This condo is a gem! It is right on the water with a gorgeous view of the lake. The condo is located in a quiet area of the lake and the property is pristine. The condo’s decor is “lake life” chic and very comfortable and the kitchen is stocked with everything you need.

The place was amazing. It was looking right over the lake and was walkable into town. The pool and beach were fantastic for our 15 month old daughter.

Spader Bay Condo

Location is perfect. Walking distance to downtown. Condo right on the water. Unit was nicely remodeled. Only con is sound transmission between units and the exterior. Could be noisy when the complex is busy.

Great location

We loved how immaculate and well-stocked this condo was. Very comfortable furniture and a luxurious bed. We enjoyed the two convenient side by side bathrooms. The location was nice, right next to the water and easy to walk into town. We enjoyed pickleball everyday and will definitely stay here again.

Great couples getaway

Overall great place. Clean, amazing views, right on water, great location. Had everything we needed. Only issue was we arrived late and got packet from lock box. We had no idea where the unit was and couldn't see #s on buildings. Would recommend adding a basic unit map in renter's packet at check in. Otherwise great stay! Hope to come again in summer time.

Disappointed to at it was not cleaned prior to arrival. Room was very dusty with spiders and cobwebs in very corner. Luckily there was a a vacuum so I spent the better part of sunset hour upon arrival 5 pm -6 pm vacuuming almost all of the corners of the ceilings, windows, floors, and couch cushions. I also wiped down the all of the tables, side tables and counter tops, as those also had a bit of dust. The sheets and beddings, and bathrooms were ok. There was hair stuck to the walls in the bathroom - that was not ours. I liked that there was AC, and a gorgeous view, close proximity to the pool and beach so I could keep an eye on my kids. Aside from the dust and cobwebs, the stay was lovely and very quiet. Easy check in, and I appreciate the after-hours gentleman picked up my call right away and assisted me with the code to enter the unit. I went to the office a couple of times, once before opening, and then once again around 1 pm to complete check in process, but no one answered the door. We were only there from Friday evening to Sunday morning. Overall beautiful property and quiet spot. If the unit was cleaned I would definitely think that the price was worth it, but given that I had to clean the place beforehand, it was a but more work than I wanted for my vacation. I would stay here again, now I am aware of what to expect.
Bugs / tiny spiders like this in almost all ceiling corners
Hard to see but there were cobwebs and tiny spiders in every corner - didn’t take pics of all of them as I was in cleaning mode right away. Grateful that there was a vacuum and broom in the unit.

We loved the location of your unit right on the beach. There were 4 of us though with one bedroom and the pullout couch bed was broken. This was disappointing and misleading.

Stay at Spader Bay

We absolutely loved this property and would have booked again for the following year if it had been available. The beach access to the lake and the close proximity to town was perfect.

Great location. The unit feels a little dated.

Wonderful location on the lake. The unit was clean and nicely furnished. The carpet is well worn and the baths feel dated. Rental and check in was confusing, and overly complicated. The manager was friendly and helpful

Our three day Lake Chelan weekend

We loved being right on the nice sandy beach and the condo was comfortable, and well stocked and decorated. Our only complaints are the very noisy fridge and the dirty carpet.

Lovely spot for a getaway

We took a last-minute trip and had a lovely stay at this condo. It would have been nice to have more towels, but otherwise we had everything we could have wanted or needed!

Beautiful Location!

We stayed here for a week in September and had a wonderful time! Clean, nicely decorated, great location, with many amenities and LOVED the view of the lake!! Being here a week, it would have been nice to have access to a vacuum. Check-in time is a bit late too. We will definitely stay here again!! Loved it!

Great place!

It was a great place to stay with great views of the lake. One thing we had an issue with was that the cleaning crew skipped our unit and so we got there 30 minutes earlier than check in and they haven’t cleaned the place yet, so we technically couldn’t even check in until an hour after the normal check in time which was a hassle. However the property management worked with us and had compensated us for it. Overall it was a beautiful quiet condo with the kitchen fully stocked. Beautiful pool overlooking the lake! Definitely perfect for small family!

Great location and views right on the beach!

Perfect views. Comfortable wall bed that worked great in living area. And lots of common space for family to hangout plus nice deck! Minor hiccup with cleaning in unit not being finished when we arrived but was corrected by rental company. Can be confusing to find manager office at check in - go down the hill and to door next to the garage.
