Disfrute de los sonidos serenos del río Rock Broad y de una vista excepcional del parque estatal Chimney Rock desde la cubierta posterior privada. Este apartamento de 1400 pies cuadrados fue completamente renovado a principios del verano de 2018. Wonderful stay

Beautiful location, close to Chimney Rock and right on main street so close to shops and restaurants. Apartment was very clean and cozy. Our 2 daughters stayed with us and they too were very impressed. Beds were so comfy and furniture also very comfortable. If we are ever back that way we will definitely be staying here again.

Perfect family get away

The perfect view and close to everything. The beds were comfortable and linens and towels were provided. My kids loved the arcade game! We plan to come back again.

Fantastic Deck Porch Views

From location, views, comfort and host hospitality, this was a fabulous getaway for our family! You literally only need your clothes and toiletries, everything else you'd need is there! We are looking forward to coming back again!

Great views and location

We had a wonderful time at Waterfront retreat. The apartment was clean and decorated nice. The view from the back deck was amazing. Front deck was nice also with street view. Walking distance to all the shops and restaurants including winery and brewery. Will definitely stay again.

Great location!

It was our 39th anniversary. The wife wanted to stay somewhere we could walk to shops, food, etc. This couldn’t have been a better location! We had a blast! (for two older people) Great all-around experience, and this home was a great base camp.

Great stay

Very nice and spacious apartment. Quiet settings but so close to everything in town. We appreciated the friendliness and cordial welcome of the apartment managers who made our stay enjoyable and we definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants a quiet place with plenty of room for several people. Chimney Rock Village and Chimney Rock are good places to visit and enjoy small town ambience.

Main Street gem

Perfect location! Modern and well-appointed, super clean with easy access. Met the owner’s (adult) kids and they couldn’t have been nicer. This place will go on my “Return and Recommend” list.

Absolutely fabulous!

Pictures do not do this apartment justice. It was amazing being in the heart of CR village, sitting on the decks & enjoying the views! Check in was simple & very accommodating. Would definitely recommend!

Chimney Rock

I stayed with my 2 daughters and one's boyfriend. We loved the set-up of the condo and the location. We enjoyed the two porches, playing in the river, walking to shops, restaurants, the brewery, and being close to the park. The unit is modern, clean, and comfortable. Great stay overall, highly recommended!

In the Heart of Chimney Rock

Great little 2BR place, love the location, view of the Park is wonderful, and the property manager was awesome! We will definitely put this one as a favorite! Clean, hospitable, close to Coffee downstairs! Restaurant next door! Walk to anywhere in Chimney Rock, this place is right in the middle of town! Watch for Bears!

Christmas stay

Stayed here for Christmas weekend and we had a great time! The house was exactly as listed. Great location, clean, and comfortable. Had great views both in the back and front porch. But the view from the back porch was great and you could here the river from the porch. Will definitely make this to a annual visit! Definitely recommend this house!!

A great experience

The wife and I stayed here for a relaxing anniversary weekend. The communication and helpfulness of the property manager/owner made everything easy and stress-free. The location is perfect, being in the middle of Chimney Rock's shops and restaurants. It allowed us to walk to nearly everything we were drawn to do. The place is clean and well kempt.

Perfect location!

We planned a girls weekend trip & we couldn’t have picked a better place! Everything was within walking distance. The place was very spacious & clean. The views were AMAZING! We enjoyed listening to the sounds of the River on the back porch…so peaceful! The host was awesome & prompt with communication. I am booking a trip there already for my husband & I in the fall! 5/5 stars!

Floors were dirty

We loved the location and the furniture was beautiful. Also the beds are very comfortable! The floors were a bit dirty causing the bottom of our feet to be black. Also could use a bit more cook wear ( there was no cookie sheet) for the people who like to cook. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will be back soon!

Location! Location! Location!

This place had it all! Walking distance to great restaurants, shops and the river! Beautiful view of the river and Chimney Rock off the back deck! Off the front porch we enjoyed a vantage point to see all the activities in town! You could not have found a better view anywhere in town! The apartment was clean, comfortable and decorated beautifully! We had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable and comfortable. It was a great family memory for us all - we hope to return for another visit soon!

In the middle of it all in Chimney Rock

If you want to be close to everything that is great about the Chimney Rock/Lake Lure area, this is the place to be. Restaurants, taverns, unique gift shops and more are all within easy walking distance. The apartment is clean, well appointed and the owners have gone the extra mile to provide all the little extras that make for a wonderful stay. People watching on the front deck and river viewing on the back deck was great. Having the managers right next door is a plus for sure and these young people are fantastic! We have stayed at a lot of places in the area and this one ranks amongst the best for us. Hats off to the owners for a job well done!

Wonderful

We loved this unique apartment amidst the hustle and bustle of Chimney Rock village. The front deck was excellent for people watching and we enjoyed looking at license plates driving by and seeing where everyone was from. The back deck was great for relaxing and listening to the river. We cannot wait to return. The owners were extremely helpful. The kitchen was full of everything you need to prepare meals, including spices. There were tons of extra toilet paper, bath towels, blankets, pillows, etc. I will say it again, we cannot wait to return.

The Perfect Stay

If you are looking for a relaxing, not so busy vacation- visit Chimney Rock in December! My husband and I stayed here over a weekend to celebrate our 1 year wedding anniversary! The apartment was everything we could have hoped for. We enjoyed the back balcony with the view of the creek and of Chimney Rock and the front balcony looking over the village. We ate dinner both nights at Riverwatch right next door. Fantastic food and the best staff!The gift shop right below the apartment was so cute, and the lady that works there is so nice and welcoming. We will for sure be back to visit Chimney Rock and stay at this apartment! We both voted that this was probably one of our favorite trips. I honestly can not say enough good things about this place.

Best Location in Chimney Rock

This property was perfect, we were right in the center of town with so many options to dine, shop or just look around! We come to Chimney Rock at least twice a year, we usually stay outside of town, thought we would try something different, and we were so glad we did! The hosts are super responsive, they made everything so easy from check in to check out. A big plus- you never have to get in your car after you arrive if you don't want to! Everything is right there! The apartment is gorgeous! Everything we needed and more. Very comfortable all around. So much bigger than the pictures, and both decks were awesome. The view from the back deck could not be better, you can just about touch Chimney Rock! Both bedrooms had beautiful views of Chimney Rock and walk outs to the deck. Definitely will be back! We had so much fun! Awesome mother and daughter's trip!
