Oh, sorry to hear about the stains in the shower. However, we are happy that you liked our place and that you had a great stay. Thanks for the feedback.

First of all, we thank you for your feedback and would like to point out that the outdoor area is shared by 8 (and not 9) units and we do not officially offer a gas grill. However, we are sorry that our accommodation does not meet your expectations and would have been pleased about short feedback on your part already on-site.

Our Barra Villa Resort unfortunately does not have an elevator but 2 very nice apartments on the first floor which are ideal for guests with limited mobility. When booking just make sure to book the "Apartment Sanibel" or the "Room Naples".

9 Day Visit

One needs to be flexible. The living conditions were okay. The two rooms were clean. There were 17 steps to the studio and there was no heat. A portable radiator was available but was very inadequate. In defense of the owners, nobody was expecting the very cold weather that occurred.

We are glad that the cleanliness of our accommodations has convinced you. That we can not do anything about the weather, is probably true. However, if we had been informed in time, we would have been happy to help out with an additional heating option. And we thank you for your feedback.

Very Cute

Unit was awesome, Pool was perfect. The only issue is the AC! We could not get the temp below 76 for the week that we were there. Everything else was perfect!

Thanks for the review and nice that you enjoyed your stay. Too bad that you gave us only 2 stars. The apartment has 2 room AC's and not a central air conditioner. We had a heatwave during the week with temperatures above 100 ° Fahrenheit. Of course, the small units can't handle that, even the central units have their problems with this kind of outside temperatures. Nevertheless, I think that in most countries of the world people would be happy to have the luxury of cooling their rooms down to 76° Fahrenheit...
