially loved the outside terrace which was lovely and cool and shady. There was a slight issue with the WiFi in the beginning but between Paul and the property manager this was soon sorted out. The resort itself is very well appointed, clean and well maintained. Whilst we could not use the pool at the hotel, the pool at the apartment was never busy, and the kids could be seen from the terrace. While there are many bars and restaurants in the golf resort, we tended to eat outside of it, a couple of times in Torre-Pacheco, though not the quaintest of villages, the restaurants were always full with the locals and the food was great. Los Alcazarés is worth a visit if you like the beach, as is the city of Murcia, which we thought was lovely. All in all I would highly recommend this apartment - my kids would certainly be happy to go back!

Beautiful Apartment

We recently spent two weeks here, the apartment was immaculate. We are a family of 6 and the children made friends with all the local kids very easily. They had a great time. We left the car hire a little too late and we were unable to get a car big enough for us all at such short notice but we had no problems in using the local taxi who had cars big enough for us. We hope to return again next summer.

Amazing holiday

We’ve stayed twice now at this property, both times for more than 8 weeks Apartment is beautifully decorated and has everything you want and need for a weekend stay or longer, if you need assistance with anything there is someone on resort to help or Paul is just a message away Great location for exploring the region or equally just sitting back and relaxing The golf resort is fantastic with so many more still to play we will definitely be back

Wonderful

Another great holiday at Mar Menor Resort! The apartment is very comfortable & well maintained, and Paul is a pleasure to deal with. The new Spar shop is much bigger than the previous location, meaning all your grocery shopping can be done on site, although we enjoy heading off into the nearby coastal towns of Los Alcázares and Santiago De la Ribera. We loved the Mexican and Japanese restaurants at the hotel, as well as the kids disco! A wonderful family getaway.

Lovely apartment in great resort

We stayed in the apartment for the whole of June 2018 and had an amazing time The apartment is very well positioned, close to the pool and only a short walk to the golf club and restaurants on resort The apartment was extremely clean, fitted with quality equipment and has plenty of space even when various family and friends visited Paul was extremely helpful, quick to respond and addressed any questions we had as well as giving plenty of recommendations. We played gokf and padel tennis on the resort and also cycled quite extensively in the area I would suggest a car would be helpful for exploring the region although taxis are readily available for local trips into Los Alcázares where the nearest beach and many good restaurants and bars are situated All in all we have no hesitation in recommending this property

Beautiful

Fantastic stay. Everything you need in the appartment. Visited lots of places so best to hire car at airport then your ready to explore. Pool is great and convinent. Large complex with plenty of places to eat or shop so you can eat in. Friends who came too loved the whole thing and want to return. Thanks xx

L'appartement est très agréable, confortable, bien meublé. Tout a été parfait. Internet et télévision. Chaines française pour nous. La cuisine bien équipée est parfaite même pour les bonnes cuisinières. Elles y trouve tout et la vaisselle est abondante. Les terrasses de l'appartement sont accueillante. La terrasse principale est grande et parfaitement meublée. Si nous revenons à Mar Menor nous reviendrons dans cet appartement si il est libre BIEN SUR!

Home from home

Fantastic apartment with everything you could need, lovely pool to use too. Close to airport. We hired a car and found some lovely places with great beaches. You can eat at the resort at the many restaurants to choose we tried the irish bar one night and sat outside and they had enterainment was a lovely atmosphere, Cant wait to visit again, thank you Paul & Bridget for great customer setvice x

Fabulous apartment at a top notch resort

Another great stay at Mar Menor Resort! We so enjoyed our holiday at Paul's apartment two years ago, we decided to return again this year. Our two girls, aged 3 and 5, loved being so close to the pools. The new patio furniture on the terrace made a great spot for a glass of rose in the evening once the kids were tucked in. We also took full advantage of the top notch facilities at the hotel, which is a leisurely 10 minute stroll from the apartment. The girls really enjoyed the kids discos and we had several nice meals at the hotel as well. Paul has always been a pleasure to deal with, and we felt very much at home in his stylish but still comfortable apartment. Highly recommend!

An excellent apartment and great for wheelchair users.

A well equipped, tidy, spacious apartment in a very nice position on the resort. Our daughter is confined to a wheelchair so we were keen to see how an apartment worked after having some difficulties with one of the villas on the resort a couple of years ago. The apartment worked great, plenty of space to move around and two nice roomy bathrooms. The lift to the first floor worked fine which was very important to us. So all in all a great place to stay and many thanks to Paul the owner for being so helpful. Alan & Karen Dale.

Lovely Spacious well equiped apartment

A great spacious apartment which caters for everything you need. A well equipped kitchen, all bedrooms with balcony's. Kids catered for with inflatables, bikes, paddle tennis etc. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and found the apartment an ideal base. Resort was lovely and restaurants handy. We had a great day in the mountains river rafting which is excellent value for money. First class communication from Paul with tips on places to go. Would love to stay again in the future. Great Apartment and Base for Exploring Murcia

Great Modern apartment, Really clean and spacious. Excellent facilities and attentive hosts! We have been to this area on numerous occasions and this is the nicest apartment we have stayed in. The area is really central to explore the Murcia region and the resort is well maintained and clean with some good restaurants Paul kept us upto date throughout the process of booking and was really quick to respond to our emails - we would recommend the apartment to anyone visiting the area and will be staying here again when next in the area! Lovely apartment and wonderful holiday

Apartment was lovely and ideal for the hotel and the surrounding amenities. We were met with the rep when they said they would be there and a slight problem with rebooting the tv was sorted with prompt assistance. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Beautiful apartment in a lovely setting

The apartment was as the listing described. It was very stylish, clean and well equipped with lots of space and a nice big balcony for outdoor dining. There were excellent directions to the property and a welcome food pack with a bottle of Cava which was a really lovely touch. We were travelling with our 2 year old son, and we were able to sort out a high chair and a cot bed really easily. The pool area was also very nice, clean and gated which was really useful as there was a grassy area next to it we could allow our son to run around on without fear that he would run straight into the pool! The resort was very nice, and the hotel was a short 7-10min walk away which was useful for going for a meal or drinks in the evening if you didnt want to drive. My husband played on the golf course and enjoyed it, but would have liked a starter at the first tee to control tee off times. The resort itself is quite isolated and so you really need a car if you want to see a bit of the area. We would have found more information about the resort helpful(e.g. map, walking directions to the hotel as it took us a few days to realise you didnt have to walk or drive the long way around). Also more information on the surrounding area with recommendations. Overall we had a lovely holiday and would certainly recommend the apartment and resort as long as you are able to hire a car to get around.

We are a British family living in Richmond upon Thames in London. We wanted a special home in the Mediterranean where we could guarantee a beautiful climate and relaxing surroundings, and of course some of the amenities that are on offer at this beautiful resort. We have visited several times now as we have prepared the Accommodation and spent time getting to know the Murcia area. Our children who are 12, 10 and 5 absolutely love coming here. There are playgrounds for the kids just nearby and all the amenities are within walking distance. Because the Resort has a private gated entrance and 24 hour security it has a safe and relaxing environment and we can all relax.
