'La Caravelle', seafront, top / 8th floor

Situated on the seafront in Juan-les-Pins, with a balcony on an open Seaview, this spacious one room flat sleeps three (one double bed for two people - Bultex - , and a single sofa bed).
The open-plan kitchen is renovated and well equipped. air-con, internet, TV, DVD player.
We have no private parking.
There is a public carpark just behind the apartment building called parking Dulys and the rate is 10e a day. Parking in the seafront streets is 1h free 2h 2e and 3h 3e. Free at weekends and in the evenings Otherwise you can find free paring in the residential streets behind the seafront.

vue magnifique

Appartement très agréable, idéal pour un couple. Le lit est très confortable,on a apprécié que les draps, serviettes et torchon soient fournis car nous venions en avion, la cuisine est équipée de l'essentiel, on se laisse hypnotiser par la vue.Il y a tout ce qu'il faut dans la station, la gare est à 2 pas, pas besoin de louer de voiture. On reviendra avec plaisir. Merci à Carol. Christine

Amazing beach

Carol was extremely helpful and accommodating. Balcony looks out on the beach and was a lovely spot for breakfast, dinner, or just a glass of wine.

Location eccezionale con vista sul golfo di Juan Les Pins

La proprietaria è molto cortese e gentile, puntuale agli appuntamenti. L'appartamento è carino, molto luminoso, dotato di climatizzatore. Manca forse uno spazio dispensa più ampio e per noi italiani un po' robusti, il letto alla francese, una piazza e mezza è un attimino stretto. Ma sono dettagli che si superano in fetta se si pensa alla bellezza e alla comodità del mare a 20 metri da casa. Abbiamo trascorso una ottima e piacevole vacanza.

Just as expected, a super place to stay.

The owner was there to meet us when we arrived. After showing us around and explaining how the electrical appliances worked we settled in for our holiday week. We absolutely loved everything about the appartment. No complaints. The view from the balcony was amazing. The shops were just a 5 min walk away and we were able to get all our supplies. Going the other way into Juan, the restaurants etc were well within walking distance and what a choice. It is somewhere we hope to visit again.

Vue splendide

La vue sur la rade est tellement belle que nous n'avons jamais fermé les rideaux et les volets (aucun vis à vis). Les propriétaires sont très gentils et l'accueil a été parfait. L'électro ménager est plus que convenable: 2 fours, un frigidaire avec un compartiment congéateur pour les glaces… Par contre un gros inconvénient avec la literie pas confortable. Il s'agit de 2 canapés lits;un de 140 pas ferme du tout, et un de 80 très très cabossé, même pour un enfant,ce n'est pas génial. On a acheté des surmatelas, mais ce n'est pas suffisant . 3 restos proches et excellents:la promenade, l'horizon et le tiffany's kitchen. Le club de plongée Easy dive est tres bien. De nombreuses petites surfaces 2 rues derrière et vers le centre ville.Une excellente boulangerie "la Régence" à environ 400mètres plus haut que la caisse d'épargne. En conclsion,nous avons passé un excellent séjour, mais cher par rapport à la literie

Amazing location

We spent wonderful week at La Caravelle apartment. The location is just great! Having breakfasts on this cute balcony, with the stuning view, was definately a must every day. The apartment itself was clean and bright, kitchen very well equiped, everything as described, no dissapointments.

Dieser Blick erweitert den Horizont im wahrsten Sinne, die großartige Lage nahe Antibes, Nizza, Cannes, St.Paul ist fantastisch. Das Appartment ist einfach ausgestattet, hat aber alles, was man braucht. Gerne wieder.

Fantastiskt läge, underbar utsikt!

Enkelt men funktionellt boende nära strand och stad. Fantastisk balkong med sol hela dagen, eller skugga med markis om man så vill. Enkel men funktionell standard, väl i linje med priset. Vid vårt besök i september var det 23-25 grader varmt och då funkar det utan AC.

"ABFAB" Absolutely Fabulous

We have had an absolutely fabulous two weeks at the apartment at Juan les Pins. The flat is perfect for 2 people and offers all the comfort you need to have a great relaxing time. The view from the balcony at the top level of the building is stunning. The small balcony is perfect to have breakfast in the morning or a romantic supper in the evening, as well it is large enough to place a proper beach chair to enjoy some time to get tan in privacy. The american kitchen offers all you need to do you cooking from you morning coffee to a more complex supper. The bathroom in large enough for two at the same time and the washing machine give you the freedom not to carry a lot of close with you during your holiday. The TV is small but sufficient to view a movie while relaxing on the bed. The internet connection in very very fast and easy to set up. With in a walking distance of 10 minutes you will find all the shops you need to get your food and all the other stuff you might need. Restaurants are in walking distance as well. If you are traveling by car, parking is not a problem as there is a large car park 70 meters from the flat as well as public parking in from of the apartment. So the flat is a perfect location for people who are looking for a place which offers freedom of living at one of the best places at the Cote.

"ABFAB" Absolutely Fabulous

Amazing view

The apartment is perfect for two persons, the view is mind blowing, we were super happy with the apartment, the only complain was that the AC was not functioning, although they did offer to fix IT we already had A fan.

I love this part of the world, and am happy to help holiday makers get to know the area on their visit to the Côte d'Azur. The flat is used by my grown-up daughter during the year and by visitors to the region in the summer.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We decided to buy this flat because of its breath-taking view on the open sea and the sound of the waves from the beaches below which make you feel like you are on a boat or yacht rather than in a seafront apartment. The top floor location means that the flat is peaceful and quiet whilst handy for the centre of town. The renovated bathroom and kitchen is pleasant with modern conveniences to hand.
