Nuestra casa Peak 7 está cerca de la estación de esquí y la ciudad. Le encantará el entorno familiar con juguetes, juegos y libros, la hermosa cocina, el entorno arbolado y la bañera de hidromasaje. Este arreglo de dormitorio único es perfecto para grupos familiares. Nuestra casa de 4 dormitorios duerme cómodamente 12 personas en camas. El piso de arriba tiene dos dormitorios, uno con una cama king y el otro con dos juegos de literas. En la planta baja tenemos otro pequeño dormitorio con una cama queen y una gran suite con una cama queen y otro conjunto de literas.

This was a great place to stay!

My family and I came all the way from Georgia to stay in Breckenridge. We had the best trip. This house was perfect for what we needed. The host was very nice and communicated with me whenever I needed her. I would 100% stay here again.

Breck trip

We had a great time at Christy’s place it was close to the slopes, hot tub area was awesome, room for everyone to sleep comfortably. For its size I doubt you can find a better deal in Breckenridge. Thank you Christy for sharing your place with my friends and I! Would definitely book again!

Nice home and great location

Perfect house for a family vacation. Loved the hot tub and fireplace. Large kitchen and plenty of seating. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. Great location! Close to town and the slopes. Christy was very responsive, great host! We would definitely stay here again.

Close to skiing!

This was a fabulous house that had plenty of room for our 2 families and our nanny! It is extremely close to skiing so dropping off our skiers was a breeze. Christy was so helpful leading up to the trip. I would definitely stay in this home again!

Christmas Vacation

Over all the house, host and location were great! The only thing I would suggest is an update of the mattresses and pillows, other than that the rental is as advertised. We stayed with 6 adults and 2 children and had plenty of room.

Breck 2023 spring

Property was ideal location for us. Easy to get to and from slopes. Hot tub a bonus to relax in from day on the mountain. Plenty of space for our group. Most enjoyable spring break. Will definitely be back. Thanks so much Christy.

Great cabin great host

We had visited Breckenridge in the past and wanted to revisit with our grandchildren as their first skiing experience. After looking for a while for the perfect setting to share with our family, we chose this cabin. Could not have done better, our hostess Christy was attentive to our needs and responded quickly to our questions. The location is perfect, close to town but not in town. A true mountain cabin experience with all the comforts and more. Our granddaughters enjoyed the wildlife, the large windows to watch the snow fall and we had a visiting fox and many small prints in the morning snow, they woke up everyday to checkout for new prints. The space was very well distributed and we felt right at home. Will be back to this cabin again. Thank you Christy

Perfect for family Vacation

Very nice home - everything was in working order and as advertised. Christy was responsive and easy to work with. The location is close to town but far enough away to see moose in the yard almost every day!! Outdoor deck and fire ring were nice for our family. Highly recommend:)

Spring Breck

We had a nice time in Breckenridge and this house was particularly helpful in providing a place for relaxation and socializing when we weren't skiing. The elevation is very high, 9800 feet, which contributed to some altitude issues. Loved having a place where kids could play outside and parents can watch from the hot tub. Say hello to the fox if you stay here.

Amazing cabin!

We were thrilled with our stay! The house is gorgeous and so close to the slopes, plus the hot tub was ideal for recovering after a long day of skiing. Highly recommend staying here!!! 😊

Great house to stay at and close to everything

From the moment we saw the property and house we knew we would have a great time. The house was just great for my family, and we felt at home. The owners were the best and responded to any question we had. I would recommend this house to everyone and the location was great and near the skiing area. Would go back again

Beautiful House, Beautiful Location

We came to Breckinridge for a family reunion, and this house was absolutely perfect for the 10 of us! The house was in excellent condition and the outside was even better. There are beautiful views just a short walk away. I would love to come back to this home!

Great space and Christy went above and beyond

The house was great for two families with all ages from elderly to 2. Our children loved all the games and toys. Added bonus of pack n play and bed rails for the little ones. We loved the outdoor space that allowed our children the ability to play in the snow for endless hours. We ended up having to come early to avoid a storm and Christy went above and beyond to let us in early and to give us tips that made our trip great. The fireplace did not work while we were there, but the storm could have prevented people from getting out to fix it though. The house stayed warm through the heating, we just didn't have the ambience of a fire. It was a 15 minute drive to everything in Breck and about the same to Frisco. It was an overall, great trip and great house!

Perfect spot just the right distance from town

We had a great Christmas week at the house. The neighborhood was beautiful and just the right distance from town, not too close, but with everything within easy reach. The house was very comfortable for our group of 6 with all the amenities needed and Christy made check-in simple and provided us with some tips and recommendations for local restaurants and things to do. Had a great stay, would love to visit again!

We had a wonderful time and this house was absolutely perfect. We had 3 families staying (so 6 adults and 5 kids) and the size of the house worked out perfect. We skied at peak8 which was really close. We really enjoyed our stay Christy made everything easy for us. Highly recommend! And can’t wait to come back!

Breckenridge Christmas

This home was perfect for our Breckenridge family Christmas reunion. We brought together my parents, my daughter and her family and my son and his family and myself in this four bedroom home which gave space and room for all of us. Between the beautiful wooded setting, the warmth of the easy to use fireplace , The large dining room/kitchen combination which allowed all of us to be present for cooking and preparing the holiday meals, baking Christmas cookies, and making Christmas ornaments with the Grandbabies, we were able to make such beautiful new Christmas memories. Easy access to downtown and lots of holiday festivities and outdoor activities And to Christy the property owner who was always quick to answer questions . We loved our week in Breckenridge and would highly recommend this home. Look forward to coming back in the future.

We are an active family that loves our house in Breckenridge. We live in Golden Colorado and use the house as much as possible. We are professionals that often work from our home in Breckenridge. I am a Biology Professor at the Metropolitan State University of Denver and study birds and conservation biology. Breckenridge is the perfect place for nature lovers such as myself. In the past we had a roommate in the back suite and would rent the upstairs on Airb&b. Our roommate has moved out to pursue his career and are now renting the whole house.
