Point of View es el refugio perfecto para visitar Paradise Valley, Yellowstone o Montana. Ubicado al final de un camino y directamente en el río Yellowstone con vistas increíbles, sin obstáculos y completamente privadas de Paradise Valley, Emigrant Peak y el área metropolitana de Yellowstone. El punto de vista colinda con 1200 acres no desarrollados al sur, lo que lo convierte en un lugar ideal para alquilar en familia para descansar y relajarse o el lugar perfecto para saltar para todas sus actividades al aire libre.

La casa tiene 3 dormitorios y dos baños y se actualizó con pisos de vinilo de madera, una increíble terraza acristalada, electrodomésticos nuevos y hermosos muebles. El dormitorio principal ofrece vistas al río y cuenta con una cama queen. Las habitaciones de huéspedes tienen vistas a la montaña y duermen dos más en cada una.

Chico Hot Springs, una visita obligada en la zona, se encuentra a 10 minutos en coche. Chico es un resort y aguas termales construido originalmente en 1900. La ciudad cercana, si Emigrant, a 10 minutos, también cuenta con algunos excelentes lugares para comer y una tienda general de antaño que tiene al menos uno de Everything. El histórico Livingston está a 20 minutos en coche. Gardiner y la entrada norte del parque nacional de Yellowstone están a 20 minutos.

Este es un gran sitio para una boda o evento de verano. Hemos tenido más de 10 bodas aquí en el pasado, casados justo al lado de este río histórico. Se pueden aplicar tarifas de eventos adicionales. Solicite al propietario detalles adicionales.

Spacious home with plenty of room for our family of five. The kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry room are well-stocked with all the necessities. Quiet and peaceful location with plenty of wildlife to see and an easy walk to the river for fishing along the shoreline. We loved our stay!
Our friendly visitors - got to watch them play in the yard almost every morning!

Family Vacation

This place was amazing. 45 minutes or less to Yellowstone. 30 minutes or less to Livingston but completely away from the tourists. From the back patio, you can watch bald eagles, golden eagles, ospreys, sand hill cranes etc. Mule deer pass by the house most early mornings and late evening. When the skies are clear, the view of the stars and the milky way are awesome

Beautiful mountains

The property was very well appointed. We did a lot of cooking at home and the kitchen provided everything we needed. The views from the house were incredible. We loved the feeling of living far from civilization.

Outstanding Riverfront!

This home was exactly as described in the listing. Everything was very clean and in order upon our arrival. There were many books and publications about the area and local activities. The firewood for the patio stove and a spare bottle of propane for the barbecue was a nice touch. We had a minor issue that required contact with the host and she responded quickly with a resolution. We will look to this listing first for our future trips to the area.

Family Time

I cannot say enough great things about our time in Montana. This house was the perfect location for what we were looking for. The views were breathtaking, the host was so responsive and provided everything needed to feel like home. The kitchen was very well stocked and supplies in the restrooms and laundry made our life easy without having to make extra trips to the store. Thank you for the hospitality we had a wonderful week.

This house was very well stocked and has INCREDIBLE views! The pictures do not do the actual view justice. Nice midpoint between Bozeman and Yellowstone.

Misleading

Views were fantastic as advertised. However, the rest of the property was not as advertised. Property exterior needs maintenance. Swing was broken, fire-pit was full of trash, fireworks and beer cans (which we had to clean in attempt to utilize, still didn't work since ashes haven't been cleaned (maybe ever). Lower are of property is most disappointing as it didn't appear to have been mowed this season. Grass was knee to mid-thigh. Swing and fire-pit in photo are non-existent. Shed is partially collapsed and inundated with weeds. The park bench at riverside is engulfed in grass as tall as the bench itself. Telescope in online photo for star gazing is non-existent. Miscellaneous swing parts and hammock parts strewn around the back porch, grill was a mess. Sunroom is very nick though windows don't appear to have been cleaned this season. Furnishings are comfortable and property is clean though exterior is rough. The swing had been broken apparently by a prior guest and tied back together, when we arrived, my son sat in it and it gave way jarring his back and busting his chin open requiring first aid. The only TV (not that we come to Montana each year to watch TV) is in the kids bedroom. We stay in the area every year and selected this property due to the photos on the website and the river access, neither were quite up to expectations upon our arrival.

Great house and location

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this home. It is accurately described...clean, conveniently located, and has beautiful views. Highly recommend this to anyone looking for a base in the Yellowstone National Park north entrance area.

Beautiful Montana

Everything about this house is great. There were tons of kitchen supply’s like pots and pans, condiments, spices, etc. Grill worked great, there was a solo stove for the cool nights. Plenty of towels. There were a couple chair hammocks as well. Kids (16/19 yrs) loved them. There were 5 of us there (16, 19, 21, and two parents). We all loved it. We stayed 4 nights and used it as home base for Yellowstone, Louis & Clark Caverns, hiking, and visiting with family in Montana. Would 100% return.

Incredible property right on the Yellowstone River

This place perfect, inside and out. Plenty of space inside for a family of 5 or 6, beautiful views, and very comfortable. The kitchen had more than the usual VRBO staples and kitchen equipment, which was very helpful. Communication with the host was very simple and friendly, and the check-in process was clear.

How to Restart your world!

Every element of this house was perfect for us! Mornings waking up to such a serene view- fantastic fishing just below the house, evenings remembering the wonderful day being a part of this community. Two weeks is the perfect amount of time to leisurely experience this area. Fishing, horse back riding, being lazy, grizzly watching high in the hills, picnics from the car - every stop is an opportunity. Sublime! Can’t wait for our return next year!

Amazing location

The property was exactly what we were looking for: unobstructed views of paradise valley, somewhat secluded, but still close to everything. We did amazing hikes, fishing, floating down the river, spend a day in Yellowstone park. Thank you for this wonderful experience !

Everything You Could Ask for and More!

Immaculate ,well stocked, so comfortable....spectacular views, fishng on property, hiking trails. Communication and information given to us from Property Manager and Owner Nicole was amazing and so helpful. Have travelled to Livingston over the years but have never rented on the River. Quite an experience. House is exactly what is shown only even more updated with new leather couches and dining room set. Mattresses and bedding very comfortable. We will return for sure! The Truman's/Kennebunk Maine

Stunning Views

The views from the house of the Paradise Valley and the Yellowstone River were fantastic. It was hard to tear your eyes away from those views! The house is a older ranch style house that has been very tastefully and thoroughly renovated. It had everything you need in a vacation rental. The photos provided accurately reflect what the house looks like. We were worried about heat, given the house is not shaded and not all windows open/have screens. But the two individual cooling units kept the house very comfortable during the day and the house cooled down naturally at night. The property manager was very responsive. We’d definitely come stay again!

Wonderful stay at the River House

This is a special place! It's the perfect location to relax and enjoy the views of the Paradise Valley and the Yellowstone River. There's lots to do in the valley - hiking, hot springs, floating the river are just a few. The property manager made sure we had everything we needed for a great stay. We'll definitely be back!

Epic Location.

The property was great. The location was even greater. Everything went as planned. Great property for fishing the Yellowstone River or as a base camp for a Yellowstone National Park trip. The host was wonderful and very responsive.

Best sunsets

I stayed here in late August with my family, and we absolutely loved this cozy house. It is situated with a gorgeous view of the Yellowstone River, with what seems like front row seats to the sunsets. The house is stocked and designed very well. We'd love to return if we can!

Originally born in Indiana, I have spent half of my life coming out to the Rockies out of which grew my great love for Montana. My travels in and out of our national parks ultimately led me to fall in love with Pray, Montana.
I spend most of my time in Paradise Valley and even more now since we have the fluidity & flexibility of working from anywhere in the new, virtual world.

I look forward to sharing that love of the Valley with you!

I fell in love with this home and its' extraordinary location on the Yellowstone River. Perched on a bluff overlooking the river and flanked on both sides by mountain ranges.... truly Paradise!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

You can fly fish from the river bank at any time, swim (july thru september- life preservers recommended), float the river in a tube or SUP, kayak, canoe or drift boat, raft or life preserver, picnic or just relax and watch the river flow by.
Note: the river is too high & fast in june from all the snow melt!
Deer frequently use the 1400 acre ranch land next door to the south as a river crossing. There are a pair of bald eagles that fish right from our cottonwood trees and patrol this portion of the river. Exotic white pelicans hang out at the island in front of the house & float downstream from june through the end of september......
