We really enjoyed our stay! The host was very responsive when I had questions and check-in was a breeze. The only things I’d recommend is that they leave more towels and washcloths and put curtains/blinds on the front & back doors. Other than that, it was perfect!

There was enough privacy, but the road was a bit busy. I liked not having to navigate dirt roads, hills, and mountains. The washer was nice and soap provided. Coffee pods provided, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and towels were there also. The water smelled a bit and was not wise to drink it, but the pressure was good. The hot tub cover was heavy and worn and i could not get it back on, but owner was made aware and very responsive! She is a great host! It is so close to everything but away from congestion.

Cozy little cabin

This cabin is super cozy and quiet! A gentle stream trickles behind the cabin and is super relaxing to listen to! The jacuzzi adds another amazing ambiance! I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone reading. The property managers are super responsive and kind! A

Cute cabin

Had a wonderful stay. Cabin is very cozy and well decorated. Loved the outside area and hot tub. Jessica was wonderful to work with and checked on us throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. Perfect cabin for a couples getaway.

The outside of the cabin is in bad need of some TLC and yard maintenance. The driveway evergreens need trimmed. We're in a small SUV and bushes were hitting both sides of our vehicle while driving in. Front bushes and area around hot tub needs yard maintenance. Back porch was horrible! Couldn't even sit out there. Cobwebs all over the place, dirty leather sofa with dirt and grit all over it. One of the reasons I picked this cabin was to enjoy the little creek out back and we couldn't even enjoy it. Majority of the inside of the cabin was clean, except a few ants in bathroom/bedroom area. Coffee pot/keurig didnt work properly. We didnt use much else, we ate out each meal.

The property contact failed to maintain any maintenance issues and text me upon arrival

I double checked to ensure there were no issues and I was reassured that there were no issues. As I pulled into the cabin she informed me I was not able to stay, also she tried to make me cancel the reservation which would disqualify me from a refund so I had to sit on the phone with customer service to ensure I didn’t get scammed out of my money. If it were up to me, her contract with Vrbo would be terminated immediately due to improper knowledge of process, also requesting that the traveler cancel the reservation at the contact request. Very disrespectful and it makes me not want to use your service ever again.

CABIN RENTERS BEWARE!!!

This cabin has the appearance of a perfect, cozy getaway for a couple of days from the real world, but in fact it was a complete nightmare for my husband and I. To begin with we were given two codes for the front door so getting in was just a treat after traveling from west Tennessee for 10 hrs. Once we did get in we were greeted with the most rancid smell. When I texted the owner about it she said it was a skunk among other wildlife in Walden's Creek.IT WAS NOT A SKUNK! So for our entire stay we had all the cabin's windows open so the place could air out Her appliances are so outdated that you couldn't even read the numbers or which knob went to what eye on the stove. The refrigerator didn't even have a handle.The cabin only had one trash bag.I contacted the owner about this also and was given excuses time after time that her cleaning lady put them in different places and after looking in all places still no trashbags. She told us she would bring some by but we never saw her..The cherry on top was the shower that was located in the loft bedroom .It leaked every time we took a shower.The water would go underneath the door and onto the bedroom floor. So, when you got finished with your shower you would have a mess to clean up in the kitchen,which was located beneath the shower.The only saving grace about this cabin is the beautiful woodwork inside,and the fireplace..Don't waste your money on this one!

Quite and comfy

The cabin was perfect for my needs, although there were others close it was quite and cozy. The screened in porch was my favorite place to sit, could use a fan out there but it was nice. Just what I was looking for.

Tiny Mighty Quick Release

As soon as we arrived we felt the stressors of life melt away with the discreet water elements - a stream bubbling just outside the screened in porch and the generously sized shower post private jacuzzi dip. The modern take on this tiny cabin expanded the sense of space, and the simple uncluttered decor upped the serenity. We left the next morning feeling refreshed and ready to tackle the trails of the smokies...and anything else. Thank you for a fabulous overnight stay. Cynthia

Perfect Anniversary Getaway

This cabin was absolutely perfect for our tenth anniversary! The creek is so close and relaxing to listen to while sitting on the porch or enjoying the hot tub. It’s not too big, which made for a cozy getaway. The cabin could have used a deep cleaning and a few updates, but otherwise it was really nice! We would definitely Like to stay again one day soon!

Thank you, James! I’m glad to hear you enjoyed the scenery. My housekeeper leaves toilet paper, a paper towel roll, and soap for each guest’s stay. If she forgot any of those things for your stay I am very sorry! I will make sure we have extra supplies in the cabin in the future.

Very cute and cozy. Great location. Close to activities but in a country setting.

We loved our stay. The cabin was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. I loved having my morning coffee on the screened in porch listening to the water flowing in the creek. It was so tranquil. We used the hot tub every evening. It was very relaxing. Because this was a mother/daughter trip, I appreciated that although this was in a country setting, it was not secluded. We were not at all bothered by the other nearby cabins. I loved the game...it was a throwback to my high school days. Not quite as good at PAC-Man as I once was lol. I was concerned when booking about the convenience to the Parkway but was delighted that it was so close and easy to get to. It was not an issue at all. Jessica was a wonderful host. She was quick to respond to any questions and was so nice. I will definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it. Would especially be great for a romantic and relaxing getaway.

Perfect place for a relaxing vacation!

All of the comforts of home!! TV’s and WiFi were easy to use and lots of stations and movie channels to choose from. The bed was very comfortable and so was the couch. We will definitely be back! Jessica (the owner)was very easy to contact and replies promptly.

There is a king-sized bed in the loft and a pull-out sofa bed in the living room downstairs.

Before we start, here are 3 THINGS YOU'LL LOVE about this cabin:

1 - The CREEK is literally outside your back door. Enjoy drifting asleep to the sound of natural white noise. (Note the creek may be a lot smaller during the hot season)

2 - You get to experience what it's like to live in a TINY HOME but with more amenities and a sense of spaciousness to relax. Enjoy napping on the day bed, snuggling on the couch to watch TV or reading in the loft.

3 - The LOCATION is conveniently 10-15 minutes away from many Pigeon Forge attractions, but tucked away from the hustle and bustle. No steep roads so it's easily accessible even in the winter!

Here are 3 THINGS TO CONSIDER before renting CREEKSIDE RETREAT:

1 - There are steps to get up to the loft and bathroom on the second story

2 - Because everyone wants to live next to a creek, there are a couple of neighbors — one on the other side of the creek behind trees and a sister cabin for other guests. Behind the cabin still feels private with your very own curtained hot tub cabana.

3 - Like many cabins in this area, this one has a “fun-sized” kitchen. No dishwasher but you'll find basic dish and cooking ware. You may need to supplement them with your own.

Note: Since we are usually booked back-to-back we usually can’t accommodate early check-ins. If you would like early check-in please ask ahead of time to see if it’s available that day for an added fee of $40.
