Si buscas serenidad, paz y tranquilidad, la has encontrado en el pequeño pueblo de Acworth, NH. Encontrará muchas actividades durante todo el año, como natación, piragüismo, botes de remo y pesca en el hermoso y claro lago Crescent. Disfruta de todas las actividades frente al mar, a solo unos pasos de tu puerta principal. Hay muchas balsas, un bote de remos, kayaks y canoas en el sitio para su uso o traiga su propio bote al lanzamiento público del bote justo en el lago. O puede sentarse junto a la hoguera con vista al lago mientras lee un libro o asa malvaviscos, escuchando los bribones.

Esta es una casa de 2500 pies cuadrados con capacidad para 12 personas, pero no es demasiado grande para un grupo más pequeño. Hay 4 dormitorios y 2 baños completos, amplios y actualizados. Hay una cocina de concepto abierto totalmente equipada, ideal para cocinar y entretenerse.

Hay muchos juegos de mesa y juegos de cartas para una noche tranquila y relajante. Disfrute de una copa de vino en la terraza delantera o en la acogedora terraza acristalada. También hay un televisor y acceso a Wi-Fi.

Mount Sunapee está a menos de 25 minutos con actividades durante todo el año, que incluyen tirolesa, mini golf, ferias artesanales, cine y muchas más actividades y eventos. También dentro de 15 minutos hay múltiples campos de golf. Claremont, Newport y Keene también están cerca entre 10 y 25 minutos.

Las actividades de invierno incluyen esquí, patinaje sobre hielo, raquetas de nieve, pesca en hielo, motos de nieve, etc. El esquí es excelente en el cercano Monte Sunapee. También a 100 pies de distancia de nuestra puerta hay un sendero para motos de nieve que se mantiene a través del club de motos de nieve.

Ven a pasar un par de noches o una semana. ¡Nunca querrás irte!

Lakehouse stay

We had a very nice stay here and were able to add an exta night to enjoy the comforts. We would love to stay again in warmer weather when we might be able to also enjoy the lake .

Perfect Family Lakefront Vacation

We had a weekend family vacation here consisting of three generations and every single person thoroughly enjoyed our time! Great open space yet plenty of rooms to accommodate private sleeping arrangements. We fished, canoed, and played games. It was perfectly relaxing yet full of fun and we cannot wait to go back!

Perfect place for a family trip with 8 adults and 4 kids. Plenty of room to spread out, cook meals, play games, and enjoy watching the sunsets! The lake was delightful and a quick walk across the street to the dock. The Crescent Lake area is beautiful. David was quick to respond to questions. I would highly recommend this property.

Great Vacation Home

The place was wonderful and we had a great time. The house was clean and well maintained with a great yard including a fire pit, gas grill, and dog run. There were canoes, kayaks, fishing poles, etc to use. The lake is just across the road with a private dock. We would definitely rent this place again.

Annual family ski trip

Our family spent a wonderful 3 night stay here. Some of us ski, and we were close to Mt. Sunapee, about 25 minutes or less. The house was perfectly cozy and had a great backyard with a fire pit and some small hills for the kids to go sledding. The lake across the street is beautiful. We loved the kitchen, and the beautiful sun porch with the gas fireplace.

We had a great time at the house. There was lots of room to move around inside and spread out. Plenty of room for people to sleep. Also a great table for preparing food together and playing board games. The yard was also very large. Members of our party enjoyed the kayaks and canoes in the beautiful lake. We had a lot of fun with the bumper pool table. The stairs in the house or the hill in the back yard was challenging for some of the elderly members in our party. I would say if you have anyone who is elderly or has mobility issues this may not be the best house for them. They had some challenges getting into the house. Once inside having a living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, and bedrooms on the same floor was great for them. The walk in shower worked well for them . Overall great house and great hosts ! I would recommend this house to anyone .

Close to NH Snowmobile Trails and Skiing

Our family had a wonderful and enjoyable stay. The property was as advertised - close to winter activities, clean, and well-stocked with the essentials. David was a great host. Communications about the property, things to do, restaurant recommendations, etc. were answered quickly. Unfortunately, conditions were not good for snowmobiling the week we were there, however, the NHSA trail was right outside the door; we did get two days of great skiing in at Mount Sunapee, which was an easy 20-minute drive. Would highly recommend this property and would definitely book again.

Lovely home

We truly enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep and the kids to play. It has an open concept kitchen/ living room which was nice with our big group, but also other areas like the sun room, spacious bedroom, and downstairs area to spread out when needed as well. We had 10 people and were very comfortable. There are 4 bedrooms with a total of 5 queen sized beds. The downstairs has a room with 2 queen sized beds. There is also a pull out couch downstairs as well. The lake is across the street, but only a 1 minute walk away. It is great for fishing or possibly going out on a kayak. The lake did not meet our standards fir swimming, your adopted would swim from the dock as area, and the sand was very mushy. We were here early on in the season, so not sure if this may improve as more people swim from this area. We did find a wonderful lake about 20 minutes away. Lake Sunapee State park, which was very enjoyable and even rented kayaks and canoes. At the house, the shed with the boats/ kayaks was in the back yard and not done at the lake area, which was a little bit disappointing as we did not want to lug the boats across the street. There was a nice fire pit in the back yard as well with plenty of chairs to set in. Dave responded very quickly and with a phone call when I reached out with a question. We really enjoyed our stay at this home.

Very impressed with this house!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The owner was very good at response time and answering any questions we had. The house was VERY WELL stocked with useful items from bathroom supplies to pantry items. Plenty of space for everyone and plenty of extra bedding if needed. Kids enjoyed sledding in the backyard! We would return in summer to utilize the lake. Only downside was no cell service for miles surrounding the house. Location is very remote. However we were able to get by with wifi.

Yearly lake house trip

We had a great time at Dave’s house. The house is located in a perfect spot just minutes away from golf, watering holes and about 15 min to Shaws market and 20 min to market basket. The lake was awesome, fire pit was nice too. We all had a bed and the two bathrooms were clutch. We had one plumbing issue but Dave had it fixed within a few hours of notification. I would definitely stay again! Thank you Dave from the Contreras’s and Rays

perfect surprise party

Although the ice was not frozen enough to ice fish on just before the New Year, it was the perfect surprise 30th surprise birthday. Being able to bring our dog was one of the main things to make it the best weekend. The only complaint I have has noting to do with the property, just the terrible weather driving up Friday to set everything up.

Cozy Home to Stay

The owner Dave is very helpful and always reply message promptly. We arrived after midnight, and the house was warm and cozy for us to get rest right away. Really appreciated every single details provided by Dave. It was a wonderful stay and great experience.

Great House + Great Owner = AWESOME STAY

What more can I say? This house was great & exactly what I was looking for. So peaceful & it was nice to be disconnected from the world for a couple days. The house is beautiful. There is a ton of space & very deceiving from outside. From the 4 bedrooms (w/ 5 beds), finished lower level, vaulted ceilings in the open floor plan, 2 full baths, & a great 4-season room, you will never run out of space. The house has been updated & is very clean. It also has a perfect blend of modernization & rustic flair - utilizing older characteristics like games, movies, organ, & accessories blended with updated kitchen, appliances, TV's, bathrooms, & finishes. The outside is nice as well. A useful carport, which works well if it is raining (or snowing), with entrance directly into house. There is a decent yard for entertaining - along with a propane grill for cooking on the deck in the back yard. There is also a deck on the front, off the Living Room, overlooking the lake. The lake is across the street, but owners have a deeded space & their own dock on the water. We had full use of the paddle boat, canoe, & kayaks. Everything you need to go out on the water. We had access to their shed which is full of life vests, floats, games, & anything else needed for a great time on the water. The lake was so peaceful. There were not a lot of people around & we were the only ones on the water at a couple points - hanging out with all the ducks & loons. The area is nice and quiet. We met a couple of the neighbors & they were so nice & accepting. Be aware, there is hardly any cell phone service around here. I had two phones (verizon & T-mobile) & neither was able to get any consistent signal. We were the first to rent the house from the owners & wifi had not been installed yet - so communication with the outside world was spotty. I actually really enjoyed this & it was nice to be cut off for a couple days. Down the street, we were able to get signals - so you don't have to go far. There is also a land line in the house for local calls & emergencies. Once the wifi is set up, most people with have no problems. Lastly, the owners were great. I get nervous renting because you never know what the response will be & some of these units you are putting down a lot of money. David was amazing. Emails answered within minutes & left phone # to contact. We talked & you could tell he was excited to rent out the house. Wish all owners were like him. Thanks & can't wait to go back.
