Louvre / Palais Royal Duplex de tres habitaciones

Este hermoso, único, recientemente renovado, apartamento de lujo de 3 dormitorios dúplex (140 metros cuadrados / 1,507 pies cuadrados) se encuentra en el corazón del centro de París, directamente en los jardines del histórico Palacio Real y a pocos pasos de los hermosos jardines del Museo del Louvre. El apartamento tiene tres habitaciones (tres camas king size, una de las cuales se puede dividir en dos camas individuales), 3 baños completos, medio baño, una sala de estar doble, una gran cocina totalmente equipada abierta a la sala de estar, un balcón largo directamente con vistas al histórico Palacio Real, y una hermosa terraza con mesa y sillas con vistas a la rue Montpensier. Está en los pisos 4 y 5 (con ascensor) de un elegante y antiguo edificio parisino que forma parte del Palais Royal original, construido en el siglo XVIII. El apartamento se distribuye en dos niveles. La sala de estar, cocina, balcón, un dormitorio y 1 1/2 baños están en el 4to piso. Dos dormitorios, dos baños completos y la terraza están en el quinto piso.

Para garantizar su comodidad, el apartamento cuenta con calefacción central y aire acondicionado. El dormitorio en este piso tiene una cama king, amplio vestidor y baño propio. Las otras dos habitaciones se encuentran en el piso superior. Una de las habitaciones tiene una ventana con vistas al Palacio Real, y la otra habitación tiene puertas francesas que se abren en la terraza privada con vistas a la pequeña calle. Todo en el apartamento ha sido modernizado para brindar la máxima comodidad y conveniencia, manteniendo el encanto del viejo mundo.

Uno de nosotros siempre estará allí para darle la bienvenida en el apartamento el día de su llegada, para ayudarlo en todo lo que podamos y nuevamente para revisarlo cuando se vaya.

Had a great week at Palais Royal. Had one issue with a bedroom air conditioner that was immediately fixed. Great location with plenty of shops and restaurants close by. We would definitely stay there again.

The Perfect Week in Paris

Our stay at the apartment was perfection. The apartment is very clean, light and airy with plenty of space. We had 4 adults and 2 teenagers staying and all of us had a very comfortable stay. The location is amazing and the view from the terrace is spectacular. All appliances worked well. Everything you need is provided; coffee was provided, plenty of towels, and everything else you would need for your stay including bath/shower products, paper towels, toilet paper, Kleenex, laundry detergent, hand soap….and on and on. The communication with the host was five stars. We accidentally locked ourselves out of the apartment on night one (jet-lagged) and the host immediately responded to us within minutes on a Friday night at 8:00pm. They worked efficiently to get a host to us quickly to let us back in. We can’t thank them enough! This apartment has a large amount of closet space for each bedroom. The beds were very comfortable. The water pressure in the showers was nice and hot water was never a problem even with 6 people staying and the laundry and dishwasher all going at once. We loved our stay here and would absolutely recommend this apartment to everyone!

Very comfortable home away from home.

The apartment was beautiful, comfortable and just as advertised. We greatly appreciated the welcome croissants, wine and flowers, and also the necessities such as dish soap, laundry detergent, and paper goods. The washer, dryer and dishwasher were all great. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms spacious and lovely. A great apartment!

Wonderful stay!

The photos don't do it justice! The perfect accomodations in the best location in Paris. Our airport transfers were flawlessly organized, and Fanny met us at the apartment for check-in to review everything. We had 4 adults and 2 children, and it was suited for all! I highly recommend this place! Thank you for such a great trip!

Absolutely wonderful

The property is spectacular and in a wonderful location. The only downside is you can’t see the Eiffel Tower. Restaurants near by, easy access to all transit and a beautiful view.

Beautiful apartment and location

The apartment is actually prettier and bigger than the photos and everything is incredibly clean. They provided shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, lotion, nespresso, cleaning supplies, hair dryer, and a bottle of wine. Each bathroom had 2 robes too which my family loved. The TV has Netflix already included. The views from the balcony are breathtaking and the terrace upstairs is so peaceful. Clara, who greeted us, was extremely helpful in showing us how to use everything and recommending ways around town and booked our car back to the hotel. The PVA team was in contact with us prior to arrival to arrange for our transportation from the airport and was very responsive to all our requests for information while we were planning the trip and while we were onsite. The area is so quaint with a beautiful courtyard filled with cafes, shopping, and restaurants. It's a very easy to walk to the metro. My kids loved that they could walk to a countless amount of sushi/raman places too. We had 2 adults and 2 18 year olds and 1 15 year old and it was the perfect place for a family vacation. I highly recommend this property!

Family vacation- all adult

Rarely are things better than even hoped for BUT this property, the management staff and location were exceptional. We had 10 amazing days in Paris beginning & ending in an exceptionally comfortable flat. I highly recommend this property and this group. We shall return.

Paris Perfection

People often write it but in this case it’s absolutely true: the pictures do not do the apartment justice (and the pictures are pretty great!). My family and I (husband, adult daughters and boyfriend) loved the Palais Royal apartment. Well appointed, amazing views, plenty of space, extremely quiet when sleeping and close to so much of Paris. Fanny who met us was cheerful and helped us arrange transportation to and from the airport and train station. I would definitely stay in this apartment again!

Lovely apartment in top tier location

The apartment is exactly as described! Elegant, well appointed, clean, spacious aunt recently updated with wonderful bathrooms and spacious bedrooms. It is a gorgeous apartment in a fantastic location that is proximate to everywhere you want to go in Paris. The greeter and the communication with the property staff made our arrival seamless. We had an excellent time and will be returning. We loved this apartment!

Fantastic Place in a Great Location

A perfect place for a family of 6 in the heart of Paris. The apartment was everything and more than we expected with great views of the gardens of the Palais Royal. Easy walking distance to the Metro, Lovre, restaurants, bars, and more. It all felt like we were home but in Paris.

Parisian perfection

We just adored the apartment. Had the elevator been in service (4 story walkup was a surprise) it would have been 5 stars. We get that it has to happen sometime, and it was operational the morning of our departure, so it won't be a future problem. We were a group of 7, including a 5 year old. This was our home in all ways. The beds were comfy, we cooked in the kitchen daily, having a full bath in each suite was terrific. The location is unbeatable! We walked most places (the Louvre, gardens, Shakespeare bookstore, Notre Dame, San Chapelle, shopping, dining, etc. If you have a need for space, and want to live like a royal Parisian, stay here. I was sad that we did not experience the welcome snacks that are pictured. We received flowers, and they were gorgeous, but after 12 hours of travel, food would have been a true oasis for the group! We loved it all though. It was a perfect base for a week in Paris. Worth every penny!

Perfect home away from home for six

This duplex apartment which looked on to the garden and fountain of the Royal Palais was ideal in every way. Situated near Le Louvre and many easily walkable attractions and restaurants , the location is a major plus. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms had deep tubs and robes, the kitchen was stocked with coffee, tea, sugar, salt and pepper. I can’t rave enough about Paris Vacation Apartments. They were very responsive and patient, as well as providing transportation to and from the airport . The driver was great considering that one couple was at another terminal in a very large airport and we had trouble finding them. Through them we arranged with Karina for a private chef, Thomas, one night. An unforgettable week in such an elegant city.

Great Apartment!!

Check in was impecable! We are a family with 4 adolescents and had enough room to feel as in a home away from home. We stayed for 3 weeks, location was perfect with all that is important in Paris a few minutes walk. The property is well appointed, even with a small cart for grocery shopping. I would definitely come back! Thank you!

Beautiful, elegant, comfortable.

My husband and I along with two other couples spent a week here in November. We had dreamed of the moment we would arrive in ‘our’ Parisian apartment for so long, we wondered if it could truly be as beautiful as the photos and description. Well, the apartment far exceeded our expectations. We arrived to fresh flowers, fresh croissants, wine - such a lovely, personal touch. Each bedroom and ensuite bathroom is extremely comfortable. It was perfect for six adults. And the powder bath on the main floor was so convenient. The living space and kitchen/dining area are spacious, the view out the living room windows is spectacular. It was too chilly for us to use the balcony areas, but they looked lovely as well. We quickly felt at home. And the rooms and building are very quiet - a nice feature when one is acclimating to the new time zone. The other feature we loved was location. Steps to many wonderful restaurants, bakeries, and Monoprix (supermarket). We quickly got into a routine of breakfast in the apartment, a day exploring in Paris, cocktails before dinner in the living room and a walk to dinner. Finally, the staff that manages the apartment was extremely helpful and very kind. We look forward to returning!

Luxurious and well-equipped for three couples

We loved the little touches: bathrobes for everyone, lotion/shampoo/soaps in the bathrooms, basic kitchen items like some coffee, sugar, salt and pepper. (Amazing, but some rentals don't include these things!) Closet and drawer space is AMAZING! We had plenty of storage for our clothes and our luggage. Could have used some extra towels, actually-- we all showered often, since Paris was having a heat wave during our early-October stay. PVA team was helpful before, during and after. There were a few issues experienced by our group: the queen bedroom seems to have a mosquito-breeding factory in the seal around the window. The main floor bedroom people heard an incessant noise during the evening/night hours, that seemed to be coming from the bedroom ceiling. We never could figure that one out. Loved the location, the neighborhood and even the jackhammers early in the morning. (AC is a beautiful thing, for both cooling and drowning out jackhammers!) We ate in often, mostly the easy meals of breakfast and lunch, and there were plenty of places in the neighborhood to get groceries or easy meals. The place could use some more wine glasses and either sharp knives or a knife sharpener. Definitely recommend this apartment!!

Perfect size for three couples

This was a very large apartment for Paris! Each (of three) bedrooms has its own bathroom with shower and tub and a half bath just off the entry. The location in the beautiful Palais Royale affords a wonderful view of the grounds (there were workers on scaffolding outside our windows during our stay but they should be gone in another week or so) and it was far away from busy noisy streets. 'Walking distance to several excellent restaurants and metro stops. The PVA team was very helpful during our stay. We plan to return there next year!

Beautiful apartment in a great part of town

Our party of 4 spent a great week in this beautifully appointed and spacious apartment in an historic building. Good access to Metro and other public transportation and a short walk to the Louvre and Tuileries. 3 nice sized bedrooms, with very nice bathrooms in each.
