Amazing accommodation

This property fit our extended family of 27 perfectly! The location was near lots of fun activities and having our own private beach and pool was a big plus. The rental was clean and well kept with on site managers who were helpful and assessable. We loved our trip to Orange Beach!

Great find

This house was perfect for our cheer trip. Lots of room to accommodate our team. Definitely would stay here again. Clean. Two refrigerators was great and the ice machine was a extra nice surprise.

We had 13 Adults and 13 kids rangimg from 1-16 had plenty of room for everyone. Easy access to the beach and a great ice-cream place across the street. Will difently be booking again..

Great House For A Large Group

The house was the perfect size for our large group of family and friends. The walk to the beach was easy and short! Having the pool was perfect for late afternoons and the space on the main floor was great. Even when we had issues with the elevator, they communicated well and always worked quickly to get it fixed.

Orange Beach reunion

Very nice property and location. Pictures accurately reflect the rooms. Would be a plus to stock some cooking spices and other necessities. Katrina and staff were helpful and answered all questions quickly. Definitely a recommendation for those seeking a large home.

Multi Family Beach Vacation

Beach music 10 is such a wonderful home for multifamilies. We had plenty of space and never felt on top of each other. The kitchen is very spacious and the amenities we had are wonderful. Plus having so many bathrooms was an absolute blessing! I would highly recommend this home to my friends that need a space for multiple families to stay altogether. Only downfall was that I wish the weather and water would have been a little better.

Family Friend House

The house was perfect for our big family of 20. The elevator was so helpful for our nephew with special needs. Even with a full house you can find a quiet space as the house is sturdy and you can't year through the walls. Overall, a fantastic place for a big crew and a great location to easily walk to the beach.

Great place for a large group

The property has everything you need! Many bedrooms and bathrooms, well appointed kitchen and plenty of seating in the common area. You can be with your group or get away for some quiet time. Beach access and several beautiful pools. Parking is challenging especially for large vehicles. The elevator is great for getting your stuff up and down. Used the stairs to walk off all the yummy food.

Family vacation

There were 17 of us total and the house fit us perfect! Plenty of dishes, pots and pans, etc. Elevator was a bonus! Stayed in the pool and enjoyed the beach as well. We needed extra blankets for a few of the beds and they brought them within minutes!!! Jackie is a jewel 😊 her communication was pleasant and welcoming. I highly recommend this house if you have a big party. We will be back ❤️❤️

Family get together

We all loved this property, there were folks from Texas, Georgia, Illinois and Missouri. 13 of us. The house is set up great for large groups. The family room /kitchen area worked great and the HUGE dining room table was perfect for meals and games. They did this right! Bedrooms were great size and loved lots of counter space in the bathrooms. So close to the beach and the pools were wonderful. Lots of memories made Jackie was an angel assisting with explanations and answers. Rachel was so helpful as well. Thank you Beach Music for a great experience.

Family Gathering

There were 16 of us in the house most of the week, ages 1-81. The primary living area was wonderful. There was plenty of room for us to all eat and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook several times . We really enjoyed having our own pool and the beach was really accessible. Jackie and Rachel were very helpful with the booking and getting settled. The elevator was a must-have for us because of a wheelchair-bound family member and it worked well once we got the hang of it. The location in Orange Beach was great for everything we wanted to do. I highly recommend Beach Music!

Beautiful Home

Very awesome stay close to everything and home was very clean. Close to the beach bring your own chairs. The only issue that was a consistent bother was the elevator it would get stuck and the elderly had to walk the stairs. We didn’t call to get it fix as we were hardly there in the day time. We loved the beach and the shopping so it took our attention away from the faulty elevator. Overall it was a good beach house.

Good Times

We checked in and we were happy with the beach house, pool, and the beach. The elevator broke the first day but the owners got someone there the next morning to look at it, but we had to wait for a part to fix it. The upstairs AC was not working properly and they replaced it in one day and got it cooling again. The owners are pro-active with contact with tenants and that was appreciated. We’re happy with our stay!! Even with all the issues that were handled!

Beautiful and Spacious!!

This home is so beautiful! Open floor plan for the living area. 2 large dining room tables and long bar in the kitchen with so many bar stools for all to eat. 2 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers! Open deck right outside the kitchen where you can see the pool and the beach. Great customer service with direct number to text or call! Walk to the beach within 20-30 feet. Would HIGHLY recommend this spacious beach house!! It’s across the street from a donut shop too!

A large, beautiful and very accommodating space near the beach

This is a beautiful home with plenty of room for everyone! There were 13 seniors visiting. We were very comfortable with eight bedrooms and seven bathrooms. The kitchen, dining room and living room were large with two refrigerators and dishwashers and three sinks in the kitchen, two oversize dining tables, and four leather couches. A short walk to the beach on a well-maintained, boardwalk and elevator made our stay exceptional. The house is on the beach side of the road, so no need to cross the road. The only negative is the parking spaces are crowded and narrow. The management is extremely accommodating and friendly! We had a wonderful time.

Great Orange Beach Family Vacation

This house worked great for our family of 10 with 2 seniors. The elevator helped them get up up and down with no issues. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, the kitchen had plenty of space and was well appointed for the most part, the common areas worked well and the pool was very nice. The beach access is a short walk and it was very nice going between the beach and the pool. There were a few minor issues. The property in general needs some maintenance, i.e. door pulls missing, small sink by coffee maker doesn't work, hinges need to be tightened on cabinet doors, several cracked windows that have been taped instead of replaced, it needs a thorough cleaning and the wifi was a little spotty. Again, these are minor things that didn't stop us from having a great time. Be prepared as they don't provide coffee filters, extra trash sacks, dishwashing or clothes washing soap. You will need your own especially for a week long stay. Overall, I would recommend this property to families or groups looking to stay in the same house and we would definitely go back. We all had a great time.

Elevator not working

We were very disappointed in our stay at Beach Music 10 in Orange Beach FL. The house itself served its purpose in size for our family vacation. There were about 20 of us with ages between 83 years and 7 months. One of the main reasons we booked it was because it advertised an elevator. The elevator was not working when we arrived. Three of us are handicapped and cannot do stairs. All the bedrooms were upstairs. After a couple of days the elevator was working again, but went out again. So for four of the seven days it was not working. The pictures showed the house being close to the beach. It was very misleading. We were so far back we couldn't even see the ocean. I would not recommend Beach Music #10. I asked for some compensation for the elevator not working, but of course have heard nothing. Sue Schroder St. Louis, MO

Our families vaca

Our family and my brother-in-laws family shared the house.. it's a very short walk to the beautiful private beach. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes and pans and such but bring your own kitchen towels,spices etc. Host was very responsive when one fridge went out and our need for more towels and a coffee maker.everyone liked their rooms and bathrooms.everyone said the beds were comfortable. Plenty of pillows we're provided.The queen rooms share a jack and Jill bathroom with the bunk rooms. An improvement would be a lock from the queen side to the bathroom for privacy . Nice decks off the king bedrooms . Fortunately we had our own folding chairs. Would be an improvement if chairs were on the balconies .small partially shaded pool with outdoor shower next to beach house.there is an elevator and we needed it for Some in our group with limited mobility. Takes a bit to properly figure out how to use it. In person instructions were helpful. we stayed in unit 10. Be careful when taking trash out.there is drop off that requires caution . This my first time in a VRBO property. Would definitely do it again. The beach was the draw and it's beautiful.

Labor Day 2023

We had 14 family members that stayed in Beach Music 10 over Labor Day weekend and enjoyed our stay. Property management was responsive. We loved how well the house accommodated the size of our group. The kitchen has two dishwashers and fridges, nice silverware and plates/bowls/mugs/glasses were provided. The cooking and serving plates/tools were spread all over the kitchen in random drawers, so it took us a while to find what we needed. The living room has four full-sized sofas and large flat screen with modern tech. The dining room has two full-sized dining tables and seating was a combination of chairs with proper backs and benches - be careful with benches as most people really need actual chairs with backs. Unfortunately, we couldn't enjoy the amazing patio because the only seating was two picnic tables which didn't really provide enough seating and aren't comfortable, and one fell apart. Bedrooms were big, clean, and the beds were comfortable. The bed linens and towels are very minimal and left a lot to be desired. The comforters and towels are very thin. The home can use a little TLC - there are marks on walls, a bedroom door handle fell off, one of the showers didn't get hot water, but those are to be expected in a rental house like this and did not impact the overall experience. While this house isn't on the beach it is a very short and safe walk to the beach. Our pool was great, and our family enjoyed the community pool as well. This house also has an elevator

Nice except for the bedbugs

So, the place is really nice. We rented one of the 8 bedroom houses, lovely place, roomy, well kept (not directly on the beach but behind the other units). However, our first night one of the friends noticed her room had a bedbug infestation. We found some in other rooms too. The property manager didn't really know what to do but eventually offered either to treat the entire house, or a full refund. Mind you, we were scheduled to be there for 6 days and were on day 2 with flights days later. So we of course stayed. However, this required we all leave the house for HOURS. We went to the beach so it was fine, but there was no access to any restrooms, so it was quite a bit of inconvenience any time someone needed to really go. Then of course we had to launder everything except the bedding, which they changed (including towels - they did not change out the towels) in the ONE washing machine between 8 people. They did leave a few extra detergent packs but we ended up having to buy more. I was shocked that the owner offered no monetary credit whatsoever for the amount of inconvenience we had to deal with. (And didn't even change out the towels) So. it's a great place, in a great location, but be warned, if anything goes wrong, your options are limited with no monetary compensation.

Great time for the entire family

The property was perfect for my family vacation of 24 people. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space all while being together under the same roof. The kids liked having bunk rooms on separate floors. They enjoyed the pool. The elevator was much appreciated for my mom. Rachel and Kay kept me informed and were readily available for any needs. I could go on and on but my family and I left highly satisfied with our stay at Beach Music #10. Already planning to return in the near future
