Dos dormitorios europeos con entrada privada. Una habitación estándar y una gran habitación tipo estudio. Incluye un baño privado completo. El estudio tiene una pantalla plana de TV Roku, microondas, mesa, taburetes y cafetera. Las familias dieron la bienvenida a la silla alta Evenflo suministrada. Hay una nevera pero no hay estufa. Thank you for the great review. Our condo has this first floor that is perfect for budget conscious small families, skiers and people who just want to hang out. It is a couple rooms to sleep and a bathroom with a small kitchenette. The basics.

This first floor of our Incline Village vacation condo is perfect for skiers, wedding guests and people who spend time out of doors. You have a comfortable place to sleep and a kitchenette to have fresh coffee and a microwave to warm leftovers.

This space is the extra bath and two bedrooms of our condo. The private entrance makes it perfect as a rental. We have symphony performers, soccer and pickleball players and families as guests. Simple, comfortable and a great value just a half mile from central Incline. It is called "Incline Village Private 1st fl 2 Bdrm 1 Bath of Condo w Parking"

We were in town to work a wedding and needed nearby accommodations. It was quiet, clean, and easy to enter. The nearby parking made it easy to enter and exit our unit every day and it was a comfortable stay.

We stay here ourselves with my son’s family on the main floor above is. Thank you for your great review. This first floor of a condo is an excellent place for a short stay. Very economical for the area. The condo complex is attractive and wonderfully located for everything in Incline. The description says it is just two rooms and a full bath and kitchenette .

The Incline Village condo was comfortable with the necessary amenities, and a great “home base”to all the activities we enjoyed at Lake Tahoe. The beds were comfy, the patio was nice for bird watching while drinking our morning coffee, we enjoyed walking through the woods to the university and restaurants close by.

This is a spectacular location. Close to the center of the Incline village, we often walk to coffee or to grab a few groceries. Great for skiers or cyclists. The walk to Sand Harbor is lovely for those young and fit. There is fee parking less than 1/2 mile away near Tunnel Creek Restaurant.

Review for the European Two Bedroom Suite: Thank you Beth I am always pleased when we can provide a great experience. Incline Village and its environs have so much to offer. This is just two nice bedrooms and a bath with a kitchenette. Most people are so busy they don't really need a lot more. We also have a Short Term Rental listed with VRBO as a 1960 Bungalow in San Diego near Ocean Beach. Thank you for staying with us and hope to see you again.

We stayed in our own Incline Village 2 Bedroom European Suite the last two days and found it to be a comfortable and safe place to use as a base for our business work in Incline. We give it a 5 Star because it was clean and well equipped for our needs. Your review of 4 Stars had no explanation so I am puzzled if the web description was unclear or if the property was somehow not to your standards.

Wonderful Stay at Deanne’s Place

We had a lovely stay at Deanne’s place! The property is in a great location and was perfect for our family’s ski trip weekend. It was clean, simple, and well-suited for families looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

Thank you Tim for the 5 Star Review. It is a location that is hard to beat. Walking distance to everything in Incline and just down the hill from Diamond Peak. There is a Diamond Peak tram pickup just up the street if you want to send your older children on their own.

Thank you for your 5 Star Review for our Incline Village Property. We are easy walking distance (1/2 mile) from downtown on the main street. We are part of the hustle and bustle that is Incline however, we are in a quiet condo complex. We are permitted and are happy to welcome guests.

This is a great location, clean and with just the amenities necessary for a great trip to the mountains. Can’t beat the price anywhere in the area. Very close to Diamond Peak. Parking and snug. Just 2 bedrooms and bath with a kitchenette.

Great Stay for Ski Trip

I found the property very clean ! There was some noise up stair wich did not bother us at all ! We brought an electric skillet with us to cook on. It was perfect.! The location was perfect and the owner was very friendly!

It was a beautiful area, conveniently located but still quiet. The owner was very nice and accommodating. It was our first time to Lake Tahoe and the condo was just right for a few days stay. The only unexpected item was that there was no range, but I did not check the listing for one and assumed it was there. Well, that and a couple of bears, who were an nice surprise. :)

We love visiting Incline . Our “Incline Village First Floor 2 Bdrm 1 Bath” is perfect for families with 2 children, couples or a single looking for a bedroom and a studio with kitchenette area to relax in. This is just 2 sleeping rooms and a bath. One room is set up as a studio and the other a master bedroom. The bath is in a hall in between.

I love to travel and I really enjoy being a guest and a host for VRBO. I think it is a marvelous idea and I have met through texting and emails many nice people. My hosts in Utah, N. Carolina and Baja were all wonderful, welcoming people.
I have worked and traveled to much of Latin America plus a few places in Europe. My next stop might be Italy or Spain. Enjoy the Suite.

I love this property because Incline is a planned community . The ski areas Diamond Peak and Mt Rose are very close and so are many other recreational amenities. Reno is about 40 minutes and Heavenly is about 30 minutes.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Incline is a planned community where people stay for years and love it. Summers, like all tourist areas, can be a bit hectic but actually weekends are really nice.
The beauty of the area is fantastic and there are bike trails, rentals, kayaking, walking, golf and roads to travel.
Our Suite is the lower floor of a condo with a very nice landscaped area with the stream you see in the photos. Fishing on the Truckee can be successful if you are persistent ..
