Ubicado en .63 de acre, esta casa histórica ha sido renovada con un primer piso que ofrece dos cómodas salas de estar, ambas con WBF, un comedor, un baño completo y una cocina bien equipada. Hay dos áreas de terraza al aire libre, con barbacoa y asientos, así que hay mucho espacio para el entretenimiento al aire libre, también. Un amplio y hermoso jardín y cuidados jardines rodean la piscina climatizada con tumbonas. A la Master Suite privada se accede por su propia escalera, mientras que las otras tres habitaciones y un baño completo se encuentran al otro lado de la casa. ¡La casa está a poca distancia de la ciudad y las playas de EH! Home viene con todo lo que necesita para la playa y bicicletas para toda la familia. Esta casa es maravillosa todo el año: playas, manzanas y calabazas en el otoño, chimeneas de leña para el invierno.

A great time

Great house with a really nice garden in a very good location, halfway between Main Beach and Main Street in East Hampton. The house is a bit crooked, but this benefits privacy, and is very well equipped. Communication with Marcie was excellent, some minor technical issues were resolved quickly. We were there for 14 days and had a simply beautiful and relaxed time.

Wonderful

We had a lovely stay. The house is large and comfortable, with lots of towels and a very well equipped kitchen. It could use some updating, but thats easily forgotten as we spent most of our time in the beautiful backyard and pool. Hostess Marcie was fantastic and promptly responded to any queries. She also sent the handyman over for a small repair immediately after our request. Would definitely come back and highly recommend the property.

Summer vacation

Great location! Beautiful backyard oasis and pool. Wonderful home and very responsive hosts! We loved biking to the beach and ability to walk to town. We would definitely return!

Great location - beautiful pool & backyard

We had a wonderful stay! We loved the proximity close to town and biking distance from the beach. The backyard is spacious and lovely and we enjoyed the beautiful pool. The owner was friendly and hospitable. We’ll definitely stay here again!

Great family stay

Great family home that’s walkable to town with a truly fantastic landscaped yard. Kiddos had a great time in that pool! Marcie was wonderful as well. Host was responsive, always friendly and put in extra effort to make our stay even better. Lots of happy memories were made on this one. Thank you!

Wonderful Stay in East Hampton!

What a beautiful stay in the hamptons! The property was as described & very well equipped for your every need! We basically lived outside & in the pool all week - the grounds are stunning and the photos actually don’t give it justice! Marcie was so hospitable & made sure we had everything we needed! The walk to town & bike to beaches was also a big plus! Don’t hesitate & book this lovely home!

Much needed trip!

We were so excited for our much needed getaway - it’s been a long year! The house was clean and spacious with plenty of space. Gorgeous backyard and pool — that my kids loved. We walked to town many times too. We hope visit again in the future.

Dreamy Hamptons Getaway

Marcie and Brian are the most wonderful hosts and they own the most wonderful home in the village of East Hampton. The house is very comfortable, the kitchen is very well equipped, the backyard is dreamy and the pool is perfect. I could go on on, but we really could not find any negative comment, except that neither Marcie nor Brian could fix the bad weather we had for 3 days :) We would definitely recommend it and would love to be back!

East Hampton Fall Visit

Check in/ check out was easy. The owners were very accommodating in terms of tweaking the check in/check out times. It is tricky these days with COVID and coordinating at home working and schooling schedules. The location is very convenient to EH town and beaches, as well as to Wainscott and a short drive to Sag Harbor via rt 114. We did our Starbucks run every am and the young adults often walked to town for their afternoon refills or to shop in between work schedules. I did a few longer walks to beautiful EH Main Beach. The accommodations were very nice and the beds were so comfy.! We were all (5 adults) at home working,; including our college aged son who parked himself in the pool house for his remote college studies, which helped with comfortably spacing out our tasks. That said, this arrangement was also not typical given all working together under one roof! Was nice we could also get outside on the porch to do calls/computer work as there were conveniently located outdoor wall outlets. I am an avid cook and foodie, and enjoyed going back to my old haunts, Sagg Main and Wainscott farmstands, Loaves and Fishes , Round Swamp Farm, Carissas the Bakery and Levain. And of course many great restaurants in East Hampton as well as Wolffer Estate Vineyard in Sagaponack. The kitchen was perfectly functional and had everything needed to cook a good meal. Love how the old part of the house upstairs living quarters were separated from the new part upstairs MBR. The old part had 3 cute bedrooms perfect for the 3 young adults, each room with their own closets, some facing the pool area. The MBR is private and spacious. It has a tv with cable, but would be even more useful if It could also have access to on demand for in home workouts like Pilates, etc separate from the downstairs common living area. All in all we enjoyed our stay and look forward to another fall visit to East Hampton, which in our opinion is one of the best times of the year to be there!

Exceeded All Expectations.

5 star rating across the board. I would give it 10 if I could! The house is inviting, well-appointed and immaculate. The yard and the pool create a comfortable, private outdoor haven. The Owner is responsive and left wonderful suggestions for dinner, shopping, and anything else we might need. The pictures of this property only tell part of the story. It’s charm must be experienced. I hope to return next year.

Wonderful home and vacation

Best VRBO experience! Wonderful house. Gorgeous property. Very comfortable beds! A true plus. Close to town and beach. Plenty of Ubers around to get you where you want to go. Perfect Hampton vacation.

East Hampton stay

Marcie and Brian’s home is even more lovely than the pictures. The yard and pool in particular are perfect for families, lots of room for kids to play and the pool was perfect. Marcie was amazingly responsive and helpful, I don’t think it ever took her more than 5 minutes to reply! I can’t say enough wonderful things about their home!

Perfect change of scenery!

We were looking for a change of scenery. Marcie and Brian's home was perfect in every way! The house was great, fully stocked with all we could need, and the grounds were heavenly! Marcie and Brian were readily available to answer questions and make suggestions. We enjoyed every minute of being there and cannot wait to return next summer!

Outstanding family property

The house is extremely well maintained and equipped, with plenty of kitchen devices....we made a large Thanksgiving dinner with no problem. There are bikes and lots of toys and games, excellent furniture, and the Ralph Lauren bedding was a luxurious treat. The yard is large, flat, and completely fenced, so great for small kids. The master wing is lovely, with a large bedroom and a bathroom, with two sinks, a jacuzzi tub, and a walk in shower, plus two closets. And both Marcie and Brian were very responsive to any questions we had. We recommend the house highly and hope to return.

The perfect house- cannot wait to return!!

My family and close friends stayed in this home during the most perfect September long weekend. Marcie was lovely- very communicative leading up to our stay and was quick to respond with any questions during our stay. The house was extremely clean, the lawn was perfectly manicured, and the pool was crystal clear. The kitchen was stocked with anything you may need. The house is stocked with bikes, towels, pool toys, and games. The location is perfect and we felt very central to everywhere we wanted to go. We cannot wait to stay in this house in the future!

Perfect EH House

Beautiful property with a lovely pool and spacious backyard. More than enough room for our group of 6. House was very clean and nice. Wonderful location close to town, which has the added benefit of very short Uber wait times. We would definitely come back!

A fun with week the family!

Stayed here with my siblings and the kids for a week. The house had a ton of things to do for the kids between board games and the pool. The kitchen was well equipped with mostly everything we needed. The best part of the house was the back lawn. The landscaping is beautiful, the deck was wonderful for lunch and dinner and there is a great seating area where a few would sit and read in the morning before everyone woke up. The house is a quick bike ran to town and an even shorter car ride for grocery trips. East hampton has its own restaurants and bars which are great. There are workout studios close by which we took full advantage of all week. Had a great week at the house and would stay there again!

Perfect for a larger family/friends group; privacy of upstairs bedroom master suite from rest of guests; lovely yard and outdoor living space; comfortable, very clean and great amenities; owners always in contact and helpful, and interior nicely furnished and decorated. Wish we could spend more time there! Definitely on our return list!

Wonderful East Hampton Home

We were so happy with our experience. They had towels, chairs, bikes, and well stocked kitchen appliances. The yard was stunning and private. The location was perfect for going into town or the beach.

We are a family of 5. Two of our kids are in college and and our youngest is in High School in NYC. We have been coming out to East Hampton for over 12 years as a family and no matter how much we travel, we think EH beaches are the most beautiful! We do love to travel, so we are happy to share our house with people who want to experience all that EH has to offer.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We are a 15 minute walk or 5 minute bike ride to town. We are a 10 bike ride to Main or Georgica Beach. We are close to everything which makes this house wonderful year round! In the summer you have a big gorgeous backyard with plenty of space and a beautiful pool, and in the fall the pool can still used as it can be heated. We are close to apple and pumpkin picking. In the winter you can take advantage of all the cozy spaces in the house and curl up in front of one of our two wood burning fireplaces!

It is close to town and the beach (walkable and bikable) while still feeling very private.
We just renovated the pool house so that's a bonus space to hang and kids/teens love it as they have a space away!
