Great stay at Mammoth

We had a great time and enjoyed the house. The kitchen was well outfitted with everything we needed. Tracy was great and very responsive to a plumbing issue we had.Overall a wonderfull stay.

Presidents’ Day weekend stay

Long weekend for Father's day

We stayed he for Father's Day. A great location with lots of local trails and bike riding paths. The house is beautiful.

Another great stay

This was our second time staying at this property. It really is one of the best in Mammoth for its size,location and price. The owner was very gracious and responsive. It is well stocked and has everything you need. Cozy and comfy. Would recommend staying here.

Home away from Home!

This condo provided us with all the comforts of home! A quick walk to the Red Line shuttle provided access to the Mountain for skiing and the village for restaurants and shopping.

Best stay in mammoth

This was the best place we have stayed in mammoth. Beautiful, cozy, clean, comfortable and everything we needed and more. The place is better in person than in pictures!!! Well stocked and well priced for the type of home it is! Will definitely be staying again!!! We all loved it!!!

Perfect family vacation home

I traveled here with my family party if 6. The size of the home was perfect for us. Very roomy and a great family room. The kitchen was the best part! It had everything you can think of. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Amazing condo

This trip was an absolute amazing time! This condo is one of the best that I have stayed at in Mammoth over the years. It was very well stocked with everything we needed, it was super clean and had a great view. The entire complex was quiet and peaceful it made our family vacation so much easier to be able to go out during the day and have a comfortable and clean place to go back to at night. The beds were comfortable and the linens were nice.

Nice and New!

Great stay for our family of six with two grandparents, two adults, and two children. Plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the beautiful Mammoth setting. The condo is recently updated and meticulously kept. Tracy (owner) checked in via email and was quick to respond. Will definitely return!

Beautiful property

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. The location is great, in a quiet neighborhood away from town. We rode bikes and played frisbee out front and relaxed while the kids explored out back. The owners have done an excellent job of stocking the place with every essential you could need (down to ziplocks, foil, and food storage for left overs). The place was clean and decorated well (without the over-the-top “cabin” decor you find in many places). Bedrooms were fresh and clean. We’ll definitely be back.

Beautiful townhome

We loved our stay at the Lodges! I believe it’s even more beautiful than the pictures show. It was so nice to come home to after our full days on the slopes. We enjoyed the fireplace and playing board games around the comfortable couch. They have a very nice collection of games! Cooking meals in the well stocked kitchen . The owner has thought of everything that you may have forgotten. Nespresso pods, pots, even tin foil and baggies! Easy check in and great communication although we never had to contact the owner during our stay since everything is so nicely labeled and well organized. Comfortable beds and beautiful views. It was a perfect stay and we can’t wait to come back!

Everything you could ask for...

And I do mean everything! We cooked all our meals during the stay, and the well-stocked kitchen (great cookware, utensils, spices, etc.) made it a breeze. We even needed a tape measure at one point, and there was one on hand in the immaculately organized "everything drawer." And the games! Kids and adults alike were dumbstruck at the wealth of entertainment options on offer. This is a beautiful family-friendly property with a convenient floor plan, just minutes from the mountain. Tracy was an amazing host who was friendly, helpful, welcoming, and quick to respond. We can't wait to come back!

Fabulous trip.

This home was exactly as advertised. It was clean, nice and all basics were provided. The kitchen was nicely supplied with essential supplies. The host provided all the information, was helpful and easy to reach. The washing machine was not working but the host was notified. The only thing I would caution anyone about is the TV - it was very poor reception satellite. I would advise to plan on utilizing the multiple movies they have available (or the family games) because the TV cut in and out frequently. The location of the unit is great - in the quiet Snowcreek area. Wonderful trip!!

The ultimate in comfort and luxury

This condo is in impeccable condition and feels like staying in a luxury home with all the amenities. The host has thought of everything, from an exceptionally well equipped kitchen to games, gear racks, sleds and more unexpected extras than I could count. The unit is spacious & high quality at every turn - furnished beautifully for ultimate comfort & function. We came up in the winter with 3 families, 2 of which stayed in this unit (9 ppl total), while the 3rd family stayed a few doors down in the same Snow Summit complex. The 9 of us fit so comfortably in this spacious condo. My husband & I took the downstairs bedroom with our 12yo daughter on an air mattress at the foot of our bed. We fit very comfortably in that suite, with its huge bathroom & walk in closet, giving us plenty of room to change, wash up & sleep, all without falling over each other. The other adult couple took the upstairs primary suite and felt totally spoiled. Then we fit 4 teenage girls in the bunk room, and they had a blast having their own space to retreat to. We cooked & hosted several group dinners for the whole crew (all 13 ppl in our larger group) at our unit, spent afternoons on the sledding slope at the end of our street and enjoyed aprés-ski soaks in the neighborhood jacuzzi. It was all so convenient and made it a total breeze to go between doing all our favorite outdoor winter activities and then coming in to get warm, rest and enjoy the company of family and friends with good food & fun games

Had a great time in this home. Very well prepared for us and well stocked, as I had hoped. Firewood and propane for bbq were there, and the linens were lovely and the place was quite clean. Exceeded expectations and we hope to stay there again. Thank you.

Outstanding lodging

This unit offers everything you need. It is quite beautiful and comfortable. Accommodations are well beyond a five-star rating. Tracy is fast to respond and deserves her super host title. This is our second yearvthere and I hope we can stay there again next year!

Perfect Mammoth VRBO

My family and I really enjoyed our 10-day stay at Tracy’s wonderful townhome. Everything we needed and more was generously provided. The place was very clean, the beds and other furniture were very comfortable, and there was plenty of space for the four of us to spread out or comfortably spend time together watching a movie or playing one of the many provided games. I would absolutely stay here again, and would definitely recommend to anyone. Thank you Tracy!

Family Vacation Perfection

We vacation in Mammoth almost every year and this home was by far, our favorite. The home was so comfortable and well stocked for all our needs. The kitchen had every appliance and utensil you could need or want. The living room was set up for family games, tv watching or cozy fireplace enjoyment. The owners have assembled three very helpful notebooks for your use, Dining out, area attractions and a book with tips on how to successfully operate all the appliances and features of this beautiful home. The property is very well maintained. A special attraction for us were the two master bedrooms which both had comfortable king beds, large bathrooms and ample closets. We highly recommend you give this place a try!

Mammoth has always been near and dear to my heart. It's where I learned to ski and I love being there in the winter and the summer. I recently just discovered how much I like fall in Mammoth as well! I love to ski, snowshoe, hike, paddle board, and fish. I also love to curl up with a roaring fire and read a good book.

We have been coming to Mammoth Lakes for the past 30+ years and finally bought a place. We chose The Lodges because we loved the picturesque landscape and being so close to the mountains. It has everything we were looking for.

I love this condo because it has really nice views from the living room and deck. I love the fireplace, the overall floor plan and having our own 2 car garage.
