Apartamento tranquilo y apartado en el bosque, a pocos kilómetros al norte de Russellville y cerca del lago Dardanelle y Arkansas Nuclear One. Tiene una entrada privada. Estacionamiento seguro con mucho espacio para un bote. Disfrutarás viendo una cantidad de ciervos pastando en el patio y en el bosque y ocasionalmente un pavo real. También hay una bañera de hidromasaje en la propiedad disponible para su uso. El apartamento está completamente amueblado y ha sido recientemente renovado. Hay una amplia sala de estar, cocina y comedor, dos habitaciones, una con una cama king size y otra con una cama queen, un baño, cocina y lavandería. Excellent second stay at The Grotto! Hosts are very friendly and accommodating. The dwelling is clean, cozy, and comfortable. I love that the home is several miles outside of town so that you get the peace and quite of the surrounding Ozark nature, but it’s fairly quick and easy to zip into town for whatever (typically 15 min or so). Russellville and Dardanelle are fun areas to explore, and you’re typically within 1 to 1 1/2 hours from most noteworthy cities or parks in the area (Fort Smith and Little Rock, White Rock Mountain, Pinnacle Mountain State Park, Petit Jean, Mt. Magazine, Devil’s Den, Lake Fort Smith State Park, Mount Nebo, Lake Dardanelle State Park, etc.) Considering all these factors, I believe the asking rate is an excellent deal. We can’t wait to visit and stay here again!

We had a great time at this property. It was clean, nicely decorated, quiet and out-of-the-way. We brought our boat and they provide a safe place to park it with hook ups! Len was super nice and friendly! We would highly recommend this property.

So cozy and peaceful! Had everything we needed!! Secluded yet close to anything you need to get to! We had our trailer and side by side and had plenty of space for parking! The hosts were super nice and ridiculously accommodating! Ceiling fans in the bedrooms made for a great nights sleep!!

The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. The location is not too far a drive North of Russellville, so it is close but still plenty of privacy, peace, and quite of the countryside. It is very clean and decorative, yet spacious and calm feeling. The appliances and accommodations were excellent and in perfect working order. We really appreciate the hospitality while on our trip and we would love to book a stay with you again! Thank you!

First time trail riders

Completely in aw! The owners were so nice and helpful! This place had more than any other place has offered even down to shampoo and conditioner if you forget yours!! Beautiful view even has room for you to pull a trailer though if need be! If you are looking for a home away from home that’s clean friendly and close to town if needed come stay here!! We can’t wait to come back!! Thank you again

Arkansas Motorcycle Trip

This property was in a great location for our 3-day motorcycle trip around Arkansas. The hosts were great to work with and we enjoyed visiting with them during our stay. The rooms were very clean and we had everything we needed for our stay. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Stay

We were in the area to visit with family and this was a perfect home base. The Grotto is by far the best vacation rental we have ever stayed in. It ticked all the boxes for us. The location was perfect, the setting was beautiful and gave us the opportunity to be “in the country” while still being close to town. Melissa and Len are great host and every amenity has been thought out. The kitchen and bathroom are fully stocked. An added bonus is the accessibility if you have mobility issues. I hope we are able to stay in this location again.

Best (of many) VRBOs I have ever experienced. A total gem. Would give exra star! Place is clean and cozy and has everything I needed ++ Description is thorough and accurate; this haven is really better than you can imagine. And the bonus is the nicest hosts who will treat you like family!

Close to hiking

We had a great time staying at the peaceful grotto in the forest. The apartment is truly spacious with a great kitchen, clean, comfortable and cute. We were very close to the national forest and state park hiking that we brought us to Arkansas. The owner hosts were exceptionally helpful and kind. It was everything we needed and more.

Great stay!

Our stay was perfect. The rental is set back in a quiet area and we were welcomed by chickens and a nice view of a ravine. Len met us on arrival and gave us a quick tour of the apartment and some info about the area. Since we were heading out for home early we really appreciated that they didn’t want us to strip beds and start a load of laundry. We will definitely stay here again if we ever head back to Russellville.

Maravilloso lugar!

Acabamos de pasar mi esposo y yo 5 días en esta locación y tuvimos una experiencia muy agradable. E lugar está muy hermoso, alejado del ruido de la ciudad pero cerca de las principales atracciones que ofrece esa área. Los dueños son muy amables y siempre están al pendiente de tus necesidades. Definitivamente lo recomiendo!!
