Very nice place. Would recommend to anyone. Nice safe neighborhood. We had 6 people stay and it was perfect. It's stated that the home is a 4 bedroom but we only needed the 3. The 4th would have been the garage i would have to assume? Hot tub worked great as well.

The house was nice, and the labels everywhere made it easy to find things. If it were not for the neighbors being loud from 10pm to after 3am, and the host's inability to do anything to remedy the situation, it would have been a 5 star stay. Due to my experience, I would not choose to return for a future stay.

Holiday Haven

My family came to Texas to visit family members for Thanksgiving. I don’t have enough great things to say about this home. It was clean, well decorated, and fully stocked. It was in a great location and close to Dallas, Fort Worth, Frisco and Grapevine. We are definitely staying here again soon. Thank you Nick and Jen.

Best Stay Ever!!!

Great place

Everyone liked the place. Really appreciate it. There was a big dog poop on the astroturf when we got there I didn’t want to handle. Besides that I just wanted someone to know I never got hot water in the master shower and I let it run for longer but it just never came. The other shower worked fine.

Graduation stay

Our family of 5 was extremely comfortable during our stay for 4 days!! We wanted for nothing ; and the game room was a huge bonus for our teens. Very clean, so many extra amenities! Will not hesitate to return in the future.

Very Comfortable and Enjoyable

We stayed here for a business trip. It was close to where we did go, and it had great amenities. The only thing I would change is the having a grill that uses propane not charcoal.

Long-term stay in a great location

We had a group that stayed for about 3 months at this property and it was a great experience. Only about 15-25 minutes downtown depending on traffic. The property was extremely clean, easily accessible to the highway but still a quiet neighborhood, and great walking trails for my dog. The only inconsistency with the listing is that there is no garage as it was converted into a game room. Overall, we would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Great House

Love this house, it was beautiful. Very comfortable, beds are really nice & comfortable felt like home. Definitely would recommend this property & would stay again. They had coffee & other things for breakfast & baking that were complimentary. It was my first stay at a ABB so now when i travel i will compare everything to this home.

Great for Families and Business

We arrived and the property was extremely clean! Kids loved the bunk beds. Tye location was 5 minutes from our business engagement. Overall great weekend stay. Hope to be back in the future

Outstanding home for visiting family

We were in town for our grand baby's baptism and traveling with my elderly mother who has mobility issues. This property is all one level so it was very easy for her to navigate. The location is a nice quiet neighborhood near UD. The kitchen is large and well equipped. The open concept floor plan was perfect for visiting with the whole family. The driveway is behind a gate which created a nice enclosed area to hang out outside. If you have small children they would be safe playing out there. There is also a fun fire pit. Nick and Jen were so great! They responded immediately to the few questions we had. I couldn't recommend this place more!!

Excellent Family Home

We had a wonderful experience in this home. We spent Christmas there and the owners had it beautifully decorated! The kitchen is the best feature of this home. Appliances are high end and the kitchen is well stocked with utensils for cooking. Quiet evenings by the fireplace were also a treat. A perfect home away from home!
