Cuartos de trucha! Tasas de caída!-Hermosos 2 dormitorios, 2. 5 baños, a pie de la playa!

Trout Quarters es la última incorporación a nuestro Coastal Quarters 4-plex! Es un condominio de 2 dormitorios y 2. 5 baños que está a unos 3 cuadras a pie de la playa. Tiene un espacio adicional para dormir con un sofá cama Queen y un futón grande. La cocina está completamente equipada con todo lo que necesitará para cocinar su pesca del día, o puede asarla al aire libre y comer en nuestras mesas de picnic. Hay todos los electrodomésticos nuevos en la cocina, así como una nueva lavadora y secadora para su conveniencia. Nuevas combinaciones de bañera / ducha en los dos baños de arriba, con nuevos marcos de azulejos. Aceptamos perros amables, y tenemos un gran patio cercado que es común a los otros tres condominios en el edificio. ¡A las mascotas y a las personas les encanta! El propietario vive al lado y siempre está cerca para responder preguntas o ayudar con su estadía de cualquier manera que pueda. ¡Queremos que su escapada sea lo mejor posible!

I will say, everything about this property is 5 star. It was clean, very homely, comfortable, everything you need is provided. The owners are available to assist and communicate amazingly. Check in was smooth and easy. Its only a 6 or 7 min walk to the beach, but a parking pass is only 12, so, up to you what you wanna do.I will say, it is a 4 plex building so you may be rolling the dice on other guests that are staying there. We had some, lets just say, less than stellar neighbors. The owners however were amazing and assisted with the situation as best they could, but obviously the neighbors behavior is no fault of theirs. All in all, it was a great place to come home to after a long day of beach fun and activities

A Five-Star Coastal Masterpiece: Our Stay at Trout Quarters Deserves an Oscar!

If there were an Academy Award for vacation stays, Trout Quarters would win hands down for Best Setting, Best Comfort, Best Supporting Amenities, and Best Overall Guest Experience.This two-bedroom, 2.5-bath retreat was not only incredibly spacious and spotless, but it was also filled with thoughtful touches that made our stay effortless and unforgettable.The fully furnished kitchen came equipped with everything we needed to whip up meals at home. At night, we’d curl up on the cozy couch, grateful for the Roku TV, which let us keep our evening ritual of watching our favorite shows.But what truly elevated this trip was how dog-friendly the property was. We brought our schnauzer, Ivan, and he had the absolute time of his life. With plenty of outdoor space to run and play, he explored to his heart’s content while we lounged peacefully, never once worrying about safety or restrictions. It’s rare to find a place that welcomes your furry family members with such open arms.Beach access? Easy and unbeatable. We drove right up, unloaded our tents, chairs, and gear without stress, and when the day was done, that outdoor shower was a lifesaver. Perfect spot. Comfy house.

This place is exactly as advertised. It’s in a great location for everything and anything in Port A. Rebecca and Anne were wonderful, hospitable hosts and answered text messages within minutes or less. When we’re not on the beach in the RV, we’ll be back to this place for sure!

Wonderful, pet friendly property

This was our second stay at the property and it was just as great the second time. We love the yard for our dog and the cleanup area outside after a day at the beach. we would love to see new mattresses put in because the beds aren’t very comfy. Other than that, the place had everything we needed. Thank you!

Great location

We enjoyed our stay and really liked the location. We were only minutes from the beach but also a quick 2-3 minute drive to great dining and shopping. We are definitely hoping to return very soon

Great place!

We had a lovely and relaxing time at Trout Quarters. We were very comfortable and enjoyed the close proximity to the beach where we easily rented umbrellas and chairs each day. The land lords were very responsive and great to work with. Highly recommend! Thank you!

Great place for my family!

This was a great place for my family (our kids and in-laws) to stay and enjoyed the beach together. We love all the unique decorations, even in small places. The yard was perfect for sunset gathering and taking our evening stroll around the blocks. Great distance to the beach and places to go (Especially the Coffee Wave.) The house was very clean and the bed was so comfortable! Great hosts!

The Beach

Close to beach. Access on next road over. Very clean and kitchen had plenty of necessities. I was not a fan of the parking situation.

Fully stocked, nice place short distance to the beach.

The place was perfect for my family and our dog. The house is plenty stocked with almost everything you could think of. Check in was easy. Host was nice. House is a short walk to the beach. Nice gated front yard for pets. Back porch is also nice for bbq and hanging out. The only 2 negatives I have would be the parking spaces in the back are kind of small and tight to get in and out with a truck but there is also extra parking up front and the other being the ventilation for the dryer being inside the house instead of going outside. This caused the house get hot and took a bit longer for ac to cool house. Overall, we still had lots of fun and the host was accommodating to a few things and we would stay here again.

Pleasant stay w/ family and dogs

We enjoyed our stay. Condo was perfect for our family and two large dogs. The condo had everything we needed, just like home. We really enjoyed the fenced in yard in the mirni gs & evenings with our fur babies. The beach was close enough to walk to but easier to drive to if you have a cooler, chairs, etc. Condo

Super easy and comfortable stay

We enjoyed our stay and it was one of the easiest check in and check out experiences I’ve had. The property management is very friendly and good at responding to any questions we had. The unit was stocked well and the yard was hands down the best experience for our pets. Thanks again for making our stay enjoyable!

Perfect dog friendly location & home

We had a fantastic stay at Trout Quarters! Everything was absolutely great! Communication, check-in, FULLY equipped house, super clean, area to clean off sand, nice yard for our dog, grill for dinners…. ! Walking distance to beach if you’re not bringing much and quick drive if you’re fully loaded. Highly recommend especially if you’re bringing your pooch!

Perfect getaway

Family Trip

We went to Port A for my boyfriends birthday. This place was just the right size for the 5 of us and 2 dogs. It was clean and tidy with an awesome fully stocked outdoor space. We grilled and they had everything we could need minus the food. great set up!

Loved our stay!

This is the best rental property we have stayed at. It was very clean and very well stocked with essentials! Communication with the owners was fantastic. The description is exactly what you get. It felt like a home away from home with how well everything was taken care of! We loved our stay and hope to be back soon! Highly recommend staying here if you visit Port Aransas!
