Este espacio es perfecto para alojar un grupo de cualquier tipo, con una gran variedad de habitaciones acogedoras y muchos baños. We had a great stay here. The house has a lot of style and plenty of space for a large group to spread out and enjoy themselves. The layout worked well for our family, and the kids loved having foosball and darts to keep them entertained.The location was convenient, the home was comfortable, and check-in was smooth. Overall, it was a good place for a group getaway, and we appreciated having the space to relax together.

Graduation Party

We had a great trip. Held my son’s graduation party there. House was spacious and clean and even better than advertised. Hosts were very accommodating and easy to work with. All the kids really loved the games (darts, pool, ping pong and foosball). Will definitely stay here again.

Great family and friend location.

The house was great. Had games for the kids to play. They really enjoyed the bunk beds and had a great time playing in the large backyard. Everything about the stay was great. Thank you for a great place to stay for the weekend.

Great house for bigger group

Great game day rental for a larger group! House is in quiet neighborhood! Lots of room to spread out. Hosts were very quick to respond to questions. Would stay here again!

Great place for family of all ages to gather!

Our family gathered here from various places in Texas to celebrate Thanksgiving together. Kitchen was well-stocked with seasonings, pots and pans, serving utensils, and appliances. There were games and activities for all ages, including outdoor…trampoline and fire pit. Host/ hostess were very responsive. Clean and comfortable place!

Ring Day Gem

Property has a great layout with several common spaces, excellent for hosting various age groups! Game room is fantastic, backyard is spacious, kitchen is complete, beds are comfortable. Cant say enough great things about our stay and our hosts! It was our sons ring weekend and hosts accommodated us at our requests.When we return we will look for this rental! Gig Em!

Wonderful House

This house was wonderful for our family’s Christmas gathering. The kitchen is well stocked and easy to cook in. The weather wasn’t great so we couldn’t enjoy the fire pit but the back yard is nice and large. And there are so many things to do while there. They have a pool table, ping pong, darts, and more. The hosts are fabulous to work with too!We definitely recommend this house and hope to stay there again.

Great Stay !!!

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay. It was a perfect location to celebrate our daughters birthday. Their are tons of indoor activities to enjoy playing pool, darts, table tennis, etc. We also enjoyed sitting by the outdoor firepit relaxing and enjoying family time. We will be back for sure. Incredible place to stay

We stayed for our daughters wedding. The house was well laid out for large groups. There was so much to do while there. Everyone enjoyed the ping pong, pool table, trampoline, and many more games. It is conveniently located with a grocery store close by. It would be a great place to stay for game weekend. The owners were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. We will absolutely stay there again the next time we visit college station.

Great House For 2 Families

With two master suites for each set of parents, and plenty of beds and rooms for the kids it was perfect. Josh and Merinda were very communicative the whole weekend. They were quick to respond with any questions I might have had and were able to help with an early check in so we can get to our soccer games on time. We would definitely recommend this place and if we come back for another tournament we will try and stay again if it’s not booked already.

Peaceful Beauty

This home is lovely and the hospitality is OUTSTANDING!! Spacious, open, warm, very nice amentites, updated kitchen, baths, etc... Not ideal if you prefer/need group TV watching spot, as there is no TV in a central room. However, that is the sole consideration for not renting this location, if you are a TV lover. Downtown Bryan very close, neighborhood quiet. I would 100% rent this location again.

Great house for a mixed crowd

We were in town for a football game, with my family and a group of friends. The house was perfect for multiple single men and one small family to have space, bedrooms and bathrooms. The hosts were great with communication and very responsive when we needed a few items that the cleaning crew forgot to leave. It was too hot for us to spend much time outside, but the pool table, ping pong table and dart board were favorites. My one suggestion would be to ask the hosts to turn on the AC in the garage before you get there (for ping pong and pool), because it takes a while for it to cool down. It really was a great space for a weekend of football and quite close to campus. We will definitely book this again!

Great family time

The space was beautiful with plenty of space for our family gathering. We had a fantastic time surprising my mother in law with all of her kids and grandbabies together for a long weekend. The house had lots of fun things for the adults to do (ping pong was definitely the fav) and the house was fairly baby proof for our 1, 2, and 4 year olds! They loved the trampoline! The hosts were very helpful and responsive when we had an issue with the internet and came right over to make sure the issue was resolved. While the space worked just fine for our wheelchair bound father, entrance into the home was a bit challenging with the motorized wheelchair but again the hosts were quick to come over and make sure we had a solution that worked! Great place, great hosts, lots of fun activities in the home/yard for all ages!

Great house for families and friends

Wish I could rate this 4.5 stars as there are far more positives about this house. It’s a good location, cute neighborhood, huge backyard, garage is full of activities and it’s spacious and comfortable for two families to share and have others join for a meal. The negatives that impact my rating are not having a working ice maker in the house or being told ahead of time to bring our own ice. Also, there was literally not one clothes hanger in any of the closets which was annoying as we all had clothes we unpacked and wanted to hang. Also, the master bath only had two full sized towels and one hand towel which isn’t enough for a couple over an entire weekend. Otherwise, all was great and I would recommend the house.

5 STAR - Great House with Activities

Josh & Merinda's house was wonderful! As soon as we walked in, we knew it would be a great stay. The house was super clean and organized. Photos online were exactly like the house. It had plenty of kitchen items so we could cook and entertain. All the "toys" were also a hit with our group. Everyone had something to entertain themselves. A/C worked great in this awful Texas heat. We would definitely stay there again. The location right behind HEB in Bryan was also great. It's not too far from campus and/or northgate. The only drawback to me was that there was only one television. I think a tv in one of the gamerooms would be a great addition. I couldn't ask for a more considerate host. We had some personal things come up (not the house) and Josh & Merinda were able to accommodate our requests. They were easy to reach and super nice.

The best VRBO stay ever !

We rented this home for 2 nights to celebrate my daughter's graduation from A&M. We had 6 people sleep at the home and had beds to spare. We had a family and friends celebration (with the host's permission) and the home had everything we needed. The game room kept guests busy playing pool and ping pong, the front room has foosball and darts and the kitchen was perfect for setting up a fajita bar on the beautiful island. The house was super clean, even more attractive in person than in the photos, and had everything you could think of, including spare toiletries in the bathrooms (including feminine products which is such a thoughtful add). My favorite thing was the 2-ply toilet paper…LOL. So many vacation rentals use 1-ply and it’s a pet peeve of mine. I highly recommend this home. We stay in vacation rentals often and this was absolutely one of my favorite. The hosts were accommodating to our requests, always responded promptly and left a nice welcoming gift for us upon arrival.

Graduation Weekend!

We had the most fantastic weekend with our family under one roof, which was such a gift! Our family was able to celebrate our oldest graduating from Mom's alma mater with a masters in Civil Engineering. This property is charming and kept everyone entertained from the oldest (79) to the youngest (3 months). We laughed until we cried, ate until we about popped, and told lots of ghost stories until we couldn't sleep, these memories will last forever - Thank You for all the details put into our stay!

This house is friendly to all ages. We love to host multi-generational groups for your special events in town! For the young, there is a game room (garage conversion). And although this is not a certified ADA property, it is fairly accessible with few changes in elevation and a walk-in shower. Please reach out if you have more questions!
