Inmaculada y hermosa casa de huéspedes privada! Todo lo que puedas desear. Esta es una casa independiente ubicada en nuestro tranquilo patio trasero del sur de Austin. Lejos de la locura, pero a 10 minutos en coche del centro. A poca distancia de remolques de comida y café. Cocina completamente equipada. Una habitación con una cama queen de espuma orgánica con memoria y sobre un loft encantador con un colchón de futón orgánico queen. Mucha luz Patio privado fuera de la puerta lateral.

Soy un super anfitrión en Airbnb, así como una propiedad de Airbnb Plus. Soy nuevo en VRBO, pero tengo 5 estrellas consistentemente durante 2 años, así que sé lo que quieren los viajeros, ¡y puede estar seguro de que su estadía será excelente!

Cute little place in the middle of everything

I had my bachelorette here and had a great time! Everything was super clean, beds were comfy and the pool was nice and cool. The owner was very attentive and kind.

Absolutely perfect

If you’re looking for a getaway to Austin, that is close proximity to everything, this is your place. We called it our little cottage. It’s absolutely beautiful, comfortable, and the host is amazing. The location couldn’t be more perfect as it’s close to everything, but yet you feel like you’re out of the hustle and bustle of the city. This place would be good for couples, families, girls, trip, or just to get away by yourself. I will definitely be back.

Perfect Austin Stay

This home far exceeded my expectations! The photos are lovely and inviting in the listing; however, in person, the quality of the furnishings, open layout, and thoughtful details made me not want to leave. It’s much larger than I imagined - an open living room with plenty of seating for friends or family, large kitchen island for eating breakfast, and ample counter space to prepare quick meals or a full family feast. The coffee and tea bar was well appointed and there was a separate box of breakfast and healthy snack items to grab and enjoy on the go. We slept so well in the beds - the quilts made us feel so cozy. There are also modern, battery-powered blinds which block out all light and provided complete privacy. I wish we had more time to enjoy the outdoor living space and pool - so cute! We will definitely be back again!

Austin thanksgiving weekend

The location is super convenient to all things in the city. Our host was very courteous and communicated well. The property was quiet and the space was very nice. We used all of the sleeping areas. The kids loved the loft and we found the space to be very clean with everything we needed. Zero complaints and excellent experience.

AMAZING 5 STAR property

Thank you so much Sandy for an amazing stay. The property was everything and more that we could have wanted. We arrived to find a "welcome" sign with bottle of wine. The kitchen items provided saved us from having to grocery shop for basics like sugar, coffee, and microwave popcorn! So thoughtful. Perfect house and great location!

The Guest House was perfect for a long weekend in Austin. It was immaculately clean and thoughtfully designed. The house was stocked with everything you need to be comfortable, even had cozy terry cloth robes. The location was great too, with easy access to get around town. Highly recommend and would love to stay there again in the future.

clean & cozy

The guest house was spotless. Sandy had thought of everything, including a cupboard with some to-go cups for my morning coffee walks. Tucked in a sleepy, tree-lined neighborhood close to everything in Austin, the place offered the best of both worlds, access to Austin's dining and nightlife and a quiet refuge at the end of the day. I will definitely book again.

comfortable, spacious, well-appointed, and clean!

This guest house has a great location in a nice Austin neighborhood, and it's very convenient to get anywhere. The kitchen/living room area is very well appointed and comfy for hanging out in. Everything is very clean and updated too. The bedroom is also a good size and there was plenty of room to unpack clothing with a dresser and closet with hangers..We didn't use the loft area but it was another place for people to sleep and had a nice lounge chair...Upon arriving Sandy left a bottle of red wine for us, a very thoughtful welcome! You also have use of a private patio area with a table and chairs for morning coffee or Happy Hour...The AC units work great at keeping the place cool and you can adjust the thermostat on them. There were a bit noisy but I adapted to the sound and it became a background hum...If you are a light sleeper ear plugs would easily do the trick. I didn't need them though...We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in a nice south city neighborhood when in Austin.

Girl's ACL Weekend!

Stayed at this South Austin rental for ACL weekend! It was perfect for me and my girlfriends. Sandy and her husband were very friendly and made our stay extremely enjoyable. The house was close enough to ACL but was far enough away from the noise! We will definitely stay here again!
