Precioso, recientemente remodelado esquí y condominio junto a la piscina en la base de Boyne Mountain. Ubicación perfecta en el corazón de todo lo que Boyne Mountain tiene para ofrecer. A poca distancia del parque acuático Avalanche Bay y de todas las tiendas, restaurantes y servicios de spa. No hay una mejor ubicación en la montaña. Fuera de la parte de atrás del condominio se encuentra la base del remonte y la escuela de esquí / colinas para principiantes de Boyneland. Muy bien equipado, este condominio es ideal para dos familias.

Este espacioso condominio superior tiene dos dormitorios y un altillo. El primer dormitorio tiene una reina y una doble, y el segundo tiene dos reinas con dos camas individuales en el desván contiguo a esta habitación. Hay dos baños completos, un estudio con mesa y sillas, así como una nueva y hermosa cocina con una cafetera Keurig (y una cafetera normal, si prefiere hacer ollas completas a la vez). Hay un sofá cama en el estudio y una lavadora / secadora apilables en uno de los baños.

A great time was had by all! Perfect location close to Boyne Mountain village. Property managers were super helpful when we needed them to assist. Highly recommend this property!

Great family weekend getaway

We used this condo for beds for our family weekend at Thumb Lake. There was a lot we didn’t experience at the resort…. We will have to come again when we have more time to explore

Easy access for skiing in and out and close to the waterpark for kids. The set up with multiple beds could be good lodging for groups as well.

perfect location and well outfitted

We loved our stay here. As a family with 16 annual trips to Boyne, this was the best spot and nicest place we have stayed! The layout served our group well (parents and two teens with their two friends) and we loved the crockpot, ceramic saute pans (instead of peeling Teflon found in most rentals) and dishes for 12. We also loved being able to bring our pup. The teens dashed to the waterpark and we all loved scooting right back for lunch and snacks. Super clean and well appointed. We had one minor power problem and Nancy called me right back and offered to come right over. This was top notch experience!

Reviewer Comments: This condo is perfectly situated at the base of the boyneland lift giving easy access to come and go, this was also perfect for walking to the surrounding areas (lodge, clock tower, shops). Condo was clean with nice open high ceilings. Our biggest complaints were just that the Wall heaters were very noisy but we were glad they worked! Plenty of areas to dry your equipment. We had 8 people and there was plenty of spots for wet boots and coats, plenty of spaces to sit and hang out in the living room to enjoy company.

Perfect Long Weekend Ski Trip

Our family stayed here and the other families we went with stayed outside the resort. So happy we stayed here. The location is excellent. The condo unit was clean, updated and had everything we needed. Plenty of towels, some starter coffee and filters. Plenty of cookware. Linens were clean and comfortable. I had to reach out to the owner because I accidentally turned off the pilot light to the fireplace and someone quickly came over that morning to fix it. I could not find a cutting board and one was brought to us (even though there was one there that I just could not find!). Very responsive, would definitely rent this unit again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family has been coming to Boyne Mountain for over a decade and found this particular condo many years back and haven’t switched. The location is excellent with short walking access to the base of Boyne Mountain complex, we park next to the building and load in easily and we board all the way to the area behind the building. The arrangement of the condo makes it convenient for my wife and I to have our space while the kids can have theirs separate - and bring a friend too. We rarely have any issue and when we’ve had to reach out for help, Nancy was responsive and wonderful. Full recommend for a family getaway without reservation.

Totally enjoyed the accommodations offered by the Host of Timber North.... Perfect access to the slopes! Followed by an awesome ski/snowboard 5show on the Mountian. The weekend was just as I expected! Stay with TimberNorth... it won’t disappoint! So easy to work with and get to respond to any questions or needs! I’ve recommended to many friends and family, always good reviews.

Very nice resort. Condos are small and amenities are expensive!

Had our yearly family girls weekend trip to Boyne Mountain resort. The condo is much smaller than anticipated. We made it work with an addition of a large air mattress. Condo is clean and the pool was amazing! Everything else at yeh resort is very expensive! The VRBO also advertised fireworks on Fridays and when I asked the resort they actually laughed at me. So, no fireworks. Enjoyed our stay but not someplace we will be eager to return to next year.

Great spot for winter too

We stayed here to be close to lake charlevoix in the summer but this would be ideal for skiing in winter. Cute little ski village

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: very old cracked house with wood noise any step you do. We just stayed over night to sleep and spent all day outside.The owner was rude, waiting outside the door at 9:45 am when check out time was 10. we were surprised with the attitude she had, as if she never had people renting her place before. I think she should be delisted from your rentals.

Best I've Ever Stayed In

You can almost throw a snowball to where the chairlifts are, and I could watch my 5 year old participate in the 'mini first timers' class right off the back porch! Matt & Nancy are also super nice, friendly, and excellent hosts. I will definitely be coming back in the future!

As the kids get older (15 and 21) they bring their friends and “do their thing”. Also, management (Nancy) is always super friendly and responsive on the rare occasion we’ve had to call.
