¡Ven a alojarte en nuestro condominio recientemente renovado! Justo en el corazón de Pigeon Forge, donde todo es de fácil acceso. Este espacioso condominio de 3 dormitorios y 2 baños es el tamaño perfecto para acomodar a su familia y sus necesidades. Pase las tardes relajándose en una de las dos piscinas antes de ir a una noche en la ciudad. Convenientemente ubicado junto a la torre 5 Mtn. View Condos ofrece un lugar agradable con actividades divertidas para los niños, como el agujero de maíz, el voleibol y el equipo de juego. Directamente al otro lado de la unidad hay un sendero donde puede disfrutar del ejercicio o pasear a sus hijos mientras se encuentra en un entorno natural. Nuestro condominio ofrece televisión por cable en cada habitación, WIFI gratuito, chimenea a gas, junto con una cocina completamente equipada cuando usted desea quedarse.

Quiet place to stay.

Good place for a family. Plenty of room to spread out. They have a play area for kids to go along with the pools. Great place in the middle of pigeon forge!

Great Spring Break Trip!

We had a great stay at this property. It was clean and comfortable. Very spacious. Great kitchen. Great communication with owner. We loved the location as well. Wonderful for families.

I was very, very pleased with the property. The condo was pleasantly decorated and clean. I loved the location just off the main strip. I would definitely recommend to friends and family. I hope to get a chance to stay here again!

Convenient Location, Nice size

Large bedrooms and baths. Nicely appointed kitchen with all the items needed to feed the 7 we had. I would have liked to have had pillow cases for the extra pillows other than that, no issues and we enjoyed out stay!

The condo was great! Our only complaints were that there were not enough mirrors (for 6 women trying to get ready to go to a conference) and that the living room was a little dark. Great location!!

Everything was great and comfortable. We didn't see the guest book. Also, the front door would not lock. It was a great stay. Thank you so much for letting us use your condo.

Clean and spacious

Unit was very clean and was more spacious than the pictures. Beds were comfortable. Pool and hot tub were clean and very much enjoyed. Although we did not cook there appeared to be plenty of cookware and utensils. This unit comes highly recommended.

Clean, beautiful, spacious all in one

The house and property were so clean and spacious yet homey. The owners have thought of every detail and it really makes the stay easy and stress free. The dock is the best on the cove and we had a great time in the sun and on the water. We would love to return when the water is warmer when we can really be on the lake all day. Thank you for helping our family make memories that will last a lifetime.

Condo very nice and clean but beds were hard, had to buy ice due to ice maker didn’t work, fire place didn’t work and garbage disposal didn’t work.

Cheap and Stingy host

No bathroom accessories was given. Only one hand soap dispenser with diluted soap was provided. Not even a kitchen scrub cleaner was provided. One good thing was room was clean. showers were working properly. location was good. All the above listed items wont even cost $15. Because of this, I am rating too low.

Cleanliness Thumbs Down

Unit appeared relatively clean upon arrival. At closer look the grout in bathrooms looked like it hadn’t ever been cleaned. My granddaughter split water on kitchen tile. When I wiped it up with a paper towel it was majorly discolored with dirt. My mom dropped something between the loveseat cushions and when we pulled up the cushions there as food and trash underneath. My granddaughter was looking for a toy she dropped in the master bedroom. My husband got on his knees to help her look and under the bed was a Copenhagen can and looked as though it had not been swept/mopped for quite some time. I would not stay here again for lack of true cleanliness.

Cleaniness and thoughts on whole property

Overall cleanliness, we found the place some what very dirty, inside and outside of condo. I understand it's time of year when turn over is high, but some days should be block off for deep cleaning of property. Yes, i clean house for living and i maybe more critical. These are things that stood out to my family, floors dirty (not being clean underneath beds and living room furniture, found number of items underneath them), blinds inch of dust on all of them, master bedroom shower not being scrubbed (could have been hurt with amount of slipperiness to them) my husband scrubbed it himself so we wouldn't, the shower title is black, pink mold and needs to be scrubbed, not enough towels for a decent size family (glad i brought extra's for us), the door to balcony didnt not lock, master bedroom french doors had black mold all long the top of door (this was bit upsetting when i have astma.and bad allergries), balcony area was.dirty also (a nice sweep or clean up would be nice), and tv's all bedroom wouldnt work (or instruction to how to use them). With all this being said i would hope they to take more pride into the property. Property self was in a great loctaion and good size for 5 of us, when speaking to hostess were very friendly, and when i contact them about a few things they did offer for housekeeping to come. They did try to fix the problems. With what i had address with them. Overall i would give the property a 3 out 5. Would be a 5 if these things are addressed.

Family Christmas 2022 Getaway

This is our 2nd year in going someplace as a family a couple weeks before Christmas. It is something that I want to continue. We visited Dollywood, which my grandaughter absolutely loved. The condo was a perfect place as far as location was concerned. I loved the fact that when you went out on the balcony, you couldn’t see buildings or attractions. It gave you a woods like feeling within the city.

Large enough for extended family

Three bedrooms served us well!! We had a family of 4 along with grandparents and of course our funcle! We didn't realize there was an indoor pool or it would have been even more fun!! The best part about this condo has to be the location. Heavy traffic doesn't matter as much when you're right down the street from everything! The actual condo is bigger than the pictures suggest. The kids loved the basketball goal and playground and the adults loved the paved walking trail. Would definitely recommend and book again!
