Bahama Breezes are the Best!

So glad we found this place. Best location on the island. Tineka is great! Very welcoming and has great recommendations and contacts for the area. Condo has a nice boutique vibe. Very clean, quiet, safe and upscale. Best poolside spot to enjoy the Bahama breeze.

We were so impressed with this property! We stayed in the Bahamas for our mini-honeymoon and couldn’t decide if we wanted a hotel or a condo on the island. We are so glad that we chose this property. It is walking distance (but we did take a taxi (Monique and Big Mama are AMAZING!)) but we also enjoyed restaurants that Tineka recommended that did not disappoint. Tineka was an amazing host and the property looks exactly like it did in the pictures. The pool was clean and nice, you can go on the beach next door which was nice and then if you wanted you could stay all day or night at baha mar. Thank you so much Tineka!

Perfect Stay

We simply loved this place! Spacious and comfortable with breathtaking views. All details were thought of. Tineka and the staff at the building are all wonderful. Highly recommend! My family and I really needed this break to relax and rejuvenate, this was the perfect space for it.

Dive trip in Nassau with Stuart’s Cove

This property was a great location! We organized three dive days with Stuart’s Cove and they picked us up and dropped us off (last pick up and first to be dropped off). And it was perfect walking distance to many great restaurants, the market, and even some frozen yogurt! Would highly recommend!! It was overall a beautiful stay and the hosts were great!

Better than advertised- ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!

This condo was everything we were looking for. We wanted to be on Cable Beach within steps of the ocean and it was better than expected. We had multiple bedrooms, multiple bathrooms, large living space, full kitchen, towels, bedding, and Tineka was incredible with the info she provided for favorite food, grocery shopping, etc. Stunning views from the balcony and so quiet and peaceful. We will be back!!

Bahamian Paradise

This was a fantastic stay. Tanika met us at the property to get us all settled in and was very accommodating to our families needs. She gave us wonderful recommendations for dinners and activities. This property was very secure and private; not crowded at all. The pool was very clean and walks on the beach were breathtaking. It was a 5-minute walk to the Baha Mar waterpark.

Heavenly stay!

One Cable Beach was a fantastic choice for our Bahamas vacation. Not only was the apartment as beautiful and upscale as it looks in the photos, but view from the infinity pool over the azure waters was simply breathtaking. The hosts Taneka and Ava are incredibly responsive and helpful. We also enjoyed the close proximity to the Baha Mar and the great restaurants there. We hope to be back!

Tanika was amazing! Walked thru the entire condo upon arrival. Told us the local hotspots. Checked in with us a few times. Loved the condo. Will definitely stay there again!

Great condo in a great location!

Beautiful condo in a wonderful location along Cable Beach! Pool on the property was super clean, comfortable and hardly anyone there. Small beach right in front and the water is calm and swimmable. Very chill and relaxing. Tineka and Frank were so accommodating, provided great recommendations for things to do, restaurants and transportation around the island. We texted Frank a couple times during our stay for help understanding how to use the jitney and taxis and he responded super quick with great information. Highly recommend staying here!

Bright, immaculately clean condo; beautifully furnished with well equipped kitchen. Wonderful view from balcony and from pool area. Huge fitness room with quality equipment. Tineka was very responsive with all inquiries and even went the extra step to provide baby items and toys ( although our grandson fell ill and couldn’t make the trip) . Location is close walking distance to the Baha Mar resort in one direction, or the other direction for more restaurants and a supermarket . Hope to visit again someday; highly recommend.

Spring trip getaway to remember

For this family of four, this was a great property for a week long getaway to recharge the batteries. The views from the pool, beach and balcony are what this trip was all about. The condo was well equipped with comfortable furnishings and everything needed to support meal prep. Tineka was an amazing and attentive host. Whether it was recommendations on great restaurants to try out, how to get around town on the buses or to just checking in to see if we needed anything, she is truly one of a kind. Loved checking out the island, without having to do all of the tourist traps. Would definitely stay here again.

A week in paradise

We had a wonderful time at One Cable Beach. The property was clean and very spacious. The outdoor patio provided an amazing view of the ocean. The staff that maintains the property was very friendly and helped to make our week a little more enjoyable. We took advantage of the kayaks and paddle board. Special thanks to Theo who kept us entertained with his poolside DJ services! Tineka and Frank were outstanding hosts and provided excellent restaurant recommendations. We especially enjoyed the Social House and also recommend making a stop at the Daiquiri Shack. All in all a great property in a beautiful and safe location with lots of options in walking distance. Highly recommend!!!

Birthday celebration.

Often, the pictures of the property make it look nicer, bigger, better, than the reality. In this case, the place lived up to and exceeded expectations! This is a relatively new property with beautiful finishes inside and fully cared for grounds and pool outside. The infinity pool is quite large and the most beautiful of any that I’ve had on any similar vacation. Tineka and Frank were great to work with. Small knock against the construction going on next door.

Amazing stay

My husband and I had never been to the Bahamas before. We weren’t sure what to expect. We absolutely loved it! The condo was beautiful, Tineka was great. She gave us pointers on where to go. Everyone from the taxi drivers, waitstaff, and store clerks were all so friendly and helpful! The location of the condo was perfect. We could walk, or get to the taxi stand very quickly, if we didn’t want to walk. We spent our days at the beach or pool and our nights at the Baha Mar casino! No need to go back to Vegas! I’ll substitute the Bahamas for our annual Vegas trip going forward 😎

This property was perfect. The pool was nice and never overcrowded. The location was perfect and only a short walk to local restaurants. We used the close liquor Store every day. We spent quite a bit of time at Baha Mar. The Daiquiri Shack is on the way to Baha Mar and is a must! Due to traffic, personally I would suggest going downtown in the morning versus midday or later afternoon. The grocery store was about 1 mile down the road and there are bags under the microwave so take them with you! Tineka was super easy to get ahold of and answered any questions we had. If we were to return to this area, we would stay here again!

Wonderful property

This is a very modern and beautiful property. Very clean. Great access to the pool area. Wonderful view from the lovely balcony (with wonderfully conformable furniture). The beach is right there, but is more rocks/ old concrete than I anticipated (heard a hurricane washed much of the sand away a few years ago). Really missed being able to walk along a beach. Heard you can walk in the water down the shore during low tide, but didn't find out until the day before we left and the water was already too high. Can walk to many nearby restaurants and stores. Will need to drive to downtown. Condo needed a few things (cups for the pool, cooking utensils like a spatula, washcloths, kleenex), but towels were great and for the most part a great kitchen set up. Just couldn't find anything to flip pancakes! Lol. Thoroughly enjoyed our time there!

Lovely condo/unexpected circumstances

We loved the condo itself, but were surprised to find that there is very heavy construction ongoing in the lot directly adjacent. The beach access is very limited, with rocks preventing laying there. After construction next door completes, we'd definitely return!

Just what you need

Beautiful property and everything you need to experience the Bahamas. The unit has a beautiful view with what you need. Everything within walking distance or the the bus #10 gets you anywhere you want to go. Grocery shopping nearby. A must. Stock up with what you need. The pool is amazing and just steps to a private beach. Their is a pirate jeep tour onsite that I recommend your first day to see everything and lead you to your next adventure. Amazing host and highly recommend this for a relaxing and beautiful experience.

Don’t look any further. THIS is the Condo for you!

The condo is absolutely gorgeous. Extremely clean and very upscale. It’s not a huge building which we loved. Just a few minutes walk to everything you need and more. Tineka is a fabulous host. She’s very responsive and checked in via messenger in case we needed anything. We met up at the pool one afternoon and she treated us like family. Next time we’re in the Bahamas… we’re coming back to stay!

Be Preapred when Traveling Internationally

The kitchen didn't have dish soap, tissues nor Tide pods as was posted online. When asked for additional toilet paper (4 rolls for four people over 6 days) I was "schooled" that they only provide for 3 days.
