Location

The view is the wall of another unit. The kitchen has minimal utensils for cooking and eating. Silverware very flimsy and full set missing some forks. Minimal and tacky decor. Small tv in living room. Would not rent again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit was perfect for our family of 4. The two king size bed were VERY comfortable. The accommodations were more than adequate. Everything we needed for a 10 day stay was included. Would definitely stay in this unit again!We love this property. Everyone is very friendly. A short walk past the golf course to the on-beach-cabana that has fridges, blenders, cabinets, chairs, and towels. The beach is on the north side of the black rock, and it feels like your own private beach. Nice refreshing pools throughout the property. The little cafe at the front desk provided great breakfast (try the spam musubi!) and friendly service. A quick daily walk up to the Royal Lahaina Resort's beach bar for a Mai Tai, and back to relaxing! Although the property has gas grill available by the pools, don't leave your food unattended, as many were either too hot or too cold. Also, don't miss the free Mai Tai social and live music Thursday afternoon at the front desk area (Craig was a great host).

Would never rent from B105 again. $20/day resort fee is too much.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit, B105 was not cleaned to the appropriate standards that we had to contact Linda for a deep cleaning. It took a while her them to even respond to my wife's inquiry. She was very apologetic. They performed a deep clean on the 3rd day, May 28th, 9-11am. Things were better after that. The king size beds were sagging, and was uncomfortable for my wife, (she could only use half the bed), and the 3 beach chairs old a dilapidated. Very uncomfortable to sit in. All 4 screen doors need oiling so they can move smoothly. Some of the drawers were left with extra towels and blankets. We had to remove them to make room for our clothing. Ceiling requires vacuuming: noticed small black bugs stuck to them. Noticed these 2 days before our departure. The furnishings were very sparse. $20/day resort fee is inappropriate. The hot tub on main pool is always full of kids, and doesn't open until 11am? It's an older type hot tub and dangerous for older people to get in and out. We liked the location being on the 1st floor, near amenities, the beach, Whaler's Village and strip mall on other side, and booking in mid-May was great because less people than June thru Aug. (very quiet). The 2 grills near the small pool was great and very good condition as well. Front desk should not argue with my wife when inquiring about a ride to the beach (took 50 minutes the 1st time we requested the ride).

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our rental was a home away from home in a rustic Hawaiian feel. Although updates to a modern feel could happen, it was clean and everything we needed was there. If I gave one advise and I have learned from having glass doors on our bathroom shower, to try using glass stove top cleaner by Weiman. It works amazing every time. I use little nylon scrubbers and rinse. It is super fast to do too. Thank you for the amazing stay.

Very Nice place to stay

We liked the lanai for sitting outside and I used it for morning yoga. Just bring your towel or mat. Beach and all other towels are provided. Beach chairs are available at the property as well as in Cabana on the beach. Beach is in a walking distance and the road is very nice to walk. The area and gardens are very nice. A lot of space , very few people. Overall feels like your own resort. At the same time you have plenty of entertainment in a short walk from the resort, so you have both comfort and quite stay as well as things to do all around. Several beaches to snorkel with a short drive.

Reviewer Comments: First of all the location and layout of this condo are perfect. The unit appeared clean the grounds surrounding the unit with well maintained. The pool and other common areas were beautiful.We arrived late and parking was an issue, it continued throughout our stay. I felt like we were never sure there would be a space for our rental car every time we returned. A couple of the towel hangers in the bathroom were falling off the wall, and one drawer was missing a handle. The first night we were there, we found several dead roaches in the kitchen and bathroom areas. There were bait traps scattered around the unit, so it must be a known problem. Left the lights on in those areas of the condo and that seemed to fix the bug problem while we were there. We also kept all food in the fridge, even pantry items. On the second day of our stay, the internet/Wifi stopped working. The front desk sent someone yo repair this, but they never were able to get it working again. We had access to cellular, but even that was only a bar or two of LTE. We enjoyed our stay at this unit, but there were definitely some hiccups.

First, I’d like to say that the location of this unit and the layout were perfect for what I needed. The unit appeared clean and the ground and pools were ideal. I arrived late at night and there was extremely limited parking for even unloading the luggage. There were a few small dead roaches in the kitchen and bath areas, some drawers were missing handles and a hook in the bathroom was falling out of the wall. Day 2 had the arrival of a few more dead roaches. I found that leaving lights on in the kitchen and bathroom diminished this problem. Then the internet stopped functioning. Someone from the front desk attempted to fix it but it never did work during the rest of our stay. After checking out of the unit, I realized that I had left something behind. Not a huge item, but when I called the property manager and the front desk I was either informed they couldn’t even go look for it or got no response whatsoever. Overall this rental functioned well for the needs of my stay but some inconvenience (parking, internet, communication) will probably prevent me from renting here again.

Close to the Ocean and the Pool

The room had 2 comfortable beds with a nicely decorated and aesthetically pleasing living area and nicely stocked (with utensils and cooking supplies) kitchen. This unit is very close to two pools, which is wonderful and a short walk to the beach, shopping and food. The only disappointing part of our trip was that the room was not clean until close to 6:00 on our check in day. We were able to get our keys and go to the room at 4:00. The cleaning person had been there but left her laundry in the unit's clothes dryer, her cleaning supplies and garbage was all over in the unit but she was not on site. I had to call three phone numbers before speaking to a person to find out what to do with our luggage (keep it with us), and when we could get into the clean, unoccupied room.

Eldorado is a great location

Location is great with dedicated beach cabanna for use by guests and the best stretch of calm beach (usually) in Ka'anapali. Walking distance to Whaler's Village shops and restaurants up an down the beach. Across the street from Macadangdang Maui... great food and live music. For late night flights back to mainland, get a 1/2 day rental on last day so that you can make full use of the last day! Otherwise roaming around the island killing time is a pain.

Perfect spot

We enjoyed our time at this place. It has a great location, close to a little plaza and grocery store and great beach to snorkel at (Black Rock). It is a long walk to the beach though, so better to arrange the golf cart ride which was always quick with friendly staff. Two king beds were a big plus and close to the pool which was not busy. The condo and property are very well kept and maintained. Property manager was quick with responding to questions.
