Superb Stay - everything was great

We really enjoyed our stay here. We are already looking to reserve this space again in the future . It was wonderful, we stayed as a family / extended family. Spacious and comfortable. High quality all around.

This is the most comfortable, luxurious, well stocked, and beautiful place any in our group has ever had the pleasure to stay. It feels like home, not a rental.

Wonderful vacation

Our family had a very nice stay at David's condo. The condo was clean, the kitchen was fully stocked. The place was cleaned and the view is magnificent. We definitely will stay the next time we came. highly recommended

Christmas in Galveston

The building and facilities are beautiful. The condominium unit is exceptional and very nicely furnished with a well stocked kitchen. The views are spectacular, and the patio is wonderful. The workout facility has lots of machines and is well-maintained.We couldn't play tennis or pickleball due to the weather but the courts looked great. We greatly enjoyed our time there and highly recommend it.

Stunning condo

We loved how easy check in was, and how friendly the staff are. The condo is spacious and beautiful. The beds are super comfortable, the kitchen is fully stocked, and the washer and dryer are top quality. The views from the 23rd floor are spectacular. The 2 decks are amazing. The main decks is very large and is the best place to relax and watch the sunrise. Thanks for the memorable vacation.

What a retreat from the storms of life!

This is an amazing and peaceful property! It has been decorated by a talented, unique family and the photos don’t give it true justice. We arrived two days after Beryl came through. Although we had no electricity at our homes for 7 and 8 days, we had it at Palisades and what an amazing time we had as a family. We will always refer to it as our “goshen” from the storm and are truly grateful to Mr. and Mrs. Rude for sharing the property with us.

highly recommend!

This property is in a great location on Galveston Island on the east side just past all the public beaches so it was quiet and enjoyable! It's also very close to the Galveston town area with cute shops and food. The condo is in a nice building and the 23rd floor so it has great views! The condo was clean, stocked with everything we needed(just bought some food) to relax and enjoy ourselves. The owner was very helpful recommending activities since we had never been down there! Our teens and 5 year old all had a great time! We would stay again in a heartbeat if we lived closer but if we get to go that way again we will definitely try to stay here!

Awesome place

This is a beautiful property in a high end condo building. Pool is beautiful and beach in this area is quiet. Workout facility was top notch and those that used it were thrilled Easy to bike to busier parts of beach if desired along a safe route. Parking is set up with Tolltag so is helpful to have that number and license at checkin. Parking was easy and plentiful. The decorations in the unit are beautiful and plentiful. Kitchen well equipped.

Peaceful location with panoramic views

Condo was large enough for the 8 of us. It’s beautifully furnished with premium bedding and beach themed art. Balconies have expansive views of the beach. Great place to relax.

Stunning Property!!

Amazing and beautiful property! Every room is decorated so perfectly and the condo is extremely well kept and very clean. You get what you see in the pictures -- but more and even better in person!! This property was perfect for my husband, myself and my three teenagers; as we all had plenty of room to spread out and were not on top of each other. The two balconies were so spacious & cozy and the ocean views & warm breeze is just what my family was craving for spring break. My kiddos loved the game room, the pools & hot tubs and the convenient short walk to the beach below. The beach was so enjoyable and was never crowed during our stay. This place is a true gem and definitely looking forward to staying here again hopefully soon. David, thank you for allowing us to stay in your fabulous property.

Wonderful Get-Away

Thank you for hosting us for a fantastic Thanksgiving week! We enjoyed the property so much! The location of this building is fabulous - convenient to everything (grocery, dining, activities, shopping) and well stocked. We had a very comfortable, easy week and the space of this condo is really great. Allows enough room to gather intimately, but large enough so you're not crowded. Thanks again for hosting us! Beautiful Beachfront Retreat

This property was an absolute beautiful dream retreat. My husband and I have been looking for a condo that we could drive to from Houston, TX for weekend getaways. This Condominium was breathtaking. 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a dining room that seats 8 as well as an eat in kitchen and two beautiful balconies. OCEAN VIEWS throughout the Condo. I have had 2 major surgeries in 2020. I was definitely looking for an place to come to relax and decompress. David & Roberta’s home was a dream. . I sat on the balconies, the view of the ocean is stunning. I loved all the furnishings, the custom bedding, and fabrics in each room flow so well from room to room in the home. We will definitely be back as much as we can. I can’t thank you enough David and Roberta for a wonderful trip to the beach. Blessings, Katheryn Harper

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!

Palisade Palms - Galveston

This spacious 3 bedroom plus a study with a fold out couch and 4 baths was magnificent. Fully stocked kitchen with complete pots Fully 3 BR +Study (fold out couch) 4 Baths. Fully stocked kitchen-complete set pots and pans, blender, mixer, etc. Large patio and a smaller patio located high up-no bugs but all the breezes. Ample parking, secure storage for your beach items and several areas to wash off. Very nice game rooms and pool. We will be coming back.
