Amazing

Island Breeze Villa was/is Awesome

The property was as described and I was able to have family and friends visit without much hassle. The property staff was an added bonus they were super friendly, attentive but most importantly you hardly knew they were around as they gave you privacy. Ann Marie and Glenn than you so much for making a special trip to celebrate a special milestone even more special! I highly recommend this property. We felt safe at all times and the house is beautiful!

My family and I loved our time at the Villa. Ann Marie welcomed us warmly. My family will talk about the jerk chicken forever made by Ann Marie. We also had the gift of fresh fruit, and the papaya tasted like heaven on earth. Everybody at the villa is so kind and accommodating to your needs. Do yourself a favor and stay at this villa and make sure to take care of those who take care of you!I look forward to coming back again.

Everything went well from our pick up at the airport from Mr. Mcdolald to the warm welcome and round the clock service from Annmarie & Mr. G. This property is clean and spaceous. The host contacted me to brief me before our arrival and was just a phone call away if needed. I will definitely be recommending this place to my friends and clients.

Birthday Getaway

We truly enjoyed our stay at Island Breeze Villa! It was extremely pleasant & comfortable. I wish I can say more about the hospitality & helpfulness that Mr. Glen & Ms. Ann Marie provided us from day 1 til checkout. We can’t wait til the next time we visit Jamaica we’re coming back to Island Breeze!

The staff Mr. Glen, Ann Marie, and Mr. Erly the driver were phenomenal and very professional. Ann Marie the chef was a great cook, better than the local eating places. The only negative I could say is if the living room and sitting areas had A/C units available. It was very hot downstairs but all bedrooms had A/C so that was a plus. I would recommend. Mr. Keith the owner was great with answering any questions I had and puts your mind at ease.

A Short Stay

Keith the owner was very attentive and checked in to make sure our arrival would be smooth. We were a group of 4 (3 generations) and stayed for 4 nights. We were all satisfied with our accommodations. Island Breeze is a beautiful home, it is very spacious and in a wonderful community. The grounds are well kept and the pool located in a fairly private area on the property. The staff, Glen and Ann-Marie were responsive and accommodating, they were available for our every need. I would recommend this villa for short but especially longer stays, so that you can fully enjoy the amenities.

Great Stay

We spent 8 days in Jamaica and had a wonderful time. The house seems older, but Ms. Ann and Mr. Glen make the stay really amazing. Ms. Ann’s meals are amazing and she goes above and beyond to make your stay hospitable. If we had one wish, it would be for the common areas to be air conditioned. We were there when the news was claiming that it was the hottest few days globally and we could not use the common areas for tv or games because everyone was sweltering. We did enjoy the pool as it was perfect for the entire family. Would recommend.

It was our first time in Jamaica for a group of 6. Both Ann Marie and Mr. Glen were so nice and always available if we needed them. The Villa was big enough to accommodate all of us. We only had time to get into the pool once but it was very refreshing and relaxing. I would recommend this villa to anyone that wants a nice and safe place to stay while in Jamaica. Keith the owner was very helpful and would always respond to my email or calls when I had questions before our stay. Thank you!

First time trip Quite an Experience

This was a wonderful experience to say the least. I was very nervous for my first time and also to rent a private Villa being picked up and taken I didn’t know where. Mr Erdley was there waiting for us with a sign and took us to the beautiful home. It was breathtaking to enter. Greeting by Ms AnnMarie and Mr Glenn and they were so nice and inviting and giving us punch and lemonade and a tour of the Villa. Asking about dinner and giving us options and suggestions, oh so kind. We had a small issue with the water and they solved it immediately, just a simple over looking. All the food was fabulous and it was explained fully about the food shopping arrangements and what we were responsible for. Transportation around is very expensive so be prepared, cash is a must because you must tip for everything. And the only thing I can say about the villa that was uncomfortable was the beds. They were just too small for 2 adults. We definitely need a king size bed in at least 1 of the rooms or a queen size. They are 2 full size beds and 2 twins. The bedrooms are air conditioned but the rest of the house is not so I spent a lot of time in my room because I got sunburned in the first 45 mins of getting there and getting in the pool. Overall it could use some upgrades, it’s a little outdated and the pictures could be updated but I thoroughly enjoyed our time. I would definitely recommend it if you can fit the beds. That was my only suggestion, 1 larger bed if possible. We struggled to sleep.

We stayed at Island Breeze for 17 days and our entire stay was amazing. Ms Anne Marie and Mr Glen were so welcoming and friendly. We literally felt like part of their family by the time we left! Breakfasts and dinners were amazing. The villa itself is beautiful, well maintained and has great views of the ocean. I will definitely miss falling asleep to the crickets and tree frogs every night!! We will definitely be returning next year!!

Fantastic stay. Marie and Glen spoiled us all week. Didnt have to lift a finger. Breakfast and dinner prepared everyday. Wont stay anywhere else when i go to Jamaica!

Amazing STAY! I recommend!!

It was amazing! Just like the pictures but so much better and so much room !! Every time we went out Ann marie would clean our rooms and making sure everything is in eyes way! Her breakfast is amazing !! We even tried her dinner, her food is AMAZING!! Mr Glen would always welcome us back in after a long night out, rather it is 11PM or 5AM! He was right on time!! They made us feel very safe . When we first got to Montego Bay, mr. Erdley greeted us with a sign. He recommended food and offered to take out bags.. we didn’t realize we got luggage mix up until we got to the house and looked around. When we told Ann Maria they stopped what they were doing and called mr. Erdley, and although he was busy he came as soon as possible to pick us up from the home to go back to the airport.. where our friend plane was delayed two hours and he was totally understandable and decided to wait around, still checking on us the entire time! I’m going to book here every time!

Home away from home…

Shortly after our arrival at the airport Mr. Erdley, the driver, was in contact with us to let us know that he was there and waiting for us. The home was everything that we were looking for, large and spacious but still just a few steps away from anywhere you wanted. What an amazing property! Ms. Anne Maria can throw down in the kitchen. We had the her prepare the peppered steak for us in the first night and the curry chicken on our last night. Mr. Glen grilled the chicken though. Shout out to Mr. Glenn on the grill! The chicken was grilled to perfection! Even the white meat was juicy! The breakfast was amazing every morning too. They made it very clear on the first day that they weren’t going to be under foot and were just a few steps away via page from the phone on the wall. And that this home, got the time we have rented it, was ours. It truly felt like our home away from home. The next time we are in Mo Bay we will most certainly be staying at the Island Breeze Villa.💜

An awesome vacation

We really enjoyed ourselves. Ms. Marie and Mr. Glenn made us feel very welcome, just like home. Whatever we requested, they did their best to accommodate us. Our driver Mr. McDonald was so nice. Wherever we wanted to go he made sure we got there. We ate out a couple of times and he took us to the right spots where the food was very good. The highlight of the trip was the ride on the bamboo raft, The jerk chicken wings on the grill and the beach. That is a must if you go. Mr. Hill, the host, of Island Breeze was so nice with the payment arrangements and if I had any questions, he responded back to me in a timely manner. I had. I will definitely do business with him again. I would rate this trip 10 stars if I could.
