Bienvenido a Lookout at Lake Chelan, un vecindario junto al lago de diseño tradicional donde se aprecia el tiempo con amigos y familiares, y el estrés del estilo de vida acelerado de la ciudad es arrastrado por el abundante sol del Valle de Chelan. Este nuevo vecindario abarca nuestra necesidad innata de comunidad, combinada con fácil acceso a bienes y servicios a solo 1 milla de distancia en el centro de Chelan.

Lakeview Landing está situado en la cima de una colina con vista al lago Chelan y está a 1 milla del centro. Tiene fantásticas vistas del lago, las montañas, los viñedos, las puestas de sol y el centro. Un gran porche envolvente, terraza con vista, bañera de hidromasaje al aire libre, gran sala y sala de prensa. Con 4 dormitorios y 4 baños, Lakeview Landing podrá alojar cómodamente hasta 12 invitados.

El nivel medio tiene tres habitaciones, todas con vistas al viñedo. Una suite principal se encuentra en este nivel con su propio baño principal privado con bañera, doble lavabo y ducha. El dormitorio de invitados tiene una cama queen y comparte un baño con la litera del niño. La habitación del niño tiene dos literas que tienen 4 camas individuales XL para acomodar a niños pequeños, adolescentes y adultos.

El nivel inferior tiene una sala de medios con un sofá cama de cuero americano de gran tamaño. Esta cómoda cama no es un sofá extraíble ordinario y no tiene barras ni colchones grumosos. ¿Quiere refrescarse, ver televisión o una película como en un teatro, o jugar videojuegos reales? Esta sala cuenta con un proyector de TV de 106 ", reproductor de DVD / BD, Xbox One y Xbox 360 con muchos juegos para elegir. Este nivel también tiene su propio baño y ducha. Además, hay una gran capacidad de lavado y secado de lado a lado.

El equipo detrás de Lookout at Lake Chelan se ha unido para crear un lugar donde los recuerdos en el lago, o sentado en su nuevo porche delantero, se crean y aprecian en los años venideros.

Well stocked, including kitchen essentials like spices, oils, etc. Beautiful view of the lake. Fenced yard for the pup. I look forward to visiting again!

We enjoyed the house very much for my husbands birthday weekend. Loved how clean and big the house was and all the items that came with the house, like kayaks, bikes etc.

All the amenities were fantastic and we were amazed at the planning that went on with the landscape and the homes. Our only complaints: Sofa sleeper mattress in the media room needs to be replaced - it was quite uncomfortable for our 6'4" son! You also need more lighting in the master bathroom where the vanity chair sits. Otherwise, we will definitely recommend this place to our friends! Oh, and adding the $1500 for taxes and fees on at the end, really through our budget. Please include this in your initial cost for greater transparency.

Because we got 10+' of snow over night on Friday we were mostly snowed in on Saturday morning however the HOAs workers started to plough the roads really early so we were able to get out and about into the town in the afternoon. The one thing that was hard was because it snowed so much, we parked on the street vs the garage/driveway which is In the back of the house. Clearer directions to get into the property would be helpful for others when they cannot use the garage/driveway parking.

Something Sketchy Happening Here.....

I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: If you plan on staying at this home, I would caution you to reconsider and stay elsewhere. We stayed a week at this house over Spring break. The short version of our stay– It started when they messed up the billing for our stay which took a month to resolve. Then we had to do some cleaning when we arrived at the house because the house was not thoroughly cleaned (and during Covid, really?). We treated the house as if it were our own during our stay and our stay was quiet and non-eventful. When we returned home, we were greeted with a call from The Lookout saying we had done extensive damage to the house. We were confused because as I stated, it was a quiet non-event stay. So I asked to see documentation of the alleged damage. I received a 4-page document with tiny pictures that had no description of room or damage and with no date/time stamp. I went back and told them we did not do the damage they claimed and asked for date/time stamped pictures of the checkout of the previous renter/homeowner and our check out along with details on the alleged damage. We denied doing any of the damage and I was told they would not be providing that document. I inquired a few weeks later, as I had not heard from The Look out, and was told that they were still waiting for contractor bids to fix all the damage. I emailed again asking again for date/time stamped photos and to date still no response from The Lookout. We are now 2 months into this, and we have not heard from The Lookout. Yet, with all the alleged damage that we did they are still renting out the house. Why would you rent out the house if there is already 4 pages of damage done by renters? And as a business practice why would you not use photos with date/time stamps? Feels sketchy at best.

We have celebrated milestones here, daughters 16th and 18th birthdays. We love the Lakeview because it has areas to be together as a family while also spaces to get some space when it’s time for some independent relaxation. We love the view and have spent many a night on the back deck looking up toward the Northwest at the stunning sunsets and have enjoyed so many walks with our family dogs around the neighborhood. We have stayed at many homes but this is the original favorite for us.

Great Stay

We all had a wonderful time. The house was great, clean, and the view was gorgeous. My only complaint was dealing with the parking and the parking passes. I received something like at least 6 emails before the trip and one of those had a link that if I clicked on it and then scrolled all the way to the bottom... then I'd read about parking passes being needed. I don't have time to read 6 emails let alone pages of a guide to find this stuff out. So then I'm trying to relax for 2 days and have to call rental offices and find car passes, not my idea of a great time. The staff was super kind and helpful with getting us passes and situated. I would just prefer to have things like that settled before my time away.

I came here For my bachelorette with friends and family. The house accommodated us all and is in a great location! We had a couple issues regarding things that were not working correctly but management was able to fix it in a timely manner.

Lovely LakeView Landing #16

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed a week at this beautiful home. Since it was early December, the elegant holiday decorations were also appreciated. We were very impressed with the location, and enjoyed the view of the lake and walks in the neighborhood every day. We were grateful for the incredibly well-appointed kitchen. Any serving bowl or utensil we needed was provided. Our family divided our time between remote working, watching movies in the amazing media room and playing outrageously funny ping pong tournaments. The hot tub was fun on a chilly night, and would be lovely in any season.We enjoyed Local Myth Pizza, Fonda Oaxaqueña and would recommend both.This home was perfect for our stay, and would be incredible in the warmer months.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall everything was wonderful!!! We had the best time celebrating my sisters bachelorette weekend. There was only two things that were unfortunate, and that was the bed in the pullout couch in the theater room was missing a leg so two girls just had to sleep on the couch and not a bed like what we thought we were getting. The other unfortunate thing was the hot tub cover was broken on one side so the lid had a hard time staying on. Neither of these things were brought to my attention when booking or checking in. Other than that it was absolutely amazing and would 10/10 recommend!

fantastic weekend, great house, very comfortable
