Had a great time, house was spacious and beautiful. Best thing grill was hooked up to the gas line.

We had a great time and will definitely reconsider coming back to this home in the future. One thing we really like was the gas grill was hard line into the house. No more running out of propain while bbqing for the family.

Excellent Stay and Larger Space than the Pictures Appear

The house was perfect and way bigger than I thought it would be. Dave was very responsive. The only bummer was that the lake water level was so low that we could not use the dock. However, that is not Dave's fault that there is no snowpack feeding the lake this year. 10/10 overall and will definitely rent here again.

Ok

Bbq tray was completely full of grime and grease and caught fire when we used the bbq.. ran into the “cleaners” upon arrival, house was somewhat clean. But definitely not sparkling clean! the house was far from complete, no kick boards, carpet loose at the bottom of the stairs, door jams unfinished, plywood covering the fire place insert made for a great look. Also the back deck/dock is shared with the neighbors so privacy is not a thing here! Not the right place for that kind of money!

Awesome Experience!

The home is fantastic! The renovations they are doing make this place a steal for the price they are offering it at. Dave was a blessing to work with, a straight forward genuine guy who cares about the people he invites into his home. The dock was a huge plus along with the kayaks and paddleboards! We went during a heatwave, so the water was a little mucky, but the home, deck, and experience made up for that completely! We came with a larger group of friends, and there was beyond ample sleeping arrangements. I loved the home, and the weekend we shared!

2nd time at Hermosa House

This was our second stay at Hermosa house and we had a fantastic time we were 7 adults in all and were more than comfortable in this spacious home right on the lake. We rented a boat and kept it over night and were able to dock it right at the dock that comes with the house. The deck was just rebuilt and the owner did an outstanding job on it. There were many ping pong tournaments Happening in the evenings on the table the owner graciously shares with his guests. Many happy memories were made on our extended weekend. If you are looking for a peaceful getaway we would recommend Hermosa House.

Beautiful Views!

The house was perfect for my family to have a little get away and and enjoy some fishing on the lake. We caught a couple decent size large mouths right off the dock. The owner was very forth coming that different aspects of the home are still a work in progress however everything was in function order. This house will be amazing when it is all finished!

Hermosa heaven

My family and some extended family stayed for 3 nights for a little reunion. We had such a wonderful time. The owner was very accommodating and extremely responsive. The interior is extremely clean and in great shape even though still undergoing some upgrades. We highly recommend a stay at Hermosa, we will be returning next year for sure!!

Hermosa with the most'a!

We loved staying at the Hermosa house! You won't be disappointed! The owner is great to work with. We will definitely be coming back next year and years to come. We felt right at home. We have been coming to Clearlake for years and this is by far the nicest house on the lake that we have stayed at. If you've never stayed on this side of the lake you're missing out. The water is cleaner and calmer. This house is very clean and has everything you would need to make your stay enjoyable. The beds were great. The house has amazing air conditioning and each room has a ceiling fan which makes it very comfortable in the summer. It was also nice to put my clothes away in the closet organizers. The kitchen is perfect for a family to cook in with everything you would need to cook. We cooked most meals at the house. We even made brownies in the oven. The remodeled bathrooms were VERY nice. I really liked the finishes that were chosen. The bathtub was so nice and big. Loved it. The deck is HUGE, we spent most of our time out there taking in the gorgeous view of the lake. On the deck, it has a HUGE table that seats 10. It fit our family perfectly. The dock has just been recently redone and was very well built. It was so easy to dock our boat. I just can't say enough great things about the owner and the property.

Lovely, spacious lakeside property

Owner is very responsive. Is renovating property and is almost done. Improvements he has made are great. Spent Thansgiving with family of 10 and plenty of room. Nice touch - owner added Thanksgiving decorations. Should be amazing in summer!
