Muy encantador, 'espacioso y luminoso', apartamento amueblado en un edificio histórico restaurado,
¡Donde durante muchos años se operaba una carnicería! Muy céntrico en el corazón histórico de Amberes, en Koraalberg, a 50 metros a pie del Grote Markt. El segundo piso de esta casa fue recientemente renovado por completo, con un "carácter artístico peculiar" y se alquila a corto plazo (estancia de un mínimo de 3 noches), semanalmente o a más largo plazo también en consulta (máx. Estancia de 3 meses ).
El apartamento cuenta con todas las comodidades y servicios modernos (cocina equipada, baño con bañera-ducha, WC separado, televisión, calefacción central, internet inalámbrico ...). El Hofstraat, así como la calle peatonal de Grote Markt, están en la ruta a pie hacia El MAS (Museum aan de Stroom). En la planta baja también se encuentra la galería de arte aplicado de la anfitriona.

Fab experience in Antwerp

This flat is amazing; a comfortable cross between New York loft and artist's garret, on the second floor of a gallery/studio run by the lovely hosts.Location is sensational; in a quiet bit of a very exciting part of town, close to cathedral and grote markt, but off the main tourist drag.If you like old records and vintage clothes there is so much to recommend antwerp; galleries also terrific. Great bakery at the end of the road from the flat also.

Such a great location Delighted to have experienced this spacious, elegant space that was a joy to spend time in.Fabulous to have a view of trees; just across the street.Huge comfortable bed with lovely linen - slept exceptionally well.A very warm welcome from our hosts accompanied by an invitation to ask questions should we have any.Great recommendations for restaurants nearby.Consequently we had a memorable evening and amazing value meal in a restaurant right on the square. We would definitely stay here again and will recommend it to friends.

The most convenient to City Center

A very eclectic and very nicely furnished apartment. Host were very helpful, friendly and made every possible effort to make our stay enjoyable. Most helpful for us was host carrying our large suitcase up the stairs to the unit and upon checkout carried the bag downstairs and allowed us to store two bags in the entry area until we could get into our next apartment.

Short stay in Antwerp

Hilde and Koen's property is a lovely, clean and well-kept apartment in the centre of Antwerp, close to Grote Markt and all the major attractions. The apartment is big and spacious and Hilde and Koen were very kind and always eager to make sure I had everything I needed. It was a lovely stay and I highly recommend!

Excellent stay in Antwerp

The apartment is very spacious and located on a quiet street just a few minutes walk from the central town square (Grotke market). We had no problems locating the apartment or finding our way around. There is a convenient grocery nearby. Hilde and her husband were excellent hosts and we greatly enjoyed visiting Hilde's art studio on the ground level. We loved Antwerp because everyone was very friendly, helpful and polite. Antwerp is a great city to walk around at a leisurely pace and dart into and out of shops, cafes, restaurants, etc. Transportation on the subway to Antwerpen Centraal is very easy and allowed us to take a day trip to Brugges. 7 day stay in March

The hosts were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They kept clear lines of communication and were flexible when our travel dates needed to change. We loved the kitchen (and made use of the appliances), having three pieces of furniture that could sleep us was helpful (a futon, a bed, and a sleeper sofa), and the location was easy to reach from the train station. I think we had the unfortunate timing of arriving while it was below freezing in Antwerp. As a result, the apartment struggled to warm up, the breaker tripped twice while trying to accommodate the space heaters and appliances, and the bathroom and entrance stairwell were frigid. The weather only improved as the trip progressed which mitigated most of the problems. The main other criticisms were: - There was only one set of keys so that required some planning if we ever went different directions. - The apartment smells strongly of cigarette smoke. I might suggest an air purifier or something similar to help with that. - The apartment is on the second floor of a walkup. - The hot water heater had trouble keeping up with three people showering. We managed to make do, but a few times whoever took the third shower was in for some frigid water. - The apartment has a layout that isn’t conveyed incredibly well in the available photos. The bathroom is outside of the main unit (and isn’t heated) and one of the beds is in the same room as the shower (in the unit) which was a bit odd.

Heerlijk weekendje Antwerpen

We hebben genoten van weekendje Antwerpen. De accommodatie was heel centraal gelegen. Voor onze groep (tieners van 19, 18 en 15 jaar) ideaal om er samen als gezin maar ook zelf op uit te gaan. De slaapindeling vereiste wat aanpassing door 1 slaapkamer die gecombineerd is met badkamer, wel apart toilet! En ook 1 ruime bedbank in de woonkamer. Heerlijke ruime woonkamer, en het keukenblok van alle gemakken voorzien qua voorzieningen. Fijn dat er koffie en thee aanwezig is bij aankomst. Super schoon beddengoed. Prettig contact met eigenaren. Kortom, ik kom graag nog eens terug!

Zentral, und trotzdem entspanntes wohnen

Man wurde von den Eigentümern sehr herzlich empfangen - wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist modern und gemütlich eingerichtet, ohne den Charme des alten Hauses zu verlieren. Innerhalb weniger Minuten ist man sofort in der Altstadt. Auch ein Supermarkt ist fussläufig zu erreichen. Kleiner Tipp: Die Türen lassen sich am besten öffnen, wenn man die Türklinke nach oben drückt :-) Wir würden diese Wohnung nochmal mieten - vielen lieben Dank für eine tolle Zeit in Antwerpen
