214 492 3947. El lugar está cerca de actividades para la familia, el aeropuerto y el centro de la ciudad. Te encantará mi lugar debido a las vistas, la ubicación, el ambiente, la gente y el espacio al aire libre. Mi lugar es bueno para parejas, viajeros de negocios, familias (con niños) y grandes grupos. Hay un grupo de comunidad.

Barrio recientemente desarrollado (2018) con acceso cercano a las principales autopistas 161, 114 183 y Beltline. Esta se encuentra en el prestigioso área de Las Colinas. La propiedad se encuentra con una vista del patio trasero al campo de fútbol de la Copa del Mundo. La tienda de conveniencia y la estación de servicio están a solo unos minutos y están a un corto trayecto en coche del complejo comercial local, las restricciones y otros centros de entretenimiento. Aunque cerca de las principales autopistas, el vecindario se encuentra en una comunidad tranquila y familiar. El aeropuerto DFW está a solo unos minutos, pero no hay molestias al ruido desde el aeropuerto.

Decent place

The house itself was great. Cheaply built and thin walls, but nothing we can do about that. The neighbors are very close in proximity and seem pretty nosey. Every time we went outside, they came out of their house to watch us. The pool was closed because of Covid, very disappointed. The pool was one of the main reasons we chose this house. The owner did not disclose it was not available in the listing. Overall stay was fair.

Lack of responsiveness from host

The property is clean and well located to DFW airport, but communication with the host was unsatisfactory. Initially, he was very accommodating allowing 2 children to enter the property for Thanksgiving. However, a cold front hit the area the first night of our stay and we noticed the heat was not working. When I contacted to host, his response was that the unit was just inspected and that one of the units was still on cool. When I asked where the second thermostat was, I was ignored. I eventually found it, but the heat was still clearly not working. We spent 2 days in a 63-65 degree house. After my second, more aggressive plea for heat, he sent a technician who confirmed the heater wasn’t working. The host never contacted me to confirm the heater was fixed or offer to accommodate us for the inconvenience. It’s clear this is a rental property from the spartan accommodations (no bath mats or cabinet handles) and the lack of concern by the host for his visitors comforter.

The neighborhood is very quiet. We felt safe in the neighborhood We initially were suppose to have 8 people staying in the house, only 4 stayed in the house. So we had plenty of room

Making Memories

We had a wonderful time at this property. It was perfect for our adult children and their families to spend time together under one roof. I was one happy mama. The property was clean and spacious for our 7 adults and 2 children. We would stay here again and hope to soon.

Clean & Comfortable & Convenient

This property was in a nice neighborhood and very close to the airport. The layout of the large house was perfect. It gave everyone private space to sleep. We had everything that we needed. Having the street parking so close was very convenient as we had a couple of elderly family members. It was easy to get them loaded and unloaded. The only recommendation that I could make is to add a few extra blankets at the house to accommodate people who need extra covers at night. I would definitely stay here again. The owner was very accommodating.

Great location, Wi-Fi, and meticulously well serviced home.

Our group stayed here for a week, and we were quite pleased with the home and attention to detail in the servicing of the home. From a few rolls of toilet paper, to the laundry detergent pods, to the aerosol room spray in the bathrooms, this home was well planned and well furnished. It was a pleasure to stay here and we'd gladly use this property again when visiting Dallas in the future.

Great for groups

Our stay was very comfortable! We had plenty of space for our group of 6. There were a lot of bedrooms, plus plenty of extra beds for larger groups--we definitely would have had plenty of space. The house was very clean and everything was new and in great shape. The neighborhood was quiet. Check-in was very easy. We'd love to stay again when we return for our next reunion!

Huge perfect house!

This house was perfect for our stay. It had more than enough beds and baths with full kitchen and dining room. We had a family of 5 adults for a local conference and it was spacious enough for all our needs. We will come back.

Great Home near Airport

This was a perfect location. Literally 5 minutes from the airport. The home was located on a new neighborhood. Home was spacious with plenty of room. Owner communicated very well and made our stay easy. I would highly recommend this home to anyone. We will definitely be back to visit Dallas and will stay here again.

House in new build subdivision, lots of space and fantastic homeowner

My family rented this house as a part of a trip to celebrate October birthdays in the Dallas area. The house is located in a new subdivision and Is near DFW airport and Grapevine area. The drive to the State Fair and downtown Dallas Theatre was about 30 min. The homeowner was great at comminciating plans/arrangements for the house. The house is very large and could easily accommodate more people. We were more than comfortable with 7 adults, 2 kids and 2 babies (we brought travel cribs for 2 babies). There are two bedrooms downstairs which also accommodated my elderly parents well who do not climb stairs well. Overall, I would highly recommend this house to others looking for a place to stay in the Dallas area.

My place is close to family-friendly activities, the airport, and the city center. You’ll love my place because of the views, the location, the ambiance, the people, and the outdoors space. My place is good for couples, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups. There is a community pool.

Newly developed neighborhood (2018) with nearby access to major highways 161, 114 183 and Beltline. This is located in the highly prestigious Las Colinas area. Property is located with a back yard view to World Cup practice soccer field. Convenience store and gas station is only minutes away and short drive from local shopping complex, restraints and other entertainment centers. Though near major highways, the neighborhood itself is tucked into a quiet family friendly community. DFW airport is only minutes away but there is no noise disturbance from the airport.
