Penthouse frente a la playa adecuado para hasta 8 personas. Situado en la costa noroeste de la isla, donde las aguas son cálidas y cristalinas durante todo el año. Esta unidad tiene vista al agua desde todas las habitaciones y también se puede ver la piscina desde la sala de estar y el balcón. El Apt está cerca de las mejores playas, aventuras y restaurantes. Te encantará mi lugar por el espacio al aire libre, el vecindario, las cómodas camas, la luz y la brisa. Internet gratuito, aparcamiento gratuito para 2 coches.

The views are great and there are many great beaches near the property. The weather is always wonderful too, this was our 7th vacation to Puerto Rico. It was also easy to communicate with the host. The pool area was nice and the grounds were well manicured. We really like this part of the island.

Had a relaxed time with family. The location was great and the apartment complex very nice. Pool was big and safe for my child. The apartment itself was spacious and had all the basics provided. Response time to questions was good as well. It could use a bit better maintenance for the price.

Very spacious and great location

We had a great time staying here. It is perfect for exploring beaches in the northwest/west part of the island and then coming back to chill at the pool. The place was clean and very comfortable. There were plenty of balconies for everyone to enjoy some private time and to also hangout together. It was in a great location as well. We had a great time!

We were within 10 mins of some of the best beaches giving you somewhere to relax and float, snorkel, surf, and adventure. The condo fit our family of 10 perfectly.

Amazing Place!

We love the apartment, and it's in a great location. Everything was extra clean, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The pool was very nice. The ocean is not safe for swimming, but the place is close to other calm beaches. But the beach is lovely for walks or to see the sunset. Communication was very efficient. Great place to stay in Isabela!

Very nice for the price

Great location. Plenty of space, the outdoor space is very nice. Could have used some extras as far as towels, pillows, and kitchen items. Good for the price.

Unit was not as depicted in pictures. Cooking utensils and supplies were very limited. I do not recommend for families. You couldn’t eat or drink near pool, no noise in pool, and if they saw something on video surveillance at pool they would blast a recording with sirens. I understand limiting noise, but the siren and recording were more disruptive than a yeti cup or kids laughing in pool. Host was good and check-in was good.

Family Vacation

We had an amazing stay and there was ample space for all 8 adults to feel comfortable. There are a few things that can be adjusted but it was minimal. The location has a good vibe with walking distances to restaurants and outdoor activities. The beach is accessible but not swimmable as it is rocky. There are some restrictions to adhere to that may not be for everyone. As for the rental itself it needs a few updates but the views and comfort is as described. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it for future vacationers.

Safe, clean condo

We enjoyed our stay. Property was clean secure. Beds were high quality. Beautify view of the pool area and ocean. We had one bedroom a/c unit breakdown and owner was very responsive in getting it replaced. Lots of great beaches nearby. Kitchen was very basic and we were disappointed that there was no access to a grill, as we like to cook some of our own meals. Overall, great property.

Love it

The apartment was clean and spacious for 7 adult and 1 child. The owner made it super easy to communicate with. The apartment was ready for us when we arrived. The pool was clean and well maintained. Jobos and Montones beach is super close to the apartment. Plenty of restaurants near by. Definitely would stay here again.

This place was very impressive with alot of space and awesome views. Great location but unfortunately the beach is not for swimming and you have to walk about 10 minutes for a swimming beach. Also, dryer was not functional during our stay.

Ocean retreat

This property was very well located with access to a surf beach. Lots and beautiful views and all the needed basics to make your stay pleasant. However if you are a foodie or like to cook the kitchen has the bare minimun as far as utensils, pots and pans to cook. Great for 1 or 2 people cooking but not enough if you have more than 2 people. However, there are plenty of great restaurants close by. We would come back!
