El piso se encuentra en primera línea de la playa de Levante. Planta elevada, 120 m2, que cuenta con 2 amplias habitaciones, una gran cocina totalmente renovada, un baño completo totalmente nuevo, amplio salón comedor y 2 fantásticas terrazas con fabulosas vistas a la bahía de Benidorm.
El edificio cuenta con acceso privado a la playa y dispone de duchas y lava pies.
Su ubicación es excelente, esta situado en pleno casco histórico de la ciudad. Dispone de todos los servicios a su alrededor, restaurantes a menos de 50 metros, así como la principal avenida de compras de la ciudad ubicada a escasos 100metros.

Just had a wonderful stay at this apartment, very spacious, clean and great views from the balcony. The host was very nice and communicated well. Everything you need is in the apartment and it was all very comfortable. The apartment block was quiet and was very well kept.

Matias was the perfect host. Very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. He met us on arrival and showed us around. The apartment was stunning. Was bigger than expected which was great. It was a home from home, with everything you could need. The beds were comfortable and it was really clean. The views from the balcony are amazing and so relaxing to sit and listen to the waves. I will most definitely be booking again for next year.

Excellent stay

A lovely clean, well equipped and furnished apartment overlooking Playa de Levante with direct beach access. Matias is an excellent host. He kept in touch during our delayed arrival and greeted us at the apartment. Would recommend and hope to return in 2025.

New Year in the Old Town.

This is a great Apartment. Location is spot on and the views from the large balcony are fabulous. The owner made us welcome, explained how everything worked and was readily available for any questions. We plan to book again and would thoroughly recommend.

Fabulous apartment!

The apartment was absolutely lovely.Very, very clean and spacious. Everything you could need was there, from large fluffy towels, a full kitchen and everything else in between! Our host Matias was amazing so very helpful and available if needed. We will definitely be booking this apartment again. Highly recommend this wonderful well situated apartment again.

Exceptional views - great location

- exceptional views of the beach front & clear view of Benidorm island to the right. - top floor apartment - balcony is private & not overlooked. You just hear sea waves. - there’s a hotel 20 metres away, which does a good pot of tea & has the same exceptional views - apartment super clean & offers full range of UK channels (movies sport etc) not that we used it with that view - 3 minute walk to bars & shops - 20 minute walk to the new town - will defo book for next year.

Great stay!

The owner Matias was fantastic from the start, replying to my questions and when we arrived we were met at the apartment and shown how everything worked. The apartment smelt so clean and was totally spotless and the view is to die for! We ate breakfast everyday at Sherry,s pub which is about a 1 minute walk from the apartment and although the apartment is in the thick of the all the entertainment in the old town it was very quiet at night, so no issues with noise at all. Would definitely return! Thanks Matias!

Apartment was highly recommended by a friend, and we are so glad we booked! It was superb. The location is excellent, the apartment is fabulous, the view outstanding,UK TV a huge bonus, secured WiFi brilliant. One week in a Benidorm old town beach front apartment.

This apartment has fantastic views and a great location.It could sleep up to six people with one person being on a sofa bed.It is clean, spacious, and has everything you could require for your stay in Benidorm.Only down side was that this time our Taxi firm (Beniconnect) could not/would not take us to the door of the apartment. Leaving us with a five minute walk to get there (up hill). Fortunately we knew where the apartment was as we have stayed there before.Not a problem if you are young and able bodied, but could be a problem if you are older and have mobility issues and large suitcases.However, once there you will have a great time, and it's down hill on the way back.

We keep coming back for more!

Just back from our third stay at Matias’ apartment and already we are planning to return. Unbeatable in terms of location (seafront between Levante and Poniente beaches and next to the old town) and with the roomiest balcony and best sea views we have ever experienced, the apartment is spacious, flooded with light and has all the amenities required to provide a home from home – whether for a couple like us or for a family with kids – including well-equipped kitchen, power shower and an amazing range of English news and entertainment channels on TV. As hosts, Matias and his parents are always welcoming and supportive and for what is on offer the price is very reasonable. We would happily recommend this apartment to anyone.

Amazing apartment in a perfect location

Matias met us, even at such a late hour to provide the keys and show us around the apartment. The highlight of the apartment is the balcony with amazing views over the sea and beach. So peaceful but a perfect location to visit levante, the old town and Poniente beach. The use of the private access to the beach and use of the little deckchairs was brilliant and a perfect start to our day. The rest of the apartment is typically Spanish, but the bathroom and kitchen look like the have recently been refurbished and everything you need in the apartment. We didn’t need to contact Matias during our stay, but know if we did he would have been helpful. He came to say goodbye and check we had a good stay. It was the perfect break we needed and I can’t wait to book again. Thank you once again.
