Wonderful stay!

Cute and cozy place -Very clean and comfortable. Great location and bikes provided. We walked or biked everywhere. Loved not having to drive anywhere.

Rosemary Family Trip

Overall we were very pleased with our stay and would stay here again. Exactly as described and perfect for a summer vacation where much of the trip was at the pool, neighborhood and beach. Only items to note or improve would be, you hear the second floor residents/guests a good amount so could be a little noisy but we nines that going in. We would have loved to have some basic spices (I.e salt pepper, etc.), but other than that we had a great stay. We recommend and would stay again.

Great location. Roomy condo. Kitchen was well-equipped. The bathrooms were a little bit dated and there was a musty smell in the condo. I let them know about the smell when I returned my key.

Convenient and Pleasant

Apartment suited our needs perfectly. Really appreciated having some basics already there - enough coffee for a day or two, a roll of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent etc….would give 5 stars but walls/floors very thin and could hear neighbors upstairs as they walked around. Also a touch of paint here and there to cover the wear and tear would go along way. Comfortable, coastal furnishings and decor. Easy walk to town but far enough to be quiet at night.

Early August 2022 Vacation- first time to 30A

Quite good. Very comfortable and easy access to the Rosemary Beach end of 30A. Our three kids were spread between the twin bed room and the sofa bed. My wife and I shacked up in the primary bedroom with its own spacious bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped though I’d recommend bringing a good knife if you plan to get your cook on. Like most rental homes, the cutlery isn’t so bueno. But the kitchen has everything else you’d need if you wanted to cook. Washer and dryer worked flawlessly. We brought a small amount of detergent to run it for beach towels though they provided enough for a couple loads. Plenty of dish washer detergent was provided. Would definitely stay again. If you’ve never stayed in Rosemary Beach before, we’d recommend it. Try to come with a good tan and decent beach bod though, lest you stand out as a pasty northerner. Haha…but seriously, you were warned.

Low Tide Flat

Overall, liked this flat mainly for the location and proximity to everything in Rosemary Beach. Some of the living room upholstery is tired, and some kitchen items need to be refreshed. Master Bath has been updated and has plenty of space. Beds were comfortable. Enjoyed our stay in RB!

Low Tide Flat

We enjoyed our stay at Low Tide Flat and Rosemary Beach. It’s a very unique little beach community and we’d happily visit again. This condo is very close the RB’s downtown area and a short walk to the beach. I feel the condo was well stocked.

Great location, needs a deep clean & a facelift

The location of this flat is great - tucked away so out of all the chaos but still convenient to everything in Rosemary. Sadly the property itself is a bit tired and dirty. Rugs are stained, furniture is ripped and stained, the patio furniture, rug & floor were all covered in mold & mildew. Bathroom floors were oily and slick, mildew in both the showers and hair stuck to everything. Thankfully the weather was great so we didn’t spend a lot of time inside. With a deep clean and some updating this place would be great. Until then it’s only ok.

Low tide flat!

Great spot right in the middle of everything! It was perfect minus the curtains you can see through in the living room. We were in and out and loved that we could walk or ride bikes everywhere! 💯❤️

Low tide flat review

We’ve stayed in Rosemary for over 20 years. The property was good, but needs maintenance. The front door lock barely works with the key. The bike locks are rusted and one wouldn’t even come apart with the code provided. There are door knobs and towel racks that need to be replaced.

Awesome condo, great location!

Our family of five loved our week at Rosemary Beach, and would definitely stay here again! The house is darling, just as pictured. Check-in very easy. It's a wonderful location. Right across from a large green where the kids could play, and they showed movies and had magic shows at night. 2-3 minute bike to the beach, or 5-6 minute walk. Very charming!

This was our first trip to Rosemary Beach. This was perfect for our family of 4. It was a quick walk to the shops, restaurants and beach.

Loved Low Tide Flat

This was our first time visiting Rosemary Beach and 30A. Low Tide was perfect for our family of four. The kids enjoyed being across from St. Augustine Green to throw the football and play tag with other kids. Location was great for our family, it was quiet in the evenings while sitting on the patio but still only a 6-7 minute walk to the beach. Overall, we are very pleased and look forward to visiting again.

We were never able to connect to the wifi we called and complained but the issue was not resolved. We really needed the wifi since we were on a business trip.
