La primavera ha llegado al Parque Nacional Glacier. La nieve se está derritiendo, los días son soleados y en los años 50 y las noches todavía son frescas. The Hummer House en West Glacier, Montana dará la bienvenida a sus primeros huéspedes el 1 de mayo de 2019.

The Hummer House, a una milla del Parque Nacional Glacier, será un campamento base maravilloso para su visita al Parque Nacional Glacier y las atracciones cercanas en Whitefish, Kalispell o al otro lado de la frontera en Waterton, Alberta, Canadá. Hay un segundo baño completo en el pasillo. La cocina cuenta con vajilla, vasos, cubiertos, sartenes, tostadora, microondas, estufa y refrigerador. Disfrute de las vistas de Belton Hills desde la sala de estar y el comedor. Afuera hay un patio, sillas cómodas, mesa de picnic y una pequeña parrilla.

Evite el tráfico en la autopista 2, la construcción de carreteras y comience temprano en la mañana sus aventuras en el parque. Paseos a caballo, viajes guiados por el desierto y aventuras de rafting se encuentran a dos millas de la Casa Hummer. Al final de un largo día, ven a casa, relájate en el patio del patio trasero con tu bebida favorita, prepara una comida especial y observa el Alpen Glow al atardecer en las colinas de Belton y Desert Mountain.

Great location! Great host!

The Hummingbird House isn’t fancy, but it is lovely! Great location! Very clean. All our needs were met in the little kitchen - coffee - snacks - pots and pans, etc. Sara and her team were kind and accommodating. The yard and patio were great, too.

Nature and Relaxation!

This cabin in West Glacier is just what we needed for our trip to Glacier National Park! The owner was very nice, and gave us great recommendations for local restaurants and trails to hike. We loved sitting outside in the mornings and evenings, and loved the outside string lights, and the fire pit. We made smores! We would definately stay here again!

Hummer House

We had an amazing time in Glacier National Park and the surrounding areas. The Hummer House was ideally located located and very private. Property was very clean and well maintained. The host Mary Lee was a pleasure meet and talk with. She gave us driving tips and locations of some great restaurants. Will definitely book with her again on our next visit to West Glacier.

Disappointed

Owner is very sweet. The house was clean. It has the old house smell; musty. The furniture was very uncomfortable. The beds in spare room... wow. Had to pull the mattress o to the floor, as it was on wire springs and felt like a bouncy house. Certainly not worth the price being charged.

We find it so interesting that you evidently had such an unhappy experience with our furniture including beds; as all of our many guests before you have been so comfortable and complimentary! We have selected our furniture with cleanliness in mind. The plastic wicker can be washed with a hose and the soft chair cushions are removable for easy care and laundering! And our simple bed frames with visible coil springs can also be easily cleaned! And now as you know when people are not wearing masks or following pandemic guidelines, we are so very pleased that with the extra cleaning dictated by the virus we selected furniture as we did.

Perfect location for park accesss and rafting down the river. Very clean and comfortable.

We cooked and prepared all our meals. I wished for a very sharp knife and a medium size oven dish and broiler pan. Our hosts left us some delicious little treats which was thoughtful. Overall we had a great week.

Quaint and Quiet

We really enjoyed our stay here. Everything was immaculately clean and tidy. The only downside was the absence of comfortable furniture. The living room is set up with outdoor wicker furniture that’s just not comfy for a grown up after a long day at glacier. There are two Adirondack chairs in the yard but the bugs were too bad to sit out there for long. Would stay again if the furniture situation changed!

This is a vacation rental in a wooded setting adjacent to Glacier National Park. Our wicker furniture was selected for suitability and easy care between guests. All pieces have plush cushions. In addition to the wicker furniture there is a large overstuffed chair. On the patio, there are 2 Adirondack chairs and 4 soft nylon mesh chairs.

The Hummer House is a wonderful location to enjoy all that Northwest Montana has to offer. It is quiet, yet centrally located to many recreational opportunities - golfing is a 5 minute walk from the House , the Middle Fork of the Flathead River is down the hill from the Hummer House and the west entrance to Glacier National Park is a mile away.
