West 62 and 64 are two charming homes situated next door to each other, sharing a spacious outdoor courtyard perfect for relaxing with drinks after a day of exploring Charleston. Each home offers generous living spaces, large bedrooms, and multiple en-suite bathrooms, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests.

Just 1.5 blocks from King Street, these homes are ideally positioned to access the best of Charleston's restaurants, bars, and shopping. West 62 and West 64 together feature a total of 4 king beds and 6 queen beds, with additional sleeping options provided by a queen sleeper sofa and an EZ-Up bed. There are 8 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms, each custom-tiled and stocked with high-quality toiletries.

Both homes are equipped with smart TVs in all living areas and bedrooms, allowing for convenient entertainment. The kitchens are fully stocked and include both Keurig and drip coffee makers, so you can enjoy your coffee just the way you like it. With hardwood flooring throughout, a laundry closet in each home, and four private parking spaces, your stay promises to be both luxurious and convenient. Great stay!

The house was just as described and very comfortable for several adults. Plenty of comfortable sleeping space and it was great to have two houses side by side. The location was perfect to experience King St and the surrounding attractions. The host was very accommodating and we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent - Perfect for Team Building Event

The two homes were wonderful and perfectly accommodated our team. Very clean with well appointed kitchens. The great room of the upstairs house was the perfect space for our staff training and development. Easy walking distance to restaurants and amenities. Would stay here again.

Bachelor party

This was a great stay for my group, and the house was clean when we arrived. The air conditioning went out one night, which was a bit tough, but someone came to fix it very quickly. One of the showers didn’t have any body wash, but overall, the place is in a great location—close to King Street and within walking distance of plenty of food and stores.

Great Property!

Property has a great location and a great amount of bedrooms and bathrooms for a large party. Also includes good living space for the group to gather. We were able to request early check-in which was helpful. Overall, earned really well for our wedding party during the weekend!

We left early for the Hurricaine coming and they gave us a parital refund. Nice location. Day we left, communication was hard but eventually caught up.

Very Accommodating

Everyone went above and beyond to accommodate our group when issues with the city/electricity arose. Communication was prompt and very easy. I could not say enough nice things about staying here!! If you are looking for somewhere to stay in Charleston, definitely stay here!

Perfect for large wedding party

My son had a destination wedding in the Charleston Area. We rented these houses for use by the bridesmaids and groomsmen. They worked perfect for our needs and the location is ideal.

Our family reunion of 21 enjoyed our stay at this property. There was plenty of room for everyone. The location was great for food, activities, and drinks. The only negative was that the kitchen did not include enough kitchen cookware.

Brand trip

We stayed here with 10 women during an influencer brand trip. It was outstanding! The accommodations were beautiful and the house was fully equipped with everything's you could need for your stay. The property manager was easy to contact and replied very quickly to any questions or requests. It was close to all that Charleston has to offer. Would stay again in a heartbeat!!

Excellent Property

I hosted 5 couples and 5 friends for my wedding. The property was perfect for the occassion. The kitchens are modern and spacious. The bathrooms are very nice. The bedrooms are also cute and large. Not many houses offer 5 king sized beds under one roof. We loved the outdoor common space, and the location is prime. Thank you!

Right there!

This handsome little complex has abundant room and charm. We were a large group that fit with ease. You won't be disappointed. This is a five star experience VRBO, but be aware if you plan to cook for your group that this kitchen is very sparsely equipped. Conveniences of grocery stores and many restaurants nearby were a huge plus!

Amazing property for a large group trip!

I stayed at 62 and 64 Spring Street with a group of 18 girls. The host was extremely responsive and accommodating throughout our entire experience (allowing for an early check-in and late check out / storing our luggage until we departed for the airport). The two homes were spotless and the outdoor patio was perfect. We didn't cook much so can't speak to some of the cookware, but the homes were stocked with plenty of basic items (plates, wine glasses, etc.). I think the listing is inaccurate because both homes are 5 bedroom and the beds were super comfy. The homes are walkable to King Street, so perfect location. Would highly recommend 62 and 64 Spring!
