Esta propiedad absolutamente hermosa es la manera perfecta para que amigos y familiares salgan de la ciudad. Esta casa tiene un dormitorio en planta baja con una cama king. Hay 3 dormitorios en planta alta. 2 habitaciones tienen camas king. 1 dormitorio tiene una litera llena en su totalidad con un nido adicional de tamaño completo.

La propiedad está orientada al sur y tiene un porche inferior y un balcón superior que dan a la tierra del cuerpo. El lago está a pocos pasos de distancia. La comunidad es amigable con el carrito de golf. Al bajar a la orilla puede disfrutar de las olas y las vistas de las islas y acantilados a través del agua.

Fun stay!

The house was the perfect size for our families. We had 6 adults and 5 kids. We loves sitting in the back patio for our morning coffee kand loved how close to the beach it was.

Very comfortable

The house was clean, tons of space, and looked exactly as pictured on Vrbo. We had a great time, just relaxing, the guys played some pool, there were games to play, and movies to watch as well. We would definitely stay at this place again!!

Great place, and would definitely recommend to friends

This was great, and had all the amenities to make you feel at home. We were striper fishing at Buncombe Creek and it was only about a 15 minute drive away. Take a nice stroll at night down to the water.

Family vacation

Perfect house for a weekend with friends.

This house was really great. Had plenty room for all of us. The kitchen was well stocked. The host checked in with me everyday. Never had an issue. We would definitely stay there again!

Family vacation

This house fit our needs perfectly. It’s really hard to find a house with 3 bedrooms and king size beds in all 3, as well as bathrooms to go with them. The house was extremely comfortable, close to the water, and the neighbors were quiet. We will definitely rent this house again! Sarah was checking in to make sure everything went well. Joe accommodated our schedule change very quickly when we originally booked. These two provided excellent customer service.

Sanders Island View at Texoma is a win

This property was a great option for our family stay. The house is roomy with a great kitchen and open dining area. We all appreciated the large custom dining table which was great for our 8 for meals and game nights. It takes a bit of country driving to get back into this community from Madill, Kingston, and Durant, but the drive is worth it. Easy access to the Choctaw casino. Nice master suite downstairs with a great shower and tub. Met our needs very nicely. The internet is slow due to more remote location, but this was clearly disclosed to us prior and honestly was not that much of an issue.

First class property

This property is perfect for a family or 3-4 couples. Each room was well appointed with private bathrooms. The master bath was a vacation itself! Awesome whirlpool tub and walk in shower. The kitchen was huge with double ovens and all the amenities you would expect in a property of this caliber. Our younger guests thoroughly enjoyed the upstairs game room which has a pool table. Win for me was washed and dryer on both floors. We just absolutely loved our visit and plan to book another trip to the same house in the near future. You will not be disappointed! Guarantee!

This home was not only beautiful, but also had one if the most well-equipped kitchens, complete with a large selection of spices! There were two smokers available to use and its a short walk to the beach. The owners were great communicators and checked in with us several times during our stay to ensure everything was satisfactory. They even offered a late check out if we needed it. Overall a great trip.

Beautiful House and Property. Our Family was very comfortable and enjoyed staying in this property

Very close to boat dock. All the locals were very friendly and helpful. Property was comfortable and completely furnished with just about everything. Will definitely rent again and recommend this VRBO. Joe and Sarah were very prompt on everything and answered me when I had a question in a timely manner. They were super to work with. It was our 34th anniversary and the kids and grandkids all helped us celebrate. Thank you for the awesome experience. We loved it

Amazing Texoma vacation getaway!

Sarah and Joe have an absolutely beautiful Lake home and they were wonderful hosts! They communicated with us from beginning to end! When we arrived...we found the home fabulously decorated in lake house style! We had everything we needed to make our vacation comfortable, entertaining and relaxing! The house is so roomy with 3 king beds and bunk beds with a trundle. The property is very spacious with plenty of room to park and pull our boat in with no problem. We made good use of the back patio (upstairs and down) and enjoyed bbq’ing on the traeger! Our granddaughter was able to run around and play in the nice grassy yard. The neighborhood was abuzz with Memorial Day celebrations and the lake front was just a walk away. How nice to have a fishing pier and boat ramp within walking distance! We would definitely recommend this place for a family stay!! We will be back! Thank you Sarah and Joe!

Great Time

My group had an amazing time hanging out at the house and walking down to the lake. We also enjoyed the Choctaw Casino which is 35 minutes away.

Spring Break fun with family

This is a very nice house. We loved it. It was my husband and I with two daughters and their families. The grands loved the game tv room upstairs. The kitchen is very pretty and nice. Plenty of beds and big bathrooms. Everything we expected.

Fishing trip with friends

Had five high school friends go on a three day fishing trip. Property was just as described and pictures were an accurate representation of the house. House was very clean and everything in working order. Everything we needed for cooking was supplied in the well stocked kitchen. Joe was easily reached for any of our questions. House was in a great location and a short walk to the beach. Would definitely stay again, was a carefree trip.

Amazing place

Great experience with this house. Everything was clean and well kept, beautifully updated, and very specious. The house is located 5 min walk from the water which is great too. The host was super responsive and helped us with everything we needed in the house and the area.

Perfect stay from beginning g to end!

We had an amazing time at Sander Island View. It had the feeling of someone inviting you to stay at there place... not just a rental. The property was easy to find and spotless. The host had everything we needed to make the stay easy for my 70 year old parents and 80 year old uncle. We loved Lake Texoma and sitting out on the balcony in the evenings relaxing. Again, the property was fantastic but the host helped to make it a vacation! Thank you for such an amazing stay!
