Great apartment

Great location, clean and spacious. Staff were a delight to deal with. Needs a little maintenance but otherwise excellent. Highly recommended.

Location Location!

A stressless check in, friendly helpful property manager COCO . The driver, Cristian, that Barry arranged for us from the airport was very helpful. The location can not be underestimated, it’s perfect for walking around and exploring the city.

Great place in the middle of everything

We throughly enjoyed this property. The property is perfectly located in the middle of Recoleta surrounded by restaurants and shopping. The apartment is spacious, very clean, and quite comfortable. The check in process was very easy and professional. Rodrigo met us and ensured that everything worked. We will stay here again when we return. 10 stars!!

Review of my stay

The management was excellent. Silvana and Coco were great and looked after all our needs. Coco was helpful by giving us a list of restaurants and things to do. This was my 14th trip to Buenos Aires and the apartment was in a perfect location. I had a wonderful holiday!

Perfect apartment and location in BsAs

This apartment was perfect for my husband and daughter. The two rooms had their own bathrooms and an extra half bath when needed. The living room was large with a dining room table and a large sofa that allowed the three of us to relax together or watch tv. There was also a lovely balcony where we often had breakfast or just relaxed.The location couldn’t be any better. Lots of places to eat, lots of shopping, easy access to everything and safe. Check in and out: a breeze. Thank you!!

Wonderful stay in Recoleta, Buenos Aires

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. Coco the manager was easy to deal with when we had questions — responsive, understanding, and knowledgeable. The apartment is located in a trendy neighborhood with supermarkets, shops, and wonderful restaurants. Hailing a taxi was very easy. Walking to the cultural area was also a short distance. Can't wait to return to this wonderful city!

We enjoyed this property and would highly recommend it for 2 couples. Very well equipped kitchen. Loved having the washer and dryer. So close to good restaurants and grocery stores. From our first contact to our last, Barry, our host and Coco our property manger were amazing. Casa Arenales was well appointed, attractive and very comfortable. The little touches — flowers,wine and starter toiletries were much appreciated. Muchas, muchas gracias!!!

No frills apartment in Ricoleta

This apartment is located in the Ricoleta neighborhood just off Avenida Santa Fe. There are abundant shops and restaurants nearby and there’s easy access to the subway and busses. While the apartment was clean, it looks tired. It needs fresh paint, less harsh lighting and it is very minimally furnished. The pillows and linens were in need of replacement. Communication with the host was good.

The location is wonderful. Charming neighborhood, cafes, restaurants, kiosks, close to museums and places of interest. My husband and I were traveling with friends and found the apartment very comfortable for two couples. The kitchen is well equipped, the washer /dryer very convenient, comfortable beds, each bedroom with en-suite bathroom and an extra little powder room by the kitchen. Also nice to have the eighth floor view and balconies. Thank you Barry and your team for a very positive experience. Beth Janes.

Our stay at this wonderful VRBO was perfect. The location is great for restaurants, grocery stores, great coffee The kitchen is well equipped and modern. The layout is open and airy yet the two large bedrooms provide privacy when traveling with another couple. Barry made our visit the best with great restaurant and outing ideas. He was very available via text, responding quickly. His property manager sylvana met us both for checkin and check out and accommodated our every changing flight schedule. 1875 Arenalas is a great place to call home while in the amazing city of Buenas Aires

Great family stay

We enjoyed our stay here for several reasons: the apartment has 2 bedrooms, each with ensuite baths which is nice when traveling with adult family members. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked and the living area is quite comfortable. The washer/dryer was also a nice feature you don’t find in a lot of places. The building is small and very quiet. Check in was very smooth and the apartment manager was quite responsive. The location is great-a grocery store is right next door, a great restaurant for breakfast is just across the street and an excellent gym is less than a block away. You can walk just about anywhere in Recoleta from there. We felt like natives rather than tourists. I would definitely choose this apartment on a return visit to Buenos Aires.

Would give 6 stars if I could!

This apartment was absolutely perfect for me and my family in the Recoleta neighborhood of Buenos Aires. The location was fantastic, situated in the middle of the historic district and just a short walk, subway ride, or cab ride from all of the attractions that the city has to offer. The apartment itself is spacious, with 2 full bedrooms each with its own bathroom, plus another half bath. The kitchen is well-stocked and it was all very comfortable for 4 of us. Barry and his staff were exceptional in supporting us. Our trip was delayed repeatedly, and they were extremely accommodating, including showing up late in the evening to let us in when our flights were extremely late. I couldn't recommend this apartment any more highly. You will not be disappointed.

Generally happy, but…

We enjoyed our 2-week stay. Manager Rodrigo was friendly and very accommodating about early check-in and late check-out. Neighborhood was great. About the apartment:The pros- spacious - comfortable bed- good air conditioning- good water pressure - good internet- good washer/dryerThe cons- old building with unwelcoming lobby and small, noisy elevator. Hardly “luxurious.”- could have been better appointed - some maintenance required- a “how’s it going” from the owner/manager at some point during the stay would have been appreciatedBottom line, the apartment suited our purposes well, and the pros definitely outweighed the cons. It was a good deal for the price. We would recommend it, as long as you understand what to expect.

Perfect location!

The property was perfect! Two bedrooms, 2.5 baths, lots of light, space and comfort. And location was ideal! Walk out door and market 20 steps down the street, restaurants at each corner, and only one block away from main thoroughfare. Only drawback was air conditioner in living room didn't seem to keep room cool, and air conditioner in master bedroom got very loud. We would turn off and use fan. Otherwise, it is a wonderful apartment, centrally located. And CoCo was super. Met us at check in and check out and had all kinds of wonderful recommendations for us. Thank you!!!

Excellent accommodations.

My friends and I spent three weeks here, getting to know Buenos Aires at our leisure. I can only praise our treatment, starting with the prompt responses from the manager to our questions, to the kindnesses of the staff who went out of their way to ensure we had some Argentine pesos available at our Sunday check-in, to driving us to/from the airport. The location of the apartment is in heart of the elegant (and very safe) Recoleta area, with dozens of restaurants, bars, cafes, bakeries, and stores within a two-block radius. My personal favorites are Covadonga across the street, Quotidiano Bar de Pastas a block away, and coffee and pastry in the garden restaurant of Como en Casa next to the apartment. Before you arrive, study up on the history of Buenos Aires and you will be rewarded by the friendly and courteous portenos who are justifiably proud of their city and happy to explain it to foreign tourists. I suggest you learn how to use the bus system, or simply hail one of the cheap and plentiful taxis in the area. You will be glad to endure the long trip to Buenos Aires to experience the fine food, culture, and friendly people.

Une belle adresse sur Buenos Aires

Nous avons passé 4 jours dans l’appartement de Barry et avons pu ainsi explorer dans les meilleures conditions Buenos Aires. L’appartement est très bien situé. Il offre l’énorme avantage du « tout à pied » et se trouve dans un quartier très sûr proche des transports et des commerces. À souligner également l’agencement moderne et agréable de l’appartement ainsi que la grande qualité et flexibilité de l’accueil (Check-in et Check-out réalisés sur des plages horaires peu évidentes). A noter enfin un service de conciergerie au petit soin. En synthèse, une adresse à retenir sans aucune hésitation !
