Thank you for your kind word about the location as well as the golf cart, kitchen being well stocked, etc. We always try to make sure we think of everything when it comes to having things available for our guests, so that you can bring a suitcase, unpack and have a great time! I also appreciate you letting us know about our responsiveness, as we try to tackle any issue as soon as possible. I know my cleaning team strives to make sure that everything is ready for you when you arrive, and 100% clean for your stay. I was saddened to hear it wasn't up to your satisfaction, and we immediately reached out to our cleaning team to do an additional cleaning at no cost to you whatsoever. They even deep cleaned areas (backside of medicine cabinet doors, behind mirrors, toilet water refill lines, etc.) at your request. We try to accommodate our guests to the best of our ability and have had multiple 5 star reviews across the 6 years we have owned our home. One thing moving forward, I would recommend is to make sure that you leave a home and follow the check out procedures as best you can. My cleaning team, when they came to clean for the next guest, let me know that there was food all over the kitchen, the sink, refrigerator, etc, and that the dishwasher was not run. They are having to take the sheets left from your stay, and have them deep cleaned, as they were in pretty bad shape. I know things happen, and sometimes you have to leave in a rush, but in the future, from one host to another, don't forget to review the check out guide (in the folder on property), as I know you would want that followed at your property.
