Pocos lugares en Norris Lake están tan cerca de ambos, el lago, las montañas y el distrito comercial, de restaurantes, médico y comercial LaFollette / Jacksboro, como nosotros. Al otro lado de Indian River Marina estamos a 2 millas de la ciudad. Esta es una villa tranquila y muy cómoda ubicada junto a los estanques de Koi, a 100 yardas de IRM y el lago, y a 20 minutos de fantásticos senderos para vehículos todo terreno.
Nuevo en 2018, la propiedad es de 600 s. F. con una combinación considerable de sala de estar / cocina y un dormitorio con cama queen. El salón tiene un sofá cama de alta calidad. Se accede a un baño de tamaño completo y a una lavadora / secadora a través del dormitorio.
La cocina está equipada con utensilios, ollas, sartenes, platos, cubiertos, etc. Ofrecemos 6 almohadas, 2 juegos de sábanas queen, mantas, colchas, toallas de baño y paños de cocina, pero debe traer sus productos de papel, ropa y jabón para lavar platos.
Hay televisores inteligentes en ambas habitaciones con canales por cable, HBO y Starz, y servicio de internet WiFi.
En el exterior hay tres áreas de terraza con hermosos paisajes para sentarse, relajarse y ver nadar a los peces.
Tenemos amplio estacionamiento para acomodar botes, vehículos todo terreno y remolques.

Backyard shed

Very cool little place. Nice area . Mr Fred was very helpful with the questions I had about the area . Had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. Was just a very cool and neat experience for my first trip to Tennessee and was pretty easy to get to the trails for side by sides once we figured out where they were . Everybody we ran into were very friendly and helpful . Great time ! Thanks it’s Fred and his wife for allowing us to stay there .

If you are traveling to Norris Lake to fish this place is perfect. Had the best parking with truck and boat of any place I have stayed at near Norris. You are 2 min from Indian River ramp, 10 min to Lonas Young/ Whitebridge and 20 min to the Dam. Once you come off the lake you are 5 min from multiply places to eat. The host was very responsive and answered our questions. The Yard Barn was perfect. Very clean, very comfortable and in a very well lit nice lake marina neighborhood I have not doubt I have found the only place I will ever stay again when fishing Norris.

Hiking Excursion

The property was exactly what we were looking for. It was clean, comfortable, and quaint. It perfectly suited our needs as we visited Campbell county to hike segments of the Cumberland Trail. We will definitely return. Thanks for the accommodations!

WONDERFUL home, great location, fantastic hosts!

This house consistently exceeded my expectations! The home is is a great size for a couple and felt more than big enough for our needs. We used the house as a base of operations for hiking at Cove Lake and Norris, watching the Elk at Hatfield Knob, and a night in cooking and playing games. The setting is really a treat. I picked the backyard shed (vs the other two) for the nice lounge chairs on the front deck and was glad I did. The koi pond and the beautifully landscaped yard is very relaxing. The inside is beautifully furnished and very comfortable for relaxing over a meal or vegging out after a full day. The bed was a particular surprise. Moderately firm, it was a treat to lay down on after hiking. The sheets were immensely soft and felt great. And the pillows are the best I have ever slept on away from home. The TVs functioned flawlessly and allowed us to finish us some netflix and watch youtube while cooking or trying to pick up a new board game. The hosts were also VERY responsive, both via the VRBO message and via text. I HIGHLY recommend checking out one of these "sheds". They are far more comfortable than a hotel suite and a delight to stay in. My g/f is already planning a return trip and we plan to repeat our stay in the shed!

Sheds are Cool

This location looks better in person, so the online pictures are not misleading. The property is also nicer than any apartment I've rented, so where can I get one? My stay here was truly wonderful and made easy by Fred and Debbie. We had no trouble finding the place and it's a perfect location for motorcyclists. I would also add the owners are world-class and want people to enjoy their accommodations. When I come back to TN, I'll be looking for availability at the Backyard Shed!

This little cabin was perfect for just my husband and I. It was cute and clean. The outdoor seating area was great too. The owners were great to work with and very friendly. They responded very quickly to our questions. We will definitely stay again if in the area.

Peaceful and Rejuvenating

I highly recommend the "Backyard Shed". It was amazing, very clean, very comfortable. Fred and Debbi are the best! They thought of everything for this home away from home. We will be back, and we so enjoyed exploring the Norris Dam and State Parks. Looking forward to a summer visit.

Backyard Shed visit

Had an enjoyable time, got off to a rocky start but Fred took care of our situation. Enjoyed the fish ponds and the quiet - that is what we really went away for. Yard needed some attention but understand owners had been out of town for awhile so can understand that. It was a neat cottage and would definitely consider staying again.

A simple retreat to renew and recharge

The Backyard Shed is simple living at its best. The accommodations were simple but somehow felt luxurious with comfortable beds and nice linens. The koi ponds and shaded seating are the perfect antidote to fast paced or stressful living. The hosts were gracious and kind. I highly recommend this place.

Wonderful Stay!

My family and I loved our stay here! It was the perfect location and within walking distance of the marina. There was even room for us to park our truck and boat trailer in the driveway. Our kids loved the koi ponds and goats next door. Fred went above and beyond during our stay and we definitely plan on returning!

Great vacation

Fred and Debbi were amazing hosts. The house was super clean and just the right size for my husband and me. We had everything we needed to cook and it was super close to the marina to access the boat. We thoroughly enjoyed Norris Lake and hope to return!

Cole's Place has three properties that sleep 4 and one property that sleeps 7 at the same location. Ideal for accommodating multiple families spending time together. Large decks and four kitchens make for great group gatherings. Our location just off Interstate 75 is a great meeting point for folks coming from north and south.
