We loved our stay. The kitchen is fully stocked and has new appliances. The fireplaces are lovely. The hot tub is pristine. The house is so clean and comfortable. The sound of the nearby river is icing on the cake!

Great Getaway

Wonderful house with a beautiful view!! It became our sanctuary after unfortunately having all of our luggage stolen from the rental car after flying into Denver and catching a Colorado Rockies game before we headed up to Breckenridge. Made the most of the rest of the trip biking down to lake Dillon, right from our doorstep, beautiful trails and scenery! Also loved the drive to Aspen, over Independence Pass, to hike Maroon Bells (a MUST!) Even after our horrible experience in Denver, the rest of the trip more than made up for it!! The lovely home, combined with the beautiful scenery, left us definitely wanting to come back to Colorado with so much more to explore!

Wonderful ski vacation/location with bus shuttle

Our family (6 adults) enjoyed this location for our ski trip to Breckenridge. The rooms were well-appointed with comfortable beds and large rooms. The townhouse is spread out over 3 floors which offered plenty of room for gathering and separation when downtime was needed. The decorations (wall art) and floorplan was unique which offered a "homey" and Colorado-feel so we all felt the location. The windows are huge and offered gorgeous views, yet a private feeling. Large hot-tub. The kitchen had everything necessary to cook meals and well-appointed. Washer/ dryer was in the unit. Garage was accessible to put our skis/ poles in. There is a LARGE mud-room/entry room off the front door or garage to put on your ski boots, gear, etc. with couches to sit on. The owners set this location up for active families/ groups to get ready for a day outside (no matter what season you go there). The rental is in between 2 bus stops that is a 5 minute walk in ski boots and runs on a consistently schedule. (We walked downhill to the lower bus stop in the morning and then got off at the 'upper' bus stop in the afternoon so we had another DOWNHILL 5-min. walk back to the unit). None of us had ANY complaints about this location/rental. We will book this location again when we visit!

Wonderful treehouse getaway

Beautiful home, was absolutely perfect for our ski group. House was comfortable, very well-equipped (kitchen tools/pantry) with a great feel. Close enough to town, easy walk to shuttle w skis, feeling very much like you are in the mountains. Especially nice if you are coming from a big city. Would recommend w/o hesitation.

Quiet Beauty

Beautiful property nestled in the trees and along the river. Quiet and majestic with the snow covering the trees. We walked into town and saw the beloved troll. We enjoyed the hot tub with the highlight being in the evening while the snow fell. Would absolutely come back.

Breckenridge Beauty

We loved the location with the Blue River right below and a short walk to main street. We could listen to the river running while on the patios or in the primary bedroom upstairs. Property management was great to work with. We would absolutely stay here again.

Fantastic Ski House

A group of friends from Arkansas who go on a yearly ski trip absolutely loved staying at this house. It was walking distance-ish from the slopes if you don't mind a morning walk. The kitchen was outfitted with high quality cooking tools. The private hot tub is fantastic for coming off the mountain and the rooms and Heating were very comfortable.

Great Time

This was a wonderful getaway for our group of friends. Great location and views. Very private but still close enough to town to walk to the shops and restaurants. Close to the bus stop as well. The hot tub wasn’t working when we arrived but they sent someone out the next day to get it running for us. Our group only had two minor complaints… 1. Beds were a little uncomfortable. 2. Water for showers did not get very hot. The master shower has jets coming out of the wall which seemed like a cool feature at first, but I didn’t end up using them because the water was too cold. Otherwise, we had a great trip!

house was wonderful- such a beautiful setting. you could cook a gormet meal in the kitchen- believe the appliances were all new. Carpet seemed all new too. Great to have all the pantry extras - spices, tea, and other supplies. cant say enough good about it!

Colorado Christmas

Amazing property!! Great location and plenty of privacy for the awesome hot tub. Kitchen has everything needed for cooking any meal. We did have two major disappointments. 1) the master bed desperately needs to be replaced. Although the bedroom is private, very cozy and super quiet, the bed is like sleeping in two hammocks with a hump in the middle. Also, we were so looking forward to the cozy fireplace in the main living room, but it never worked. We reported it the first day and they were very prompt to send maintenance to look at it. He couldn’t repair it and the fireplace guy never showed. Outside of those things, we were very satisfied with the property and if those things are fixed we would return.

A truly wonderful stay!

Blue Bend was perfect for our family group of three couples and two kids, 5 and 8 years old. The kitchen was well stocked, the bedrooms and sleeping space were perfect for our group, the living room was super cozy, and the window seat was often a favorite during day or night. Location was perfect; close to the bus, close to town by car. Our family could not recommend Blue Bend more!

Family Vacation

Thanksgiving trip with our adult children and grandchildren. Plenty of room to spread out and be comfortable. The window nook with the amazing views was our favorite spot for morning coffee and snuggle time with the grandkids! Great location for an easy walk into town. The kitchen and dining seating for 8 was perfect for our Thanksgiving meal. Everyone enjoyed their stay!

Family Wedding Fun

Our daughter was getting married at Windy Point on the Lake Dillon Reservoir. We needed a place to stay for 7 adults and a 2 year old before and after the wedding. Blue Bend was perfect for us! We found the house very clean, organized and all the amenities were there. We walked to town almost everyday since it was situated so close. We really enjoyed our stay and had a great time watching the meteor shower from the hot tub! Would book it again when we are next in Breckenridge! Thank you!

Best Stay Ever

One of the best VRBO stays I've ever had. Will definitely come again. Had 3 adults and 4 kids under 11. Lots of well layer out space and the kids thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub.

Great Place for Family Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay at this location during our recent trip to Breckenridge, CO. Very clean, spacious & well stocked with all the amenities needed... and WOW, what a view from the balconies! Highly recommend staying here for a family or group up to 8 people.

Amazingly beautiful property

The house is fantastic, as seen on VRBO, kitchen and full house well supplied with everything. The house is very comfortable, and well suited for a mixed group (2 living rooms w/fireplaces). THE DECKS!!!!! The decks are absolutely unbelievable! The house design puts the decks well above the ground level, and your are right in the trees. Views of Bald Mtn from the decks and jacuzzi as well as the sound of the Blue River (very close off the decks) make this a really special place. Just across the street from the house there is a great trail through the forest (approx 1/2 mile) that leads to upper main street. We made numerous trips with oiur grandaughters into town, and then rode the free bus back to the house. We enjoyed hanging out of the deck so much, we know we'll be back!!! We have been in Colorado for 12 years, and Breckenridge has become our favorite spot for hiking, eating out, spectacular drives into the mountains, etc. This house is absolutely amazing!!! 2023 Break Wedding Trip

Loved the house, the location - proximity to downtown. Only complaint was a toilet in the master that had a broken flapper and leaked the whole stay. When I reached out to the management company, they said that they would repair it after we left.

Slight change was no problem

Where we originally were to stay became unavailable due to a maintenance concern. The leasing agent moved us quickly and effortlessly before our stay. The accommodations was perfect! We stayed at Fox Den and it was perfect! We were even visited by a fox!
