This lake house was in the perfect location for our weekend getaway. We were apart of a wedding at a venue near buy and this property offered the best recharge possible. The owners were super helpful and communicative.

Our stay at Keuka Lake house was amazing. The views were so beautiful and relaxing. (Excellent therapy for a group of teachers). The house was clean and well stocked. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated. Communication with the host was prompt and he was willing to answer any questions. We had such a wonderful stay we did not want to leave. A wonderful property that we would love to book again next year.

Weekend golf stay

Great house on the lake. Wonderful views and great accessibility to the town and surounding breweries. House was clean and well maintained. The deck was great. I would absolutely rent this house again.

I just got back from a girls trip at Keuka Lake where we had the good fortune of being able to rent this house after a last-minute cancellation from another property. This house fit our needs perfectly, was beautifully decorated and felt so welcoming and inviting. Derrick the host was very accommodating and accessible. And speaking of accessible, this location was fantastic for hitting the pottery trail, as well as wineries and breweries. Even though it was November and we didn’t have the benefit of using the lake itself, the views were beautiful and just being near the water was exactly what we all needed. We’re already talking about coming back next year!

Relaxation at the Cottage

We were delighted with this property: the four of us enjoyed a most relaxing time over two days. The home is spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. And the beautiful views over Keuka Lake are plentiful. We particularly enjoyed the screened-in porch on the lower level. Highly recommended.

Convenient location

Easy drive into Penn Yan for supplies, or to park/access nature hike on Keuka Outlet trail, or visit the wineries. Otherwise no reason to leave as everything is provided as described. Lovely lake views from inside. Easy walk in lake access for kayaks on site. Prompt response from owner if have questions or need anything which was greatly appreciated. Husband and I had a great time and would stay here again.

Super clean, highly recommend

We had a fantastic time! The kitchen was stocked with coffee, basic cooking needs. Everywhere was clean and the beds were comfortable. Extra towels were provided which was a bonus! The only downfall was by the end of the road where we stayed there was not a lot of parking and a little tight but there is a side street which was nice. Derrick was super nice and friendly, quick to respond if he had a question. Location was great < 10 min away from great wineries and breweries. Definitely would stay again!

Ideal gathering spot!!

We loved this property for our ladies weekend wine trip!! The house was absolutely perfect with plenty of space for six of us and room to spare! The downstairs enclosed patio was a great gathering space overlooking the lake with lots of comfortable seating! The bedrooms are all nice sized with comfy beds! The main living space is open with a decent sized kitchen dining area and living room. Just about everything is provided just pack your clothes and some snacks and your good to go! I highly recommend this property the owners are great communicators!! Can’t wait to go back again soon!

Long Weekend Stay

Second time at this home on Keuka Lake. Had a wonderful time on the dock and in the water. Was able to use the kayaks and water floats provided by the owner. Location is close to great restaurants in Penn Yan and Geneva, a stellar bakery in Penn Yan, a great brewery less than five minutes away and a nice farm market down the road. Our family of five had plenty of space to gather together and space to be on our own to read a book, watch tv or listen to the waves in the screened in porch. Every room had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. We are so glad we came back to this home and were able to spend time together on Keuka Lake.

Annual Ice Fishing Trip

We loved this property. It was enough space for our 8 guy ice fishing trip. And though there was no ice in mid-February, we were able to fish the open water right out front of the house. The house has three levels, all with access to the outside. The views are amazing and we saw the sunrise each morning. It's also close to town, with Penn Yan being a short 5 min drive away. The kitchen was stocked with all the utensils we needed. We'd rent again!

Reunion weekend on Keuka

We can highly recommend staying at this cottage on Keuka Lake. Any communication with our host, Derrick was quick and thorough. The amenities at the property made our stay very comfortable and its location offered great outings in Penn Yan and Geneva as well as reunion events at Keuka College. Only downside was out of our host’s hands as wet weather made getting in/on the water a no go. We did see that if we could, this house provided nice kayaks, water noodles, and inflatables to launch from a sturdy dock. Lastly, sitting in the screened in porch listening to the water while reading a book was very relaxing. Loved that space especially. Overall, a great weekend and a place we would consider staying at again.

Great stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property! Plenty of space, clean and well stocked. We had fun kayaking, fishing, wining and dining. We love Keuka, and were able to introduce family to our favorite lake while staying here. Hope to be able to stay again!

This house is perfect place to spend time on Keuka Lake. It is 2miles from downtown Penn Yan less than 45 minutes from the NYS Thruway and RT 86. The house is very roomy with open living area surrounded with windows allowing you to see the lake. Multiple area's to enjoy the outdoor weather being outside on main level deck or beach level in screened in porch. Bathrooms are located on every level of the house. Off street parking is always a plus. Dock and boat hoist for your use
