Hermosa cabaña de troncos en 150 acres en el corazón de la zona Driftless de Wisconsin. Caminata a través de bosques, arroyos y praderas abundantes en vida salvaje. Tranquilo país amish rodeado de pintorescas granjas.
Acogedora cabaña con chimenea, cocina completa,
Wi-fi y satélite. Queso Carr Valley a solo 15 minutos. 40 minutos de los Dells. Tienda de comestibles a 10 minutos. Sendero para bicicletas Elroy-Sparta en la siguiente ciudad. This was a return visit to this charming log home situated smack dab in the middle of Eden. We adored the totally private and gated grounds. The owners certainly keep the property maintained and then some. The deck is enormous and allows for complete containment for a dog. The yard...the woods...stunning...glad we returned.

Setting in a tranquil location and quite and enjoyable

Was great, easy access, home is well furnished and bathrooms and bedrooms for additional guests, huge wrapping deck with grill and fireplace, the vaulted living area and lighting, surrounding with nature to enjoy.

Absolutely wonderful

We loved our stay at Hickory Ridge. I had high expectations based on other feedback from previous guests, but it far exceeded what I anticipated! Clean, beautiful, and remote, with lots of wildlife. Everything you could need within the house. We will be back again and again!

Family Gathering

Perfect for a family get together. A beautiful front yard for our 2 and 5 year olds to run and play with their teenage cousins. Spacious rear deck to relax. The cabin is beautiful and has every little thing you might have forgotten. Comfortable to play, eat, and sleep. The owners respond very promptly. We will be back.

Secluded Peace

The description of the property was very accurate. The owners communicated check-in information very clearly beforehand.This place is stunning. Clean. It is set up perfectly for 2 a dog. We never left. The kitchen had everything necessary to prepare and enjoy meals at home. The outdoors offered much space to walk and enjoy nature and wildlife. This home gave us the feeling of wanting to return. Wonderful.

Quiet cabin in the woods

Beautiful cabin in the woods. Peaceful & quiet. Unfortunately weather was not ideal. Had trouble getting there sooner on arrival day. Foggy too. Icy on the day we left. Totally not the owners fault. Just disappointed by the lack of snow.

Perfect Getaway

An amazing getaway

Awesome and cozy setting!

Very cozy setting. Very quiet and so clean. Not far from the dells. Nice get away for a couple days. Plenty of things to do. Places to get food. Different outdoor activities. Would definitely book again! Thank you so much! My girls loved it.

the three little bears let us stay at their cabin

What a beautiful respite we had at this cozy and comfortable cabin in the woods. we told our 2.5 yr old granddaughter that the 3 little bears gave us permission (unlike goldilocks) to stay there while they were out. she kept going up to the loft to see if goldilocks came anyway. we loved exploring the trails where the bears might walk. so much magic and fun.

Great Get Away

This property was great for an escape into the woods. My family of 4 and my mother had plenty of space to spread out. My kids loved all of the toys and games at the house. They spent a lot of time playing foosball. The owners were also very quick to respond to my questions. The house came with everything we needed and then some. It was clean, comfortable, and surrounded by beautiful farm land and woods. We had a great time exploring the property as well as the surrounding areas. I highly recommend stopping at Let’s Shine for coffee and Hillsborough Brewery. We also took a hike at Wildcat Mountain State Park. We hope to get back there soon!

Fantastic Experience

Don't Need to say much here, but see below, Excellent Overall Stay: -Owners/Hosts were a pleasure to deal with, very nice folks, who have also spent considerable time thinking through everything that a guest might want or need to make for a convenient and comfortable stay -Cabin was great, excellent condition, very relaxing, great layout, everything we needed plus some, fireplace, deck, trails, all were great. -Location was great, like a cabin in the woods, but close enough to local towns and things to do that only require an easy drive. Groceries are close if needed, many great spots to eat, we tried Farm and Hearth, great locally owned place. Location is also close to outdoor recreation including skiing. Trails also just outside of cabin. -100% recommend. Will certainly look to stay again if in area. Thank you for a great experience.

Beautiful cabin with well maintained trails on the property. Peaceful. Wonewoc is such a cute town - Farm & Hearth Bistro is fantastic; Neighbors is a great lunch spot - good ice cream! Close by is Let’s Shine coffee and Hillsboro Brewing Co. Great spots and good atmosphere. Definitely a nice long weekend spot.

Beautiful property

We were two families with two dogs. The place is maintained beautifully and well stocked. We had a great time just relaxing and taking walks through the woods. Will definitely be coming back soon.

Beautiful

Beautiful home and property. Very Impressive back patio right in the woods. So peaceful and quiet. The extra amenities really put it over the top. Huge bathroom and shower, every pot pan and utensil anyone could want, plush towels, foil and ziplocs in the cupboard, propane full on the grill, all the way down to the cottenelle.
